The employees are rude. You go in in a rush and don't really have time to say hi or anything and you turn around and have 3 employees standing there watching you and then when you go to pay one of the employees asks you every question ever about why you are buying something in the amount you are. I'm never going back to this location unless it is an absolute emergency and have no other choice.

I wish I'd gotten my customer service reps name. He was very friendly and helpful. He tested my car battery and alternator for me and sent me on my way in under 15min. I'll definitely be going back. This shop has a great group of employees.

Spent most of the afternoon here after some issues with my car and James was such an amazing help. He was so kind and thoughtful and even checked on me more than once. 10/10 would definitely come back!

First off I appreciate that this shop is requiring masks and looking out for the health of their customers.Super helpful staff! Courtney helped me install some wiper blades after purchasing and I didn t even have to ask! Thanks Courtney!Edit for another visit on 7-19-2021:Got here 25 minutes to close to recycle used oil. Scott was happy to help me and even offered to check the engine light for me when I mentioned it while filling out paperwork. He never acted in a rush to get out and was very friendly. Thanks Scott!

AJ went above and beyond to locate the correct bulb and install it in freezing temps at night. I was super surprised and impressed. He was also very kind and customer service was top notch. Thanks again!

Came here needing jumper cables. Antwon walked me through the different cables and gave me honest opinion on the different products. I brought my car in after getting it started and he ran a diagnostic on the battery and alternator. I can t say I ve had a better experience at an auto parts store. Antwon seemed like he genuinely cared and was so helpful and kind every step of the way. Give this man a raise! Thanks again, will definitely be back if I ever have an auto part need.

Went to buy an oil change in store but the car I was driving ( my daughters ) I didn t have a mask. It seems if this location actually cared about customer service they would have disposable masks for customers who forget theirs! No sale! Unbelievable!

Disappointed.Know what you need, research online wherever you can before you arrive. Antoine looked up an oil filter for me. He only cared to sell me the most expensive one for a 2017 Ford Escape (Mobil ML102A). When I asked about lower priced ones, he said you don't want those and he didn't have any other options. Then when I found the original filter that the car came with from the factory (Motorcraft OEM FL-910S) with 8 in stock on the shelf in his store at half the price, he shrugged it off... I was happy to get what I needed. A retail job is to "upsell", not help the customer by design. It certainly show's at this location.

Went in for tire caps, cashier brought me to the aisle and rung me up immediately. Was in and out in about a minute. Also I saw some deer on the way home.
