I've been a customer at this store since it opened. Thanks to people like Brennan and Erin I will keep coming back. Even though the supply chain dropped the ball and lost my parts, they made sure it was taken care of. Thank you.

The lady was training someone very knowledgeable. The one lady I forget her name that was training her was my parts lady I was picking up some hardware for my rear brakes for my sister and had no problems

It is mostly miss but once in a blue moon someone comes to work who actually knows how to do the job. I gave the guy my Vin number and he still gave me the wrong parts!!! I told him the model and he insisted the computer knew better than what was written on the side of the vehicle. This shop is a joke. Quiz the clerk before you buy! If it sounds like they don't know...run away!!!

Most of the time have what I need at fair prices. Staff is fantastic and extremely helpful. Don't try to give more than what is needed. Love this place for auto parts.

Best oreilleys hands down I only do business at this location and there s reasons for that best staff nice area conveniently located better parts then the competitors I offer discounts at my shop for people who do business at this location

I stopped in to replace my headlight, and like an idiot I had no idea what to do. So the worker at the cash register assisted me with finding the best priced headlight and a better one for a little more. He told me they should last awhile and wouldn't be difficult to change I told him I didn't know how to change my lights he offered to do it free of charge and showed me how which was very kind! Very nice location!

Joe is so helpful and personable! My mechanic sent me on a parts run; called everything in and Joe had everything ready to go for me by the time I got to the store. He even double checked all the parts again when ringing me out to help calm my nerves (I ve gotten the wrong parts before elsewhere as a result of giving slightly off vehicle information lol). Joe also carried my things out to the car for me as they were a bit on the heavier side. Thank you Joe!

Standard auto parts store. Not much else to stay about that. Staff is helpful with most things except for key fabs. I just wanted to replace the battery and asked for a screw driver and he refused and wouldn't even touch my fab which I thought was kind of strange. However, they are willing to help with pretty much anything else.

I use to go Auto Zone. O'REILLY is much better. Friendly staff and always helpful.

Do not go to this parts store. The prices they have on items. Is not the same price at the register. I went to buy a item. That on the shelf said $27.99. Got to the register and they told me it was $49 Clearly false advertising. I want to report this store to the better business bureau. That must be illegal false advertising.!!!They will cheat you. Never go there.Cheats cheats cheats Make it right

This place always has what we need or has some kind of borrowing deal to help us always get the job done. The staff is always willing to help and go that extra mile. As a woman who does her own repairs it is refreshing to go into an auto store and not be talked down to because I'm a woman that usually goes in the store alone. Reccomend this place to the novice or expert from all creeds!

I ve been to this store several times and every time it s amazing service. This last time I was having battery issues and Erin was amazing and incredibly helpful. This is a great store with great staff who are always willing to help!

Here you'll find friendly, helpful service and a clean and shop-able store. They offer free diagnostic services and will perform small installations for you, such as headlamp replacement. Their prices used to beat the competition by leaps & bounds but have moved closer to the competition's price modeling. Still, if you don't have time to wait for online order for parts to arrive, any O'Reilly is a good alternative.

Associates were professional and knowledgeable, The parts I needed were not common parts however they had most of them in stock at location and the rest of them were made available at that location the next morning

Excellent customer service! I was helped by the two men at the front desk who fixed my license plate holder, found me the right size replacement bolts and even came out and put in on for me. I am so thankful because I couldn't do it on my own!

Aaron and Gauges Guy helped me they were the BEST! Called before hand and got Aaron who looked to see if they had a charger before I came in. When I get there she applied the sale to the item and suggested an O reilys membership which I was tempted to have just because of how amazing the service was. I actually ended up wanting to buy two chargers, so she looked for another one for me. Aaron also informed me that if i keep the box, the charger has a warranty, so I could return it if something happened. Definetly coming back to this store when I need a part, thank you so much Aaron !

The employees before where very helpful and friendly, new staff doesn't compare, unhelpful inattentive, and really just care to be here. Very disappointed and just go to auto zone from now on,, I recommend you do the same

Adorable pricing on rental tools we needed. Staff was friendly enough, but us receptive to social cues that my guy was not there for the meaningless banter and opinions/needless conversation, making the transaction a little longer then desired.

They didn't have the exact oil we were looking for, but I can't blame them because it was for a motorcycle. The guy working was incredibly helpful and polite. He went out of his way to try to give us what we needed as we were in the middle of a 950+ mile motorcycle trip.

I randomly called O'Reillys for help for my daughter, and Erin was very pleasant to talk to, as well as very helpful to find a mechanic to help fix my daughter's brakes in a timely fashion. Thank you for your time and great customer service.

I came here before 9 at night (they close at 10) Frank was very unhelpful, took a call on his cell phone, showed me prices for batteries and then told me they wouldn t help me because it s too late at night. It does not take an hour to install a difficult to install battery. I won t be back.

Great service,open 7:00 am .My car battery dead overnight at my hotel down town and luckily an uber driver gave me a jump start.I drove straight to O'Reilly Auto ,first customer at 7:00 am,found the right battery for get the right one stock,installation down in less than 15 minutes.Great service and warranty for 3 years nationwide.

When it comes to auto parts, these people generally know what they are talking about. Even if you own a late model year California model 1999 Subaru Legacy. Yes, this is my current set of wheels. Being a transitional model and a California and Canadian variation, they have very often been able to find me the right part the first time.They are always friendly and knowledgeable!

My local shop for auto parts. The staff have no pressure to upsell or force unwanted items so they often make very solid recommendations. The free tool rental program is a great deal for this larger weekend repair jobs.
