Awesome awesome store. The 3 men that were working were amazing and very understanding of my situation and helped me tremendously. Five star customer service all the way. If the world had more men like these 3 it would be an amazing place.

Always quality parts and products. The staff was courteous and helpful. I returned a set of calipers for the core charge as they were closing. The gentleman at the cash register help me with the return and even help me pick up brake fluid right as they were about to clock out for the day. Thanks to the staff there for a good experience.

This store acts like they don't really want customers. Three out of four employees at the counter act like they are busy when customers walk in. They rarely have the parts that I need. Save your time and money, just go to Autozone instead. My experience here was the same on multiple occasions.

Very fast service. They are not as busy on walk in traffic. It is the cheapest place I've found for headlights and brake lights. If you order on the internet you can get a ten percent discount. Wonderful place for car parts. Bought a two pack of break lights for my mom's car and it was only five bucks.

I always think of NAPA as the big gun of retail auto parts stores. If you haven't found your part yet, it probably means you haven't been to NAPA yet - they just seem to stock more parts on premises than most. Knowledgeable and capable staff can find that part in their vast warehouse too.

This is the worst excuse for a NAPA ever! Needed a hydraulic hose made,said they couldn't do it until tomorrow because there were only two guys working. I was the only customer in the store, the guy was leaning on the counter looking out the window when I walked in.I guess it was 45 minutes til closing :(

David store mgr told us if we found lower price at auto zone should have went there first and having an account at Napa makes me want to close my account

This store refused to change my parts while they all had 2 years warranty. I recommend anyone here, also rude employees.

NAPA has good parts. Might cost a few dollars more than Auto Zone or Advance but they fit and work right.

Went in for grand re-opening. Not a good thing to be trying to take your customers money when trying to open up again. Anyway I will never go to a NAPA again. Thieves.
