We hear horror stories all the time about body shops. Imagine taking your nice car in and having the front end replaced with inferior parts. Only attached by zip ties under the hood. I let the smaller things slide but this was the last straw. I took it in because someone backed into the driver side door and rear quarter panel. No reason to even have touched the front end. There is so much wrong that nobody would even believe me. But that s what you are counting on, right? I only hope that someone takes advantage of you in this same way. You are a corrupt business.Service: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle to get an estimate. Pete was very nice and polite and did a great job with the estimate. The lady, Melissa NOT SO MUCH!! VERY RUDE and uninviting! Never acknowledged me when I walked through the door just looked at me... Pete came out and greeted me.I called the next day to speak with Pete. Once again the lady Melissa was very rude. Said Pete would call me back but never got my phone number and hung up on me.. JUST PLAIN RUDE! That was enough for me to decide never to use this company .Once again Pete was great! That Melissa lady definitely should not have contact with customers!!

After hitting a deer I came here to fix the front corner panel. When I came to pick it up a week later the pinstripe was not put back on, the plastic by the window was popped up still, two small pieces of the bumper was still popped out. And nothing was checked under the hood. My washer fluid line and reservoir was cracked and not fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do NOT take your business to these people. In the process of contacting an attorney. They have had our family vehicle for almost 3 months. We are a family of 6 and it s really made life hard without this car. My husband has had to proactively get updates from them, because customer service is horrible and they do not reach out. We were told for a month that the car would be ready tomorrow and finally when it is ready today we are scrambling to try and pick it and balance our own schedules and we said we may be a little past 6. Melissa B - the office manager was insanely rude- said they re there 10 hours a day and essentially said if we can t get the vehicle when it s convenient for them then we are SOL. Melissa ended up hanging up on me and then proceeded to screen my calls and refused to answer. I ll be updating this review once we actually have the car back to let you know it s condition, but based off customer service alone- do not take your business here. Hopefully they ll be looking for different office managers- clearly Melissa hates her job to speak to and treat customers in the manner she does. Again - consulting an attorney and will be reporting this to corporate and every other agency we can!Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding experience here! They did the estimate on my vehicle in record time and clearly outlined what needed to be done and when. Most of the work was done for me (scheduling rentals, calling insurance, etc..) making it extremely easy for a first time accident customer. I was notified regularly on the progress of the repairs as well. Car left as good as when I bought it. 100% Recommend this body shop.

Their availability is open, besides that, not too happy with my experience. I'm pretty sure they don't double check the written being done. Upon picking up my car, I noticed 4 things that shouldn't have been wrong. Parts were left inside my car, doors weren't flush, pieces hanging off the door on the outside and piece from undercarriage hanging which makes it very difficult to drive. Only thing that should have been touched to be fixed, were my 2 driver's side doors. So why is it my right side of my bumper (undercarriage) all scratched and broken, when it was perfectly fine when I dropped my car off to be fixed?

This place is AMAZING! My car looks brand new. They even cleaned out the inside prior to returning it. Melissa is the sweetest person I ve ever met and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I absolutely loved doing business with them and will be sending people their way!

I just got my car back yesterday but so far everything sounds good. My car looks better after than it did before my accident honestly. And they cleaned the inside of my car which was a plus and I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service and easy to work with.Edit: I've had to go back to Napa twice after they fixed my car. Once because my headlight wasn't properly rewired, second time because I was leaking transmission fluid. Both issues from the initial car damage that they fixed so I'm a little upset about making multiple trips back. Pretty sure my transmission is still leaking too... changed my rating to 3 stars.Edit: I am back. A 3rd time. For a defective part... 2 stars because I'm tired of driving here

Took great care of all my needs, from lining up a car rental company through my insurance to giving me calls updating on the progress, and making sure I was properly compensated with insurance and what they could do for me. Very friendly and professional.

Napa did a phenomenal job on the cosmetic repair of my Toyota Camry. My car appeared in brand new condition. Melissa, the office manager made my experience simple and smooth. I highly suggest using this company for any collision repair.

My daughter just picked up her vehicle. She was very pleased with the fact that they stuck with the estimated amount she would owe and the work was perfect.The vehicle was also spotless on the inside.Nobody wants to get in a wreck but if you do this is the place to go period.

They made the process after my incident incredibly easy! I'm so glad that I found these guys, they took care of everything as well as giving regular updates!! 5 stars definitely and everyone should know about this shop!!! I was so pleased when I picked up my car. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The Napa representative called me weekly and updated me with the progress on my repairs. The service was friendly and professional. I will definitely refer people I know to Napa Collision. Plus they cleaned my car out...it was so clean I couldn t believe it. It looked like new inside and out.Thanks again Team Napa

Amazing place great people , super professional. The manager there was vary helpful , I believe his name was Pete or Peter , Ethier way what a guy! Made us feel at home and it was nice.Thier work speaks for itself. Intelligent well spoken and answered all of our questions. I'd gladly use them again!

Have had my truck worked on twice and my daughters car once. Pete is easy to work with. They will cover your deductible and work with you to ensure your happy. They stand beythier work.

My brother had been using my car for 6 months, so the inside of my car was trashed. He had trash and junk everywhere and he vapes so there was a residue all over my windows. Well he got into a accident with it. I pick Napa based off the reviews. When I got my car back from them you wouldn't even have known it was in a accident. On top of that they detailed the whole inside of my car no extra charged. Very happy... I will be returning back for other work I want done on my car that I will be paying out of pocket expenses for...Thanks Guys at Napa Collision Center

The best part of doing business with NAPA COLLISION CENTER is they turn what could be a confusing, difficult situation into a smoother event. Very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very fair pricing and quality work. Our family has been using their services for years and will not go anywhere else.

I will never take my car back to these people! I have had my car back there twice since I got it back and found out they used painter tape to TAPE a sensor to my wheel. Tape!! And was told they would be out to look at the sensor at Firestone never showed up never called me back. I have called several times and they are sending me and my Insurance Company to voicemail. I will be contacting BBB and seeking legal action!

They were so helpful and the work they performed on our SUV turned out really well. We will definitely be back, if we ever need any more body work and will refer our friends.
