Awesome service and extended hours on Thursdays! They took a last minute walk-in and had all the parts tires needed for the job. Truly grateful for their help and expertise. They beat a competitor's quote by $300 too.

Staffs were nice and honest. My whole family and I still go to this location for oil changes for a decade now. They were quick, efficient, and making an appointment with them was also very easy. Highly recommend on getting your car services done here.

I don t usually write reviews but I have to give a shout out to NTB for prompt and efficient service. I found I had a slow leak in one tire this morning. The nail causing the leak was found and extracted within 15 minutes of bringing it in (without an appointment). And it s a pleasure to deal with such polite and pleasant people.

Always come here for my car maintenance since moving to the neighborhood several years ago. The manager always does well on taking care of me and what I need. Professionals who understand that your car still needs TLC in these tough times.Located at the end of the car lots at the intersection of Billingsley and Sawmill.

Stopped at this shop in an emergency when a front tire blew out after a bumper flew off another car on the highway. The staff was very understanding of our situation and welcomed us in. They started to work with us and stayed within our budget without overselling products using beer tactics. Their professionalism showed throughout our entire visit. We were in and out within 25 minutes.

Joey and Alex got my car in pretty last minute. Every other place had days long waits and they got me in same day when i really needed it. Their prices are extremely fair and this is my first time having to have such a big repair on any car ive owned! I definitely reccomend NTB to anyone who needs super quick work done in their car :)

My wife recently went in to get her Acura RDX repaired. They were extremely fair and thorough with their diagnosis and explanation. We really appreciated how honest they were after having just visited the dealership and receiving an outrageous estimate. They even stayed after hours to complete the job. We cannot thank them enough.

This NTB location is awesome! Great service team, got my car in right away and had my tires in stock. The manager Joey made sure he answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this NTB location !

I am so grateful to Joey and the team at NTB for being so accommodating, friendly, and effective. I had a my emergency where I needed four new tires and they responded quickly AND gave me a great deal! I recommend the Billingsley Road location to any customer.

Love this place! Excellent service on my vehicle, engine was shaking took it in where they quickly found out the problem and had it fixed in a few hours. The managers are super nice and helpful highly recommend this place for great hospitality and service.

I have used this shop many times over the years. Joey and his crew are professional and timely. Brought my truck in for tire balancing after several attempts at Walmart, where I bought the tires. They were able to remove the vibration and explained why Walmart didn t get it right the first two times. Lesson learned. I will be using this professional shop for my next tire purchase and future maintenacne.

These guys are sooooo helpful!!! I drive A LOT so I have to come to them often & they are always looking out for me. I highly recommend coming to this specific location. Joey is an angel! He doesn t look it LOL but he has helped me in so many ways.

I have been a customer for several years. I have purchased tires and automotive repair services and they are fantastic. The manager Joey, is great he makes you feel like your problem is his problem and gets the job done right and they get you back on the road quickly. They also just fix the problem and not try to sell you stuff you don't need. I trust them and highly recommend to anyone looking for tires or automotive repair.

The guys at NTB have always treated me right. I have been a customer since we moved to Ohio in 2014. They warranty their work and can always fit me in when I'm having an emergency. All the guys here are great. The NTB off Bilkingsly has Joey as the manager. Go talk to Joey. You won't be disappointed.
