Manager Phil & his staff are informative, approachable, willing to show me why they are making the recommendation, as well as, they don t gouge the customer. Man let me tell you about a guy named Phil. Anytime I have a car issue I come to my local NTB in my neighborhood and there s a reason why, his name is Phil. I had an issue with my catalytic converter and him and his team hooked me up! Got it fixed and the rest is history. The service that him and his team provide is phenomenal. Phil is so personable and you can tell that he really cares about his customers. Please take the time to recognize him for the value that he adds to this company. Thank you Phil! You will always have me and my family as loyal customers! It s all because of you!

Wonderful experience - will definitely be back! Jolan, Killian, and Madden were so helpful - quickly looked at a screw that was stuck in my tire and measured my treads to see if I really needed a full set of new tires or not. Ended up when they took the screw out it hadn t actually punctured the tire! They let me know, and got me back on the road without any fuss. Really appreciate the honesty and integrity of the team!

This is by far one of the best locations in Columbus. I have visited all of the Columbus locations . The staff was remarkably friendly and ready to assist me with my car issues. They even went out of their way to squeeze me in w/o an appointment .The service tech came out to speak with me personally to tell me what was going on with my vehicle, " never had that before"". And to put the icing on the cake when I was leaving I told them I was going out of town and the mgr asked to give feedback on how my car was driving after I got to my destinationAnother WOW!!Thanks guys !Thanks so very much for everything!

Just left NTB Columbus OH Lyra Dr shop and have to say best experience ever with any auto shop I ve ever been to. First off they fit me in on short notice on an already booked day, then they spotted my problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. MOST OF ALL I FELT AT EASE THAT I COULD TOTALLY TRUST THEM. Huge Thanks to Jake, Phil, and Clay for making my day. Way to go guys, you re the best!! I ll definitely be back.

I'm relatively new to the Columbus, Ohio area, so I was worried about finding a reputable place to take my car for needed maintenance. Phil, Chris, and team went above and beyond for my needs on a Friday afternoon/evening. I went in for a brake check since I knew I needed a couple components replaced. This was the first time I've been able to go back in the garage and actually see what issues were present and sneaking up on me: rear drums needed to be replaced, shoes were worn down, brake fluid leaks inside those drums, and then I could see my struts beginning to leak. So after going over what the brake repairs were going to cost and get me safely back on the road, this was luckily within my budget (after not having expected so much wear and tear on my brakes)...and they were able to get it all done the same day! I'm very sorry I kept these guys after closing time on a Friday night, but I'm especially appreciative for their dedication to fix my car the same day. The NTB location on Polaris was definitely a great decision, and I'm going to be a continued customer with my future car maintenance and repair needs. Thanks so much to Phil, Chris, and team!

My experience was hands down the best I've had vs competitors like Tire Discounters. I stopped going to NTB about 10 years ago. The new ownership and changes seem to have made a big difference. I would highly recommend the Columbus, Ohio Lyra Drive location. The customer service was amazing and not rushed. I ask a lot of questions and Nick answered them with a smile and enthusiasm that is refreshing to experience. Other members of the service team were walking by and offering knowledgeable suggestions as well. They all just appear to love their job and what they do.

Great guys! Awesome store! The best one in Columbus by far! Wait was not long at all. The workers were very nice and patient! Definitely coming back every time I need tires or anything else for my car!

I've lived in the Columbus area, Westerville specifically, for over 13 years and have had experiences at many different service centers, and this NTB/Mavis location on Lyra Dr. has been by far the best! I was initially drawn here for tires for my Wives SUV, they had the most competitive and fair price, and since I have been back many times for service on my own vehicle. From tires and oil changes to rotations and brakes. Every experience has been top notch, from the work done, the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff, and the timeliness in which the work is completed. This will continue to be my service center of choice for all of my vehicles!

