Glen and team were very helpful and knowledgeable! Service was fast and affordable.The lobby is clean and inviting. I suggest this place for any car care needs from tires to oil changes and everything in between.

I ve been here twice for tire replacements (first time was an emergency situation, second time was replacing the ones not replaced earlier). Both times I ve experienced excellent customer service! This time, the employee I was working with had to order the tires from their warehouse, and since the job needed done that day, he made sure to have them deliver via Uber. Great communication the entire time, keeping me updated on how long the work would take. The next day I had to drive 12hrs for a vacation, and they work great! I will always recommend this location, and I ll definitely be coming here in the future when I need maintenance.

My first time going to the shop because I needed new tires. From the time I walked in, I was welcomed and treated nicely, there was no pressure to buy anything that wasn t necessary. In the future I know where to take my car. Outstanding customer service.

9:00 am oil change and air filter appointment. Service completed as I waited at around 9:45 am. Women s restroom clean and well lit. Have used this location for about 20 years with the changes of their management and my vehicles.

The best experience I ve ever had at a car repair shop! They got me in immediately to repair my tire and I was in and out in 15 minutes. The other shops nearby told me they couldn t even help. Such great service and they are willing to help! Glenn is the best and I so appreciate their willingness to help in a stressful situation.

Amazing experience with Glen at Mr. Tire! Fast, Friendly, Cost Effective and Time Efficient!All three guys were knowledgeable and friendly. The shop was clean and very professional unlike other local competition I have had to experience. 5/5 stars!Highly recommended!

I cannot rave about this location enough. I called for a brake replacement price and when I went in to get it done the price had increased (they were running a special) but honored the price with absolutely no pushback! I even had to get the front and back done at different times and had no problems with getting the same pricing the second time either. I went back and had some tires put on as well and the person who worked on my car suggested getting new lug nuts but showed me what I could get on Amazon and told me I could bring them in and have them switched out when I get an oil change. Also suggested I come back in the next day or two to make sure the nuts were secured since they were swollen. Everyone was incredibly nice and did not try to price gouge me. They will be my go to for any car stuff I need done!

These guys work fast and offer great, quality service at a competitive price. Showed up with a bad tire needing replaced on a Saturday at 4:30pm, and left at 4:54pm. 5/5. Great work!

We received excellent service this past weekend. Howard was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us excellent advice. We had our van serviced here in the past and they did a great job. We would definitely recommend this location!

Eric and his team were kind, efficient, and timely. I received 4 new tires. They were well priced. Eric and his team got me in and out of Mr Tire in under an hour. I will go back and I highly recommend Mr Tire to anyone with tire issues or any other automotive needs. Good people:).

Thank you to Kirk for being so nice. This was an emergency stop for us on our way home from Tennessee to Youngstown, Ohio. We stopped for dinner in Columbus and when we got back in the car our tire pressure light was on. It was 30 min until they were to close and I called and he said to bring it in. He was so helpful and so nice even after staying 30 min past their closing time for us. He plugged our tire and recommended that we buy new tires when we get home. He wasn t pushy to sell us tires and told us that we will make it home fine on the plug and it will give us time to shop around for good prices when we get back. We are so appreciative of his service and help! It s frustrating to have something like this happen while traveling home from a vacation but it s not half as bad when you end up finding a place that goes well beyond to help. We have family and friends that live in Columbus and we will be sure to recommend Mr. Tire to all of them! Thank you again Kirk!

I purchased a set of Goodyear tires a year ago from another Mr. Tire location. Was having continued issues with them, but being told the tires were fine... many times. After hours on a Saturday, I found myself 2 hours away from home with a shaky vibration problem that had me scared to drive. This location is open on Sunday, so we got a hotel in hopes we could get in the next day. Eric and JP were both very nice, and happily obliged to get us squeezed right in!! Discovering incredibly over-inflate tires and a potentially hazardous brake job flaw, the tires were promptly balanced and rotated. Relieved and with a good deal of the shaking dulled, we were "safely" on our way home... Only to have to seek out another repair shop 2 days later when the matter had returned with vengeance!! Making an appointment at the original location of the tire purchase, I was again told there wasn't an issue. Just 3 days later (with a day of missed work and ANOTHER $175 out of my pocket thanks to some busted belts) I was replacing 2 front tires.

I've been getting my car serviced here for a while now and they've always done a good job with no issues.Recently, they demonstrated their outstanding service. I ran over a nail during a trip and they were the only repair shop that I could reach before closing. I got there with 5 minutes before their closing time and they immediately started patching my tire in front of me with great speed and skill. They had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes and the tire has held its air pressure ever since. Great job!

was stranded in Ohio with my three kids and my dog. We had a busted tire on New Year s Day and I called half of Columbus looking for help with a new tire. While this Mr Tire did not have what we needed, they were able to find another one who did. If it wasn t for the incredibly nice and helpful people in Polaris, we would have been stuck for the night in a city we didn t know at all! Highly recommend this business thanks to their wonderful employees! I wish they were closer to us so we can use them for all of our service needs.

