I ve been here one other time with my brother to get brakes done on a car. Outstanding customer service, amazing prices, and made us feel so comfortable. This time we came with headlight issues and they fixed it in minutes. Can t compare One Call to anywhere else I ve been and won t go anywhere else for work on my car.

Finally, a shop I can begin to trust again for a quality job without being ripped off! Thank you!I've recently had a hard time keeping trust in a good auto shop, with experiences ranging from price gouging to dangerous repairs putting our lives at risk!All in just one short afternoon, Matt and Trace took my calls and extensive questions, took my car in and completed the whole job, beat two other shop's prices by quite a margin, and let me use a loaner vehicle for the day! They were both friendly and trustworthy throughout the whole experience.I'll certainly be a returning customer!

One of the best auto mechanic ever. Matt is an awesome guy and explains to you what s wrong with your vehicle in the most simple way possible. I have been to other auto mechanic places with big names but you don t get that warm welcome feeling at those shops and plus most of them try to rip you off.I would totally recommend Matt and his auto repair shop. Just got my brake pads and rotors replaced at a reasonable cost. Matt even gave me his spare vehicle for me to use the whole day. Now that s what I call a great and awesome customer support.

Matt and trace were amazing! They got me in fast and solved the problem fast as well. Sat down with me and explained what was wrong as well as show me. I would highly recommend getting your car checked out by these guys as they were understandable and worked with me. Most places they want a fee to look at the car plus the cost of fixing it. One call auto they will put it towards your cost of fixing the car as well. Next issue I have I'll be back to let them look at it!

Dude, let me tell you what! I was looking for a Mechanic and found this place and it is awesome, Matt the owner and Trace are very professional, compassionate, they listen to the issue at hand and are very friendly. Their lobby is very cozy, with, books, magazines, snacks, coffee and cold water, I'd highly recommend this place.

We visited One Call Auto Mechanic after reading the phenomenal reviews and let me say, absolutely did not disappoint! While on a cross country road trip our car broke down and Matt took wonderful care of us and the car. One of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met. Got the car in and out super snappy and did amazing work. Highly highly recommend! Thank you gentlemen!

Just took my car at this shop. Excellent customer service. I love how he made me feel welcome. He diagnosed the problem on my car. Fix the problem and clean my brakes for free. He also said in 4Months timeI can bring my car back and I won t pay diagnostic problems. One ofA kind mechanic shop. My previous mechanic overcharged me n had a bad attitude in customer service.

I was in town visiting for the weekend and my vehicle started making a terrible noise when braking. Called One Call Auto Mechanic Service and talked with Matt. They were able to look at it right away and fixed my brakes the same day within an hour.Fantastic service, they definitely went above and beyond to take care of us & get us back on the road.

I would NOT recommend taking your car to this auto shop. Matt was very friendly to begin with, but the story gets worse with every turn.I had my front wheel bearing replaced, and a week later it forced my entire wheel hub off as I was driving in Columbus. Though It had already been making a weird sound for the entire week after I picked up my car from One Call Auto. I happened to be breaking down about 100 feet from a Midas...so I pulled into the parking lot with an ear-piercing screeching sound and I couldn't drive it anymore, but I was so thankful to not have to call a tow truck. My bill was $250 with Matt, and now I had to pay $800 extra just to fix his mistake. The manager at Midas said "Your mechanic put the wrong size part in your car" and he physically handed me the car part. He then said "I recommend taking this car part in and asking for your money back." The manager at Midas thought by physically producing the actual part to Matt, he wouldn't be able to accuse Midas of lying to me. Unfortunately, he was wrong.I walked in and dropped the part on the counter and described the entire story. Matt responded with "These places like Midas...they lie." It's exactly what I was warned would happen.When I asked for a refund, he said he would only give me money back for the cost of the part and labor, but he said (and I quote) "It is illegal for me give you the sales tax back." I was flabbergasted, I had never heard anybody ever attempt to make a claim like this before in my life! So I got approximately 93% of my original payment back, and he kept the remainder of my money! When this place is good...it's good. But when it's bad... it's REALLY bad. Do not walk away... RUN away from this auto shop.

This is the best auto mechanic shop in Columbus. Matt has the most fair prices and is knowledgeable in all aspects of your vehicle. Also very trustworthy and honest which is hard to find in this city.

Honesty is the Best policy .excellent customer service . my Chrysler Pacifica 2018 minivan front right wheel was making some sound when there were road bumps and I was a little worried about it. I reached out to One call auto mechanic. Made a quick appointment and in less than 15 minutes , they diagnosed the problem and explained what the issue was and that the noise shouldn t be of a concern as it s regular wear on the struts. I can replace it now or later in future and the car was safe to drive . Thank you again Matt & One call Auto mechanic..note - I am a repeat customer and last time them helped me with my Toyota Camry 2014.

