The guy I dealt with was horrible. He didn't want to help me at all. I had to call our local napa from Lexington ohio so that the manager there could help me get the filters I needed. I hope I never have to return to this store. The only reason I'm giving them two stars and not one is because they had everything I needed

Absolutely terrible, twice I went here to pickup doordash orders and both times i waited 10+ minutes to be told they have no idea where its at. Then got stuck behind one of their delivery drivers who kept brake checking me and flipped me off! Old guy with goatee. Be aware of these clowns

Horrible (non-existent) customer service. Doesn t matter if you place an online order or go inside the store to buy something, do not expect to be treated with respect. Orders that state ready in 30 min somehow take 12+ hours to be marked ready for pickup. Employees are unwilling to help and never, ever friendly. They act as if you are inconveniencing them by simply patronizing the business. An errand that should only take a couple minutes ends up taking forever because this store is staffed by a bunch of incompetent clowns. Spend your hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere.

Absolutely AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I bought a set of both Rear Calipers for my car today, taking my cores in with me. I traded them in and got the new calipers (after waiting forever, they have 20 employees and only 1 helps customers at a time it seems ).I get home - one of the calipers is not the right part. I check the receipt, and the part number - everything is correct. Clearly, they boxed the wrong part at the factory.I drive back, explain to Joe, the Assistant Manager, that by no fault of his I ve received two different parts (one correct caliper, one incorrect) and could he grab another one from the back.Immediately Joe is sure to let me know - they gave me exactly what I asked for and they re supposed to be different parts (Joe thought I wasn t smart enough to know there are R & L side calipers he didn t comprehend they were 2 completely different calipers) so I tell him that, and show him them, and he still does not see the difference. He then ignores me, and starts looking up brake calipers on the system (not even specifying my car) so I show him on my phone, on their site, that the parts I bought are the same they list on their site for my car. Joe insists that them websites aren t always right , and continues browsing through hundreds of brake caliper results.I get frustrated, and hastily explain to him AGAIN that I KNOW what part numbers I need, and got the right box - it just had the wrong part in the box. I then take the core calipers and show him - they DO NOT match the wrong caliper I got.Joe looks me dead in the eye and goes well, you ordered the wrong parts .At this point, I lose my cool and angrily tell him I did not order the wrong parts, they didn t give me the wrong part number - the factory boxed the wrong part in the right box.He still doesn t get it, but reluctantly requests another caliper of the same part number I ordered. It comes. It matches the others, and he finally sees what I clearly explained 10 times already. I get my parts. I leave.I m driving home, and I get the notification of the transaction on my card - it says Napa charged me $20 more than my receipt says, and did not reflect my returning the cores. I called the store, couldn t understand the name of who I talked to, but I explained my issue, he looked up my invoice, said my receipt was correct, and he didn t know why I was charged $20 extra, and to come back into the store and talk to the manager. As of writing this, hours later, I still have not been refunded the cores or my $20 they overcharged me.So then I m FINALLY home, installing these parts - and wouldn t you know the bolts aren t even properly sized. Now you might think you had the wrong socket on there , but A.I m a former AutoTech who is more than capable of choosing the right socket, and B.I tried every size in Metric and Standard, they did not have a snug fit. As I tightened the BrakeLine down, the head started to strip because the socket was slightly too big.So they have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, their factory employees packing their parts are just as incompetent as their Assistant Manager, who has so little common sense or critical thinking skills, he can hardly comprehend the very thing he is hired for when explained at such a level even a toddler could understand. I cannot stress enough how bad an employee Joe is, it is BAFFLING to me that Napa is still in business with people like him in charge. His incompetence is staggering. The store itself is ran just terribly. I ve never been in there and back out in less than 15 min. Even if I m buying something off the shelves that I can grab myself - I m waiting ATLEAST 15 minutes, and if they have to get it from the back - it s 30min. Even if you preorder online, you re waiting a ridiculous amount of time while people like Joe just screw around trying to figure out what the hell the customer just explained to him. Every time I go to any other auto parts store, I m in and out in 5-10min tops, they just have terrible service here.Absolute nightmare.

Been coming here for decades and never had a problem but now there are just a bunch of zombies walking around the store with tablets unable to help a real person. Just needed some glue to fix my seat and couldn't find it even after talking to staff. Walked all over the store and none of the 5-10 employees could be bothered to ask if I needed help. Customer Service appears to be gone here... Sad..

