Picked up a screw in our tire while driving cross-country on New Years Eve. We were able to drive-in and we were helped immediately. The staff was friendly, thorough, and very efficient. They even provided multiple solutions at different price points. Hopefully, we won't need a new tire for a while, but I would definitely go back.

I was in desperate need for a used tire, went to more than 10 places before I found this place!!! They were the only ones with a used tire in the size I needed, I was honestly going to give up after having no luck with previous places but they were the very last place I was going to check. Thank you for saving the day and the amazing customer service

Daughter was just released from ICU at children's and we live 2 hours away in Cambridge, when we discovered the entire car would shake one we got up to 45 mph. we stopped here at 6:30 in the evening when most others are closed and was able to get a tire in 25 minutes and was ready to finally get home. Thank you Mr USA.

The best tire shop in the world. The owner is such an amazing guy with such an amazing experience. He know what the customer need. He's fast and gets the job done the right way. His shop is big and has enough tires for everyone. He's not expensive and works with helping you out on picking the right tire not just for the money but for what the car really needs. He's personality is amazing and gets you in and out the shop at a good time. He's the best..

I had a leaking tire that I needed to get fixed quickly and found this place close to my house and open on a Sunday. The owner was the only person working and came out to greet me and explain he was finishing a job and that I would be next. Once the previous customer left. I drove into the garage bay and had to find my locking lug nut wrench for the guy. He showed me where a previous attempt to patch the tire (at another shop) had failed and got everything fixed in quick order. He applied a patch to the inside, meaning he had to take the tire off the rim, and still only charged $20. Quick, honest and not too expensive means that I will come here for any other needs I might have in the future.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.the staff was so helpful through the entire process. I called a few times and they were always so polite and respectful. it's easy to find. I got 2 almost new tires(90% tread) for a third of the price of the closest competition. They installed withing 30 minutes and I've got a warranty. Definitely my go to tire place

Had to get my tires changed at the last minute before vacation and these folks were absolute lifesavers! Nate was able to get us in and out within 45 mins. Excellent service & fantastic prices, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to change out their tires!

I had a tire blow out on 270. I called Mr USA tires, towing and 24/7 road side service. They arrived in 13 minutes. Had the car towed to their shop where they gave me the best price on a set of 4 new tires and an oil change which I knew I was due for everything 10,000 miles ago.The staff was very polite and funny. The owner Dee (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) even came out from working on another car to thank me for coming in. It s rare to find a shop like Mr USA.

Great customer service and great prices. Roy did a great job of makung sure I had quality used tires for the price. Did a great job of making sure I was aware and satisfied with what I was getting instead of just selling me some used tires and getting me out the door. Definitely recommend Roy, he will get you together!

I came here the other day after calling and said they would be able to help right away because they had no customers. When I got there someone else just got there ahead of me and this nice worker T or D came out and got me all used up ina jiffy. I definitely recommend this pace for a quick replacement. Not bad prices and the service is phenomenal.

Best tire shop in Ohio. The customer service was excellent along with the brand new set of 4 that I bought six months ago. The tread is still in perfect condition. I ll never do business anywhere else in my life. If I move out of the state of Ohio, I ll fly in just to get my tires from here.

went in to identify a knocking in my back tire, and the employee there was quick to identify a broken belt in my tire. I was fortunate enough to have arrived in time for him to help me pick out a great used tire. I appreciate there friendliness and informative discussion in terms of identifying a tire that was good for me. definitely coming back before winter.

Guess im old. Seemed kinda high for a used tire BUT the guy that helped me was great. In and out in about 15 minutes ( that includes talking about his cool car ). Mounted , balanced , paid and gone very quik . Polite , clean , easy to get to . Will definitely remember and recommend . UPDATE - Back again today for 2 tires. Guy awesome. Do e before I knew it. Less than 30 minutes and didn't ask for name, email, phone, address, ect for advertising BS like most other places. Just great , fast , polite service.

I bought a tire from them and drove on the wheel 3 days before the tire blew out. I took it in they informed me the rim was bent. I took the rim to the place they recommended for repair. 2 weeks later the replacement tire blew out in the same manner as the 1st. I presented the warranty and was told it doesn t cover defects. The premise behind a warrant is for defects. I will never do business with them again.

Joe was SUPER HELPFUL & I did not feel any pressure (like how I felt at Tire Discounters last week). He just simply explained the options & left it up to me to make my decision. I appreciated that. And the PRICES are GREAT which is a BIG PLUS!!

Great prices, and a great place to get a tire. Got help in immediately and they were also very fast with replacing my tire. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Best tire place I ve been to so far

I had a flat, tire couldn t be patched and I was going to have my van towed to my house but the tow truck driver suggested I call Mr. USA tire I said it showed online that they closed at seven he said you might still call. So I called the owner answered and said he was closed but did you need a tire I said yes I had a flat and was having my car towed and the driver suggested I call you and he could tow it there he said what size do you need I will turn around and go right back to the shop and I will meet you there. He informed me the last time I got tires they put the wrong size of tires on and so I bought two new tires and will be going back very soon to get two more the right size. That is some excellent service

The man that helped me, I believe his name was Andy, was so accommodating and polite. The rates were extremely fair and he genuinely cared about getting my car running right. Will stop here First for any and all tire issues

The fact that I went in there with 4 messed up tiers and paid a good amount for them to fix all my tiers and they did it fast, NOW THATS GOOD SERVICE!! As I was driving off I felt the different between the old tiers compared to the new ones!! And on top of that the workers are so respectful and make you feel so welcomed!!!

The guy who was working here on Memorial Day 2018 (when nowhere else was open!) was great. Polite, honest, good service. My tires have a 30 day warranty. All good!