I came first thing in the morning with a flat tire (towing services) and they were able to purchase the correct tire same day and change it. They did an amazing job being urgent and sharing more details about my car around other car needs and what would be safest. Thank you so much guys

I can t say enough great things about Jolan and Nick! They were so accommodating and kind. They took time to also provide me knowledge on what was going on with my car and how to check for indicators in between service. They made what is usually a mundane task an unexpectedly delightful experience. Thank you thank you thank you for great service! I will be back!

Jolan, the assistant manager, was super friendly and very helpful. I brought my Tesla in and they were able to rotate and inspect the tire quickly. This is a wonderful place and I will come back for any future issues. A++

Phil and his crew at the Polaris NTB are awesome! They re more than accommodating and easy to work with. I don t feel intimidated to go there and talk about my vehicle, they help me understand any issues and provide top notch service and repairs!

By far the best tire shop around! Manager Phil and Mechanic Chris always know just what needs to be done and give the most reasonable price to get the vehicle done right. I won't go anywhere else but where they are!

I normally go to the NTB on Stelzer Rd but it s closed at the moment. So I started going to the Lyra location because it s very close to my job and I can drop my SUV off while I m at work and pick it up on my lunch break. Phil and all of the guys have been AWESOME since I ve been coming there!!!! They are very good at their jobs and totally know what they re doing!!!! So nice and friendly and professional!!!! They are very welcoming and helpful and I truly like coming to this location!!!!

Nick B. was able to assist with a repair on my tire. I had a flat and Nick was avle to get me in quickly and gave me options between repairing it or replacing it for new one. He was very polite and knowledgeable!

Great service, short wait time. I needed my tire plugged ASAP and they were able to squeeze me in with a short wait time. This is after the original place I had an appointment at canceled not 1 but 2 different appointments that were scheduled on the same day.Thank you NTB for being there! You guys rock!

I called for a new battery on Thursday. Was told by apparently a call center staff member named Colton that it was first come first serve, no appointments and batteries were not on the shelf. That man also gave me the wrong opening time for this location. So, I show up and found Phil which I have been a customer prior. I told Phil about the call center issue. Phil could have turned me away but he understood a customer was wronged. Phil was awesome! He adapted, provided great customer service and went above and beyond to satisfy customer. Your firm has a great manager with Phil. He needs a promotion and that Colton needs to be retrained. He bailed out, could have looked up store hours and set an appointment so Phil would have never have been put in this position. But, for Phil, it just showed the value he provides to NTB.i hope you treat him well for his dedication to run a good shop and take care of customers like me.

I work with Phil at NTB on Lyra Dr. Phil is exceptional! He is professional and knowledgeable. Phil is an excellent communicator, listens, and cares about service provided. There are no surprises and I m always happy with the service provided.The service technicians there are also great.I highly recommend Phil and his team.

I've been to numerous NTBs and what the store manager Phil Underwood is doing over here is definitely working. I was in and out and even had a problem diagnosed and remedied that multiple other shops including the dealership said wasn't wrong.

Had a flat tire on the way to Alabama, from Cleveland, the staff...Phil, Tommy, Chris, and Jacob I think that's his name. They service me between their scheduled appointments. We were delayed for 2 hours but it was well worth it. I would make the trip from Cleveland service just because of the GREAT customer service I received.Thanks, guys.CB

I recently purchased new tires and unfortunately with construction in my area, I obtained a flat tire. When I say flat, I mean FLAT. Tire was at 2. I stopped and got air and watched it decrease literally before my eyes. I called up NTB, just prior to them closing, with panic in my voice. They allowed me to come by right away, initially said I needed a new tire (which was fine), but ended up being able to repair it! FOR FREE! They are amazing, especially Unc Phil!!

I recently had some work done. Had to get timing solenoids replaced. The check engine light came on the next day. Phil made sure they found the problem. One of the new parts was defective. They replaced it. Didn't charge additional money. The crew is amazing!! They always do a great job. Phil is literally the best!! He always makes sure they find out exactly what the problem is. Phil makes sure I don't get services that I don't need. He makes sure that I don't get over charged. I appreciate phil for his honesty. I appreciate his crew for all the hard work they do!! Kudos to phil and his crew!! Very trust worthy