Staff was helpful, and very communicative. They had light bulbs for a 442 Oldsmobile in stock which was very helpful. Overall I would recommend anyone else to go here for their various automotive needs

I ve seen others comment how terrible the service is here and I have to agree. After plowing through a list of items I needed to no avail I finally decided to just get spark plugs and the specialist couldn t even help identify the difference between two no name brand crappers after they didn t stock bosch or ngk. For the record i came here for a thin wall spark plug, socket, spark plugs, a battery, and a spark plug coin. Pretty run of the mill stuff. Guess I ll buy it on amazon like everyone else.

My service place had difficulty removing lug nuts from my automobile and they were damaged. They replaced them with some kind of special lug nut because I said they were having trouble finding ones that fit. When they were done, however, I had some fancy schmancy special lug nut that I couldn't remove.I stopped in at Napa and they were actually able to provide me with the key to get all those lug nuts off if I wanted. So now I have a copy of the key that I carry in the car.Note I required help to figure out what I needed. The woman who helped me was walking the floor and was able to figure out exactly what I needed. This pretty much describes every interaction I have ever had at this location. They're very helpful and they have a large stock of things. It's kind of my go-to when I need an auto part and no one else seems to have it.Latest trip, very helpful finding some brake hoses.

I was in NAPA to replace my noisy windshield wipers. The customer service person first looked up my blade requirements, to make sure I was buying the right size then he left the counter and took me to best value. It was definitely a very good experience.

I could of bought my PARTS at autozone? Or any auto parts store. I chose Napa, because of quality, and you don't get the WRONG part. Price might be higher? But you will like them,.

I had a very nice experience at the store in Dublin/Granville. I had ordered a cat clamp for my Sub Forrester. According to the 'chat' online, as well as, speaking with a Napa employee from another store, the universal cat clamp was recommended. Long story short, a well known, respectable garage said the part would not fit my Forrester. I had ordered the cat clamp online from Napa and as it was so heavy, I thought it would be easier to return to a Napa Store. Our closest Napa said I needed a customer number and an account to return it through the store, and probably needed to return it through 'online' if they couldn't provide the information. I called Dublin/Granville which is several miles farther from where I live and they were VERY helpful. I told them my issues and the employee said it should not matter as long as it is from Napa. When I got to the store, Bruce was VERY nice and even though I didn't have the customer or account number from my online order, this store was able to refund my purchase in full. I definitely left as a happy customer! (no restocking fee, and no extra charges for returning a heavy car part)Thank you Dublin/Granville Napa :-)

After difficulties getting assistance finding the needed part, an associate did finally help, but not well. After waiting, then being taken to search, we promptly found the part ourselves while the employee searched in the wrong area. We had to ask for pricing and discovered pricing was about twice the cost of getting from the dealer. Not a great experience overall.

Had a battery delivered. Showed up at wrong address. When approaching the car I attempt to explain the entrance is a little further down, the gentleman pointed to where my battery was and drove off after grabbing it. Glad they deliver.

This location has the largest parts selection and inventory of any other parts stores in the Columbus area. whenever we need "must have today" parts, I can always count on this store. No business is perfect, but they are very reliable and knowledgeable from my experiences. I have never had a bad experience here.

After searching multiple auto parts stores we finally found the parts we needed to fix a muffler issue on the car. Very clean, displays were very neat and they had a sale table near the checkouts.

Overall good. Went to buy an advertised special. Was told none available locally. Only way to get was have shipped. Charged $19 - and had to pay in advance. Still a fair deal but disappointing to be charged extra. Really wish they'd do a better job stocking if they are going to advertise it.

Always have the part I need as this is one of their distribution centers, plus a great selection of tools, accessories, and more. Will definitely be going back for any of the parts and tools I need to keep my car running at tip top shape.

Whenever I have gone to another auto parts store I always wish I would've just gone to NAPA. This NAPA is particularly helpful. I had one sales associate spend almost 30 minutes looking for an obscure, old bearing replacement (he found one). It was a $12 sale. Everytime I go in there no question I ask is too dumb (and I ask a lot of dumb questions) and the staff is so helpful. This combined with a cavernous selection of parts makes this store a great place.

I am up dating a negative review I had left a few days ago. After an assistant store manager took the time to explain what had happened. I understood a little better what had happened on thier end. No one is perfect but these guys try to get it right and I appreciate that. This all started when I purchased a rebuilt steering gear box that was defective. I wrote the review after the store would not allow my mechanic to return the original core. From my understanding the store could not find the correct account to credit it to.
