Great shop..Family owned and operated..They truly care about taking care of the customer and their vehicle. Natalie is attentive and informative through the whole process. I m a third time customer, each time Natalie covered my deductible so there was no out of pocket cost and even wrote me a $100 check for a referral! I recommend them to everyone.

Natasha and her team are honestly the best in town and I would definitely recommend. I had a mechanic take advantage of me and messed up my car. No collision shop wanted to take my car in but her shop. Now my challenger drives like I just drove it off the car lot. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and I definitely felt in safe hands. Her dad is literally one of the best in town! I would never take my car anywhere else but her shop!! If you want the job done right, please head to this shop and you would never be disappointed.

The staff at Napa Global Collision on Westerville Road especially Natalie and her sister went above and beyond to help me in every way possible including helping me get my rental car. I was updated at least once a week to let me know what was going on. They dealt with the isurance company due to having 2 claims. I would definitely recommend them for any work that needs done, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them for any work. I would also like to thank everyone else working there! They are amazing! They even detaled it. My car looks brand new! Below I posted before and after pictures, it's like a brand new car! They are Amazing!

Napa Collision and their representative Natasha did outstanding work. Someone hit the back of my car and pushed me Into another vehicle, my front and back were severely damaged. NAPA completed the repairs in a timely fashion and updated me weekly so I never had to call. They also helped with rental pick up and drop off. My car looks amazing and I am satisfied.

This is the best body shop in the city of Columbus hands down. They worked relentlessly to get my car back to its original state. Natalie also helped me get a loaner vehicle for the time being when my insurance refused to pay for the whole contract. This shop was a blessing for me always kept me up to date an honest. They also help with deductibles which is great. Thank you Napa global a Natalie for all the great work that was done.

Natalia, Victoria and Angel all are very professional a made this process very easy for me. Everything with this has been more than perfect from the day I got my quote to the day I picked up my vehicle. They even detailed my vehicle inside an out! If you re looking to get some body damages repaired on your vehicle this is definitely the place to go !..Update:My car was hit once again on February 10th 2024 while parked. I texted Natalia the same day she immediately got back with me an had my car towed to her shop by 12pm the same day. She kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle. I was able to pick my car up about 2 weeks after ( February 28th 2024) they are fast and hard workers! I m happy to have my vehicle back in such a short amount of time!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We absolutely loved our experience with NAPA Global Collision Center. I spoke with Natalie and she was ready to have someone pick up the car immediately. She kept me updated throughout the entire process & was very sweet. They covered 75% of our deductible on top of everything else they helped with! I will be sending everyone I know needing repairs to here! 10/10 experience :)

One of the best Auto Body Shops in the area, the service here is incredible. I Didnt have to anything but take the care in , they contacted the insurance directly , kept me updated every step of the way. Got my vehicle back as if the day i bought it from the dealership. These guys know what they are doing.

Great family owned business. Natalie took care of all the insurance hassles for me, she even offered me a ride to pick up a rental car. She kept me updated with the progress the entire time. The guys did amazing work on my car and I got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off. They started working on my car as soon as I dropped it off, so I wasn't waiting for months to get my car fixed. Very laid back people. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

UPDATE: Dude sideswiped me, I was devastated. Went back to Napa Global and if you guys don t believe me by now then look. Forever the only people to touch my car. Still new.Took my 21 F Sport to Napa Global Collision and they did this magic in a week! It looks like a new car the color match is perfect. I am amazed. Will always come here and refer friends and family. They make you feel like family and paid my 1000 deductible when no one else could! They kept me up to date with repairs.

Took my car here after someone crashed into me. They were so kind and welcoming I didn t have to worry about a thing. Kept good communication with updates! Family owned and soo personable. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Napa Global. I took my car in to get the front windshield repaired and I called around to a few Big or shall I say well known body shops and the customer service was not great. So I gave Napa Global a call and Natalie answered the phone and was very polite and very professional. She explained the process and also offered to take me to pick up my rental car once I dropped my vehicle off. Just our initial conversation I felt like my car would be in good hands because you an tell she was very passionate about her job. The experience was absolutely amazing they repaired my windshield in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I would recommend my family and friends to Napa Global any day and anytime . Thanks Natalie for going above and beyond

Loved this body shop!! Look no further! Honest and kind people repaired my car in 2 weeks when other shops couldn t even get me in until months out. Gave me a free loaner, covered my deductible and detailed my car not to mention the work looks better than ever, my car looks brand new! Thank you to everyone there I will be sending everyone I know

The staff at NAPA Global Collision Center were professional and courteous. They went the extra mile and and detailed my interior, in addition to doing the body work.They worked well with my insurance, so that there were no hitches!And the work was fantastic! The color was matched perfectly (which was a challenge!)I give NAPA Global Collision Center my highest recommendation!Take you collision repair work to them, you won t be disappointed!

