I want to hear to go get a tire and Rim changed off a Nissan they told me that they had to go to junkyard to get the tire. When there's tires at Walmart. together on a new tire for it or whatever I didn't have a problem with waiting but they made me wait for like 4 hours I would not recommend going here to get your rims changed because they don't have the rims there and they try to get the rim for a cheaper price and thay they have to look around for it. Worst experience ever ! Do not pay that deposit they won't give you your money back and the worker there will take their sweet time. The worker also lied about the deposit being added to the balance for the work.

Terrible Experience at Ohio autocareI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Ohioauto care, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy.Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist. I was greeted with indifference, and it only got worse from there. It was evident that they couldn't care less about providing a positive experience for their customers.Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was shockingly poor. I brought my car in for what should have been a routine service, but instead, it came back with more issues than it had when I dropped it off. It's clear that they lack the necessary expertise to properly diagnose and fix vehicle problems.To make matters worse, the pricing was exorbitant for the shoddy service they provided. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of me without delivering anything close to value in return. It's outrageous to charge such inflated prices for such subpar work.Overall, my experience at Ohio Autocare was a complete disaster. From the appalling customer service to the incompetent workmanship and extortionate pricing, there is absolutely nothing positive I can say about my visit. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

It's rare that I feel compelled to leave a negative review, but the level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction I experienced warrants it.To begin with, scheduling an appointment was a hassle. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to accommodate even basic requests. It took multiple attempts and unnecessary back-and-forth communication just to secure a time slot, which should have been a straightforward process.Upon arriving at the facility, I was met with an atmosphere of chaos. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, and it was clear that the staff were overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the workload. It felt like a disorganized mess, which did not inspire confidence in their ability to service my vehicle properly.Unfortunately, the service itself was no better. Despite clearly explaining the issues I was experiencing with my car, the technicians seemed indifferent and rushed through the diagnostic process. As a result, they completely overlooked a crucial issue, leaving me to discover it on my own shortly after leaving the shop.To add insult to injury, the pricing was unjustifiably high for the lackluster service provided. I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of, with little to show for the money I had spent.In conclusion, my experience at Ohio AutoCare was nothing short of a nightmare. From the disorganized scheduling process to the chaotic atmosphere of the facility and the subpar service, there is little redeeming about this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your automotive needs.

this place is a scam! Chris, the owner, tries to get you to pay for things that you don t need. he is not honest and he s a creep!!!

Tried out this place today, had a great experience great service.
