Great service highly recommend! I was in need of someone to come to help mate a transmission to the motor in my car and for 4 days I was jacked around from all these other mobile mechanics in and around the Columbus area (I contacted >12 different mobile mechanics). The morning of the job, I contacted Zach not expecting much initially due to my recent experiences. However he came to help me within a few hours of contact and we got the transmission mated AND he stayed to help bleed the clutch so we could start the car to make sure the job was done correctly. He is VERY busy so please be patient, however he will fit you in and do a great job!

I was passing through Columbus when the ratchet straps broke on a motor that I was transporting. The motor tipped over and broke out my back window. I needed help getting the motor upright so I could get back on the road. I called and they were very helpful for an odd situation. They strapped the motor down and helped cover up the broken window for me. I was very thankful for their help in my stressful situation.

Best and fastest service in Columbus! I was having trouble finding someone to do my rear brakes bc of the electronic sensor. I called No Hassle and they came to my home and fixed my brakes in less than 30 min. I ll definitely be using them again! Highly recommend!

Zack replaced the starter in my car this past weekend and did an amazing job. He showed up quickly and got straight to work. No drawn out process and he gave the best price ever after calling like 3-4 other places. He even went and got the part I needed. Definitely recommending him to anybody who needs an auto repair and I will be using him from here on out!!

I can not even rate this guy Zach and I give him a 0. He has had our Mercedes for over a year and the car is not fixed yet. He keeps telling us I am working on it and we have gone to the business several times and the business is a house with no garage etc. The engine is out and the car is sitting in a driveway. We have called him several times and text him he will not call us back. We will have to go and file charges against him. I give him a zero. He will not answer our texts and if he does he promises us the car will be finished and it is not. I have several texts with his promises that the car will be done. Also when we went to look at the car at his business address the car had a dent in the door that was not there. Please do not trust this guy at all. I really don't see how people give him a rating at all and I hope this doesn't happen to them. We have given him every opportunity to get the car done and get excuse after excuse. He was also already paid for the job and the car was towed 2 times and we had to pay for that and once impounded and we had to get it out. Please beware of this business at all costs. I am giving him until this weekend and then going to the prosecutor's office and filing charges. He won't answer my calls or text now so hopefully he sees this review and makes this right. All we want is the car fixed that we paid him for and the dent in the door fixed that was done in his possession. It really upsets me that he is working on everybodys else car but ours. I will update this review with the outcome. It is now Monday 4/15 and still have not heard from him. I am really glad he is working on everyones else car but ours that he has had over a year. Enough is enough Zach you need to call us immediatly.

If you ve found this listing, stop looking anywhere else and call Zack ASAP. He went out of his way to make sure he was giving my car personalized care and communicated with me every step of the way. He got a tough job done quickly for me at a more than fair price I won t even consider taking my vehicle anywhere else in the future.

I needed my water pump changed on my 2014 Ford Fusion in a hurry. Zack came the next day and changed it and stayed until the job was done. Not to mention, it was a Sunday! There were some unexpected difficulties, but he got it done, and my baby is back on the road, and I'm back to work. I will call him for all my car repairs going forward. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he is fairly priced. Thank you so much, Zack. I appreciate it!

Okay. I am the daughter of Dan. You have had my father and my mother s 1971 Mercedes for a long time. It s actually a year or so. You have been ignoring their calls. I was in town about a month ago when I heard you on speaker phone tell my mom that it would for sure be ready next week! Which is delayed AGAIN! You have now again started ignoring their cars and it s not an option to leave a voicemail as the voicemail is full. This is very sad. I will not rest until you make this right. You were given a job and paid to fix the original 1971 Mercedes engine. The car is at your place of business without the engine. The car now has a dent in the door which you have not fixed. I m starting to believe you may have sold the engine. Either way, reach out and make this right or you will have the law coming for you and your business. One things I do not play around with is my family. If you cannot fix the car, return my fathers car with the engine and the money you were paid.

I had an issue with my taillights late at night, Zach came within 20 mins after i called him. He found the issue and fixed it less than 15 minutes after he arrived, he has very good pricing and he knows what he s doing.

Great experience with Zach. He worked for 5-6 hours on my mother who has dementia's brakes that had literally fallen off. When her card didn't work and it was too complicated for me or her to figure out that late at night he was very kind and understanding. Fixed everything wonderfully and I'm very happy that my mother is now safe on the road when she goes out.Service: Brakes

Zach is a lifesaver. After I was struggling 3 weeks to take off a rear wheel bearing I decided to look for a mobile Mechanic and luckily I found Zach. He is very professional and laidback, made it seem so easy. I will definitely call him in the near future for more work. Thanks again Zach!

Partially got the job done after rescheduling numerous times and then completely ghosted me after he was supposed to come back the next day. I've tried calling and texting for weeks and my car is now leaking oil.

I was with a friend whose car broke down and unable to start it. We called at least six other mechanics and Zach was the only one to call back. He came to the Jeep and immediately diagnosed the problem with the ignition. He took it apart and confirmed the problem, left to get a replacement part and came back to fix it. He had my friends Jeep running and back on the road in a little over an hour of first arriving. We were from out of town and Zach treated us like we were neighbors. We were so impressed with his service and generosity that we paid him more than the price he asked not only to show appreciation but because he saved us a few hundred dollars if we would ve taken it somewhere else. I highly recommend Zach and not that we want to be broke down in Columbus again but if we are we will definitely be calling him.Service: Electrical

Zach and I spoke daily for over a week...with the results being the same. Each day he would tell me that he will do the work needed...and each day he didn't show up...until eventually he just stopped answering my calls

My car died on the side of the highway on my way out of town to see a show on a Saturday. Fortunately, Zach called right back, diagnosed the problem, figured out what replacement parts were needed from a couple pictures I sent, picked up the parts, came to where I was, and had everything installed, tested and ready to go in about 2 hours. I consider myself very lucky to have found him, that he was available to help, and that I even made the show in time!

My husband and I have contacted this mechanic multiple times to have my 2007 Ford Edge looked at and diagnosed so a claim could be filed with my warranty company. He never showed up the two times he was supposed too even after my husband reached out to him to confirm and even offered to bring the car to him.I was hoping he d work out and be able to help me get my vehicle fixed after all the good reviews I read but unfortunately I ve been stood up twice and my car is still not fixed. I have two small children and really was relying on this guy to get my car back on the road in a timely manner.

Had me feeling like I was driving a hover craft after replacing my struts and shocks. Explained the situation all the way even made a run for extra parts needed and gave a discount. I recommend Zack all the way and will be calling again if I ever need him for other situations cause I know my suspension is good. This guy is good at his job. He came and did a fuel pump change in my van in less then an hour and a half. His prices are unbeatable, trust me I know. I spend a lot of money on mechanics because most of my vehicles are over 15yrs old. He's the one you need to call.

He was the cheapest quote. Did fantastic work. And definitely helped me get my project together for me. Very friendly. And when he said he would get it done today he wasn't kidding. Amd he came to me! Highly recommended!

Zach came same day at 9pm in the dark to do a spark plug replacement. Was really fast with the work and he s very personable. Super affordable also. Beats almost everybody s price in the game. Definitely excited I found my new mechanic