Let tell y all have wonderful , easy and smooth it was to get my car fixed ! Not only that but my car turned out wonderful and Natalie was soooooo helpful and sweet she made sure i was informed on everything and that i didn t have to deal with the insurance company she handled everything !! soooo if you guys are looking for great service on your vehicle and someone who will make sure you are satisfied with service check them out ! These other shops will not go above and beyond like they will !! I will be referring everyone and they mamas to them but no seriously thank you guys so much !! And plus i was able to reach out to them without feeling like i am bothering anyone about my vehicle which is nice ! They cleaned my car from the inside out !!!

I found Napa via a Google search after lack of help from my vehicle insurance agent in finding a shop to address the aftermath of the hit and run that crushed my entire back end and trunk! >:(Progressive wanted to send me to their preferred places, of course, and ALL of them had a 30 day wait to even GET to my car. It was a Friday when I got hit and I needed to get this somewhere as soon as possible since my work really requires I be able to travel to the different offices as need arises.Napa showed up at the top of the Google searches and had the best reviews so I gave it a call! Natalie answered the phone so pleasantly, the conversation was seamless as she proceeded to ask all the questions to find out if they could take my car on with the insurance I have, she advised me to go ahead and bring the car in RIGHT away and that she would take care of everything with coordinating with my insurance.I took my car in on a Monday morning, called my insurance to get the rental process started and heard... nothhhhhinggggggg of course. Natalie reached out to a contact she already had with my insurance and was able to get it sorted out. She even dropped me off at the rental place which was way above and beyond in customer service, I mean... I don't know if many places do that but I didn't expect it and was so grateful b/c it was a BIGGG help!I could go on and on but long story short is that I truly thank GOD that I found Napa because if it wasn't for Natalie and Angel in the shop I don't know how I would have ever gotten anything done and moved along to get my car fixed and back in possession!!! They time and time again went above and beyond to help me out and make this process be SEAMLESS rather than the nightmare it would have been if it was fully up to my insurance agent.Honestly, I've been SO happy with their service that I would take any and all cars to them for anything and everything if I could!A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++ experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rare is the opportunity for me to seek out a good auto shop for a job such as this. I was in need of someone who could ascertain the problem with a older model pickup truck, and provide excellent repair. After searching Yelp for a quality repair shop, I came up on Paul. After a discussion about what was going on with the truck, I decided to have a tow truck tow it to Paul facility.Paul's team expertly ran a diagnostic on the vehicle, ascertained the problem, and was authorized to proceed with the repairs. The repairs basically were the equivalent of rebuilding the engine, and this was handled expertly by Paul and his team, with them actually going above and beyond what they ordinarily would do, as they knew that I needed to have this vehicle in such excellent condition to be ready to hit the road and drive for 6 hours.In the skeptical World, there are few gems in the repair industry, but tucked away on on Branchview is just such a gem for the Auto industry and I would highly recommend Paul's shop for anyone needing some quality repairs by trusted mechanics. Yelp, an upgrade is needed, whereas this is a six star repair facility...

I got into a auto accident at the end of June. Did not have major damage some cosmetic damage to the average eye. I tried my car into the preferred insurance provider, but they said it would be months before they got it. I got the napa collision on Westerville post card in the mail, days after accident and decide to give them call. They explained to me what was going to happen and even called my insurance and rental to make sure everything was ready to drop my car for the repair. They had it 3 weeks and kept upated on what was going on. I am happy that i have my car back it looks brand new. Thank Napa Collision on Westville for all your hard work and Fast service.

Just recently got in a accident , was looking around for a professional body shop and found Napa global best customer service hands down took care of the whole process thru insurance gave me a free loaner while they repaired my car I m very satisfied, THEY EVEN COVERED MY $1,000 DEDUCTIBLE