I would like to file a complaint on the Mr Tire location at 8500 Pulsar Place 43240 #880. I got a flat tire on the side of the freeway this morning and AAA disregarded where i asked him to tow my car and towed it to The Mr Tire location above. No big deal. I told them that I wanted a new tire. My car was parked in a parking space and he took a jump starter over to the car to start it to move it into a bay. The mechanic did an inspection and suggested I get my battery replaced. I declined. I left went to work, the came and picked up my car. There was nothing wrong with my battery before it was dropped off. I picked the car up from the shop and the battery was mysteriously dead. He tries to suggest that something was wrong with my battery when I dropped it off. I politely asked for a jump. He obliged with an attitude as if the situation was my fault. I have made several stops on my way home stopping and starting my car and guess what? There is nothing wrong with my battery! I find it odd that there was only an issue with my battery when it was in the hands of MR TIRE mechanics! Shady business practices when it wasn't warranted. I was considering coming back for more work and even getting an oil change. Not a chance in hades! I assume the tow truck driver left the car on position (not start) when he towed it which caused the battery to die in the first place. But don't use his mistake into weasling me into buying a new battery by draining my battery before I picked it up

We were heading out on a road trip and had an emergency situation and needed our tires fixed quickly. We were greeted professionally and explained our problem. We didn t have to wait long to be taken care of and we were able to continue to on our road trip thanks to these guys. Thank you Mr. Tire for having such an amazing team at this location! We are very grateful.

Have never had a bad experience here. Nobody *likes* buying new tires, but the team at Mr. Tire has always done their best to make it as painless as possible. I always shop around a bit before big purchases, and Mr. Tire has gotten me the best price/value 3 for 3 times at this point. When I left my vehicle to have the tire replaced, they even offered to drive me to Buffalo Wild Wings so I could eat lunch and wouldn t have to camp out in the waiting room. They called me when it was done and came to pick me up when I was ready! Seriously - good, honest service with no BS. Highly recommended.

I can t say enough good things about this place , and the kind people who work there!Driving down I 71 and get a flat, AAA puts spare on sends me on my way! I m a older gal and was scared to turn around and drive back to Mansfield. So I found this tire center called he made me an immediate appointment.Two gentlemen that were working there took such good care of me even though they could not sell me a tire because they didn t have that special size, they thoroughly checked that spare tire and made sure that it would be safe enough for me to get back to Mansfield!It is so nice to go into an establishment that doesn t just treat you like a dollar bill like money money money. The service was outstanding!The gentleman working spoke with respect and curtesy. Never once did they just oh we don t have that and be done! No he tried to find it. Some weird name assured me my tire were good and that it would be ok. Double checked the car again!I want you to know when I need tires on any vehicle I own I will DRIVE TO there to have it done! They are that professional!So thanks for help a old frazzled gal get back home!My only wish is that I could give you like 100 stars!

The engine in my car blew on Christmas Eve and we had to have it towed to this location. My husband and I don t live in the area, so between the holiday weekend and the distance, we had a long ordeal of getting the car squared away. We dealt with Nick, who was extremely kind and professional in providing us the information we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we and our car were taken care of. We wish we lived closer so we could deal with him more regularly!

Was driving home from Southern Ohio to Mid Michigan late Saturday when we hit a pot hike and put a large gash in the sidewall of my Mini with runflats and no spare. With 3.5 hours left in the drive we crashed at a motel and found that Mr Tire was open on Sunday and had my tires in stock!They were very courteous and fast! We were so happy to get back on the road and get home without having to wait to Monday (and lose a vacation day). Thank you so much for being awesome!

Our family was in Columbus for the weekend, 2 hours from home. On the way there, our car started having a strange rattling sound. Mr. Tire was right next to our hotel, so I ran it over to have them make sure that everything was okay. The employees were friendly, efficient and so helpful. They figured out what was causing the rattling sound, and fixed it free of charge in under 15 minutes. Amazing! I am so thankful I went to them. Awesome place!

I wish I could give 10 stars on this review. I was traveling from Cincinnati to Cleveland when I got a flat. It was close to closing time for all the shops in the area so I called to see if they could squeeze me in before the end of the night while my tow was on the way. Andy (I think was his name) was so kind and understanding on the phone and said he would stay late to take care of it. He turned a stressful situation into an easy fix when I got there with the mindset of all that matters is that you are safe on the road . I appreciate it so much. Mr. Tire is lucky to have a guy like him on their team!

The shop manager saved me today!! This is the Sunday before memorial day. This guy opened the door for me and fixed my commercial mower tire, while in a leg brace! I'll definitely check this place out next time I buy tires!!

I needed new tires on my jeep. Went to Mr. Tire; was kindly greeted by Andrew. He quickly looked up the best tires for me and even got them put on for me today! He even offered to give me a ride while they were being put on, too. Stellar service & would highly recommended!!
