Nice cars nice people really professional found a great car I liked got financing for it really quick when no other car lot would at all. all in all was only there bout hour and a half and was driving home in my new suv

I had a very good experience with Josh at OMG Motors. Very quick in and out. I would highly recommend them as a dealership and he was great to work with. A very good price for what I wanted.

Very rude. Had cars for ready to sale but also the cars wasn t ready to sale. Horrible customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Waste of time.

I bought a car in July and it immediately started having issues. I did minor repairs but end of November the car broke down. I had to replace the transmission which cost $7000. Warranty only covered $3000. My bill came to $5100 which included other repairs apart from the transmission.

These guys are the best. After couple of weeks since I purchased my car. My check engine light came on. Bill told me to bring it in and let the service department checked it out. Turns out I needed a converter. They replaced my converter and didn t even charge me. I knew when I bought this it was As Is. I was extremely surprised and happy! Thank you I will definitely recommend you for sales and service.

Don t get me wrong they got a good selection of cars here but I went to check out a Subaru Impreza awhile back just now getting around to doing a review but I couldn t start the car or pretty much anything but just stand outside and look was hoping they would take me on a test drive just to see if I liked the car but that was never the option ngl kinda expected more but I already found another car after that hopefully they get better with customer service soon that s why I gave 2 starts only for the selection of cars not at all for the customer service

Best place to get a car truly. I was really surprised on how professional and kind Josh was. He totally went above and beyond. I walked in with no car and walked out with a 2018 Kia Soul perfect condition. I spend probably an hour total. OMG cars responds quickly and will not waste your time. Thank u so much Josh!

I stopped into OMG car sales just browsing and I left with a 2014 Santa Fe. My credit wasn't good at all but Bill told me he could get me financed. And he did! The price that they sold me the car for was still the same value as it was worth. They went above and beyond to make sure I drove my beautiful Santa Fe home that day. The car was immaculate. Any concerns that I have had about the car, they have addressed it and went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the entire staff. Nice, honest, funny and just down right a great group of people. Thank you OMG and I will be back for my next purchase!Kim Todd

I don't usually make reviews but I promised myself I would post something because my experience was crazy amazing. I randomly stopped in while driving by and didn't expect anything to happen since I was just browsing. But they made the entire process extremely smooth and weren't pushy at all. My sales guy clearly knew his stuff! I told him what I was looking for and he called me the next morning with the exact Ford Fusion I wanted! I went in and they got me financing the same day! I have never purchased a car this easily, not even from one of the big dealerships. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers and does everything they can to get what you want. Great customer service plain and simple. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the market for a car.

Excellent people. They go far beyond what is required of a company. I bought a vehicle back in April of this year. There has been no issue that they haven't exceeded my expectations about. They are honest. They are friendly. They are respectful and reliable. They don't try to get over on you. They are straight forward and upfront about everything. They don't do shady business. These people know their stuff.

I started dealing with these guys by text from two hours away after finding a car online. They responded immediately and actively discussed what I needed and what they thought they could do for me. (I wanted to downsize our family car to something small but nice). After a week of trying to travel the two hours to get there they worked over the night I was able to go. They were all nice, polite, easy to talk to, professional, patient and very understanding. And I drove off their lot in the exact car I was searching for, a BMW 530xi. Even my husband, who is a die hard truck man, is impressed with the quality of the car. THANK YOU ONE MOTOR GROUP! WE'LL BE BACK!

My experience with OMG Auto was amazing! I never would have thought that with my credit and low income, that I would be driving away in a 2017 Nissan Altima!! And with only $500 DOWN!!!!! My payments aren't too bad either. I feel so blessed! And FANCYYYYY Thank you guyssss

I drove 1 1/2 hrs to see a car I saw online. It was so worth it! Great experience! Great car! They went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied. Thanks Bill, Josh, and Steve!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone - and I do!

Man purchase a car right before St. Patrick day car has broke down 4 times since then. My repairs are now worth more than the car itself. My car is now being service once again. I would not recommend buying a car from them without getting it inspected.

A couple months after i bought my car my transmission went bad. Then it started leaking through both front doors and the sunroof when it rains. It's now 13 months later and I've had to get a another car since I can't drive that one! Can't trade in either since there's to much negative equity.. I will say the people are friendly though. Just sold me an awful car :(

I went there and looked at a car, I called back and told them I would like to take it to my mechanic the following day and I would be there at 10 am. I was promptly there at 10 a.m. they gave me a run around and told me that I couldn't take it to my mechanic. They said they've had too many items stolen from their vehicles in the past so they don't let people take it to their mechanics. They wanted me to take it to Midas Muffler down the street at their convenience. I'm a businessman and an honest person and I would never ever use this company it's absolutely ridiculous.Added as a reply to the owners comments;I was taking it to reputable machanic who has a business that is a legit establishment and yes it located where he lives. Again I talked to OMG salesperson the DAY BEFORE, about taking it to the mechanic in Pickerington, the salesperson understood and agreed with me. I scheduled this because I dont have a lot of time to waist. I am a cash buyer that had funds in hand, I was very insulted by the way I was treated by the OMG personal. Sorry that OMG has had issues with theft, but this has nothing to do with me, maybe they should consider another business or location. You must EARN my business, I dont need to earn yours.I have since purchase a vehical from Roger Dale Auto Sale on Eest Broad St. My experience with them was very professional, I suggest anyone that wants to treated with respect deal with Roger.

I bought a truck from them and they said they put a new oil pump in it. When the oil pump was not new. Now i have to get a new engine after puting 2500 in it for a blown timing chain. Cause no oil was being pushed through. Maybe the part did go bad. I doubt it and i know i follow the speed limit. So it wasn't my driving.

Bill is kind, helpful and honest. I'm a real skeptic when it comes to sales people. They seem difficult to trust. So saying Bill was honest is a significant compliment from me. I would buy here again.

Honestly this was the best choice I could have made as far as coming in on a slim budget I never imagined driving off in a 2014 for a very great and low down payment business is legit fair and honest no hassle THEY HELP IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO GET YOU IN A GREAT CAR Go See Bill