This is my first time using this company for repairs.I am very pleased with the Family Owned Business atmosphere.Clean waiting area, coffee, clean bathrooms, and mechanics that love to work on cars and do it correctly.The owner is straight forward and VERY HONEST when he informed us of our options.Pricing was Very Fair.Service was Quick!Also they were able to drop us off at home and pick us up after the repairs were completed.

Definitely the best full service auto mechanic shop in all of Columbus, OH. Large, fully stocked waiting area, walk-in are welcomed. Fast service, fair pricing, and works on foreign and domestic vehicles. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of your vehicle.

Matt is the best. I came in, a wounded warrior in search of a mechanic that was going to truly take care of my car. Not only did the crew find the problem with my car but they saved me from getting unnecessary work done that other mechanics would take advantage of and send me home with issues. Took my car into the shop for an oil change and got it winterized for an excellent price! Great service!EDIT:Took my car in for brake service yesterday, feels like a brand new car. This is the BEST auto shop in Columbus and I totally recommend because it has a good price and reliable service.

I came in for my brakes and the owner helped me out tremendously and explained everything with great detail. His prices are very reasonable and he also added an additional service, also at a very good price. The lobby was well stocked and was overall a good environment to be in, compared to other auto shops nowadays. I will be coming back for future services.

My son s windshield wipers quit working properly while driving on the interstate. One Call being the closest mechanic, we dropped in unannounced. The owner, Mr. Bayati, warmly welcomed us. When we shared the reason for stopping, he didn t hesitate to step out in the rain to assess the problem. He then proceeded to fix it and absolutely refused to charge us for his time and the repair. Helps restore your faith in humanity. Highly recommend!

These guys were able to get me in on short notice to fix my car and really went that extra mile to make me feel welcome and to get me back on the road. 10/10 service, fair prices, and great communication. Definitely going back if I need another mechanic, would recommend.

I was on my way out of town when my check engine light came on. After calling about 20 different places trying to find someone who could help on a Saturday morning with no luck, I drove past One Call and decided to go in. I didn't realize that they were one of the places I had called but Matt did take the time to talk to me and offer some suggestions. I did take one of his suggestions and it resolved the issue, which allowed me to keep my plans. I appreciate that he took a few minutes out of his day to stop what he was doing and come talk to me. The customer service was exceptional and you can tell they are concerned about their customers or potential customers and are passionate about what they do. I will definitely be back .

I had taken my car to several mechanics for an engine problem but no one could figure it out. Matt found the problem, showed me, and explained it to me. Great job One Call and thank you again!Update: I returned for services recommended recently by Matt and he got me in right away! I continue to be impressed by Matt and his teams work!

I came to One Call to have my starter replaced on my vehicle. I came based on my previous experience where Matt did an inspection for me and I appreciated it. I arrived to drop my car and new starter off, and when I told him about having my axles replaced (as a reference from our previous interaction) he began a rant about my decision to not bring the axle work to him, and how he would've done it much cheaper (I guess as a way of scolding me). He continued his rant about how customers (including me) bring him the 'hard' repairs (such as my starter replacement) instead of the 'easy' repairs. Once we got passed this he took my keys and starter to begin the work. I soon get a call from Matt that he found a crack in my catalytic converter (and sends me a photo) so that I wouldn't think that he did it (which I understood). He then asked me "who told you that you needed tie rods" and where I got my battery & how much it cost (seemingly looking for something to sell me) and then pivoted to pushing a brake pad job on me. Still wondering about the crack, I asked him how the crack can be repaired and he responded that he doesn't do that (so much for 'one call'). I was still wondering how this impacts my starter replacement, and it took a while for him to tell me that he's not going to replace my starter, and pushed again for a response about the brake job. When I asked him some questions about the brake job, Matt began another bellyache about the money I spent at other service shops and how I could've saved money with him and I'm asking a lot of questions (despite him doing virtually all the talking, and even saying that his wife tells him that he lectures customers too much which may be a reason why he loses customers). When I pushed for clarity about the brakes, he responded that he's sure that I didn't ask all of these questions of the other service shops that I spent 'all this money with', and then insults me by saying that by asking continued questions I could risk losing the relationship with the mechanic. I then said no to everything, shut down the conversation and went & retrieved my vehicle. The next day I went to Buckeye Complete Auto Care who replaced my starter without issues at a CHEAPER price than Matt quoted me (without me ever telling Buckeye about Matt's quote). I will NEVER return to or recommend anyone to One Call Mechanic.

Owner is as rude as can be. Made arrangements the day before a Saturday to drop it off with a tow truck. Does not take drop-offs after hours. All kinds of questions and rules over the phone.When I arrived Saturday morning at 9 am to be turned away and told to come back next week.Total jerk with an attitude problem
