Stay away Indian barely speak English!They getting your card and they say charge you for one hour labor and basically charge you more for two and then don t answer after!! Stay away!!

My truck had engine light on and also stop engine light was on. The truck stopped 8 miles out from their shop, we called this guys and they asked us to fill out the form with credit card. They send out mechanic who was who spend about 20 minutes deleting the code and told my driver that its fixed. They charged my card $780+ for doing nothing. I say doing nothing because we were only able to drive less than 10 miles before the truck stopped again. I talked to the guy on the phone and told him the situation he did not want to hear about it. We end up towing the truck.USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN LOSS.

beware of these people, I called for service and they asked me to fill out an online form that they sent me via email, but that form I had to put all my personal information including my credit card and card pin etc, I I told them that I wanted to fill out the form when the mechanic got to where I was and they didn't want to, be careful with that, no road service company asks for that kind of thing.

Awful experience!! They work with some mechanics that don t know what are they doing . They come charge you and leave you with everything as it was before . I would definitely avoid them at all cost . Update on their answer : So you dont have a record of Me as a customer But i have The Bill From you and all the messages on my phone with your guys . This is another reason where people should see how bad of a company are you

This guys are terrible, I wouldn't advise to a friend, I had a coolant pipe leak and these guys charged me $75 service call and $125 for every hour which is fine but issue is they kill more time in order to rib you off more money, the parts dealer was 6 miles away from me but the guy took 45 minutes go and 45-60ms back but the actual work took only 30 minutes and counted as 3.5hr job,finally after long argument they charged me $730, for the payment they told me no card only cash, efs or comchek which I didn't had that time. Try to avoid.

Had a bad charging system and limped into this place. Phil took care of me quite fast and had me on the road in a few hours. I would recommend him to anyone needing service especially motorhomes who usually are told at truck repair places they don t touch motorhomes. This place is the one call to make if in need of help and very reasonable.

Had them as a 5 star review but the rear tire seal they replaced broke 5 weeks later. Called to see what could be done and he immediately became defensive and told me that they do not guarantee repairs. Go else where. They weren't cheap either.

Stay away from them!!!!!!!! This is the worst place ever. They are not the actual repair shop. They are just dispatch service. You call them, they then call different mechanic shops to do the job. And they charge a few hundred dollars on top of it. Stay away from them!!! They charge $1295 for changing a starter, after they changed it. It turns out it was not the problem. They text me to threaten me for this review as well.

We called roadside, the mechanic shows up in a pickup truck with hardly any tools. Charged us for every minute possible and the mechanic didnt even do anything besides drain the air tanks. Driver was still stuck with a air leak and couldnt slide his tandems. Would not recomend these guys to anyone, nor would we ever call them again.

I took my truck in for a air compressor, it was installed incorrect, they put the air intake on the coolant line, and flooded my engine, i had bent valves, and needed a inframe done, don't take your truck to these people. I drove my truck to the yard, and had it towed out, you have cost me 11k, and months of no work, I was refunded half of what I paid.

The operator you speak to was an absolutely horrible person with no professionalism and wanted to make me pay ahead of service, but the tech clarified that I didn't have to and was very nice.

Used to be a pretty decent place to get your truck worked on but they rip off their mechanics and refuse to pay themt claim to be 24/7 have no third shift guy now they have no mechanics at all worst place in town
