I took a nail on the freeway 500 miles from home. I put the doughnut on and found this Mr. Tire nearby. I explained that I had 8 hrs ahead of me, so Bobby and the other gentleman whose name I missed took me right in, plugged the tire, checked pressure all around, including the doughnut and had me on my way in 45 minutes. These guys made a bad situation so simple. Thank you, Bobby, the other terrific guy, and Mr. Tire... good folks!

Well if the manager and employees didn't let people bring there own parts and pay cash that they pocket I might be able to give a good rating. I was there a few days and the old man at the counter had zero personality and no clue what to do. I wouldn't take a toy car to this place. Go somewhere with a decent reputation.

Very ghetto. I first came to this location last September thinking I would have the same professional experience, and I was wrong. I came in for an oil change and when I pulled up I seen the manager standing outside smoking with one of the mechanics. My oil change didn t take long but the mechanic working on my car left greasy hand prints all over the side and hood of my car. He also left my keys in the car instead of bringing them back into the store. Making it easy for someone to run off with my car if they wanted to. I never seen my car lifted to rotate my tires and I didn t get a free inspection summary ( because it wasn t done). And the manager was complaining about the other customer whom was upset because he had been there for four hours waiting on his car to get done. Very aggressive. I should ve went with my gut instinct and turned around instead of proceeding to do business.

I had a bad experience in the past with a shop that worked on my car. I had the best experience with Mr tire auto service centers. The man that assisted me explained the possibility for the reason for the problem. He was straight forward with me. This made a stressful morning much LESS stressful. Thanks again for great service!!!!

Kenny at Mr. Tire is wonderful! I had an issue, he was able to get me in right away. He was so kind and helpful. I wasn t going to be able to pick up my car before they closed(my car was dropped off to him at 5pm and they closed at 6pm) that he personally picked me up so I could get to my car.

If you plan to take your car for service to this place, do not do it, do not waste your money and time, better take it to a professional place dedicated to its work. On Saturday, September 3, I took my car to this place for alignment and rotation and my vehicle is bad, all the time that I am driving on a highway the car does not run straight and tries to leave the lane and my car is a hyundai elantra 2019 and is up to date and does not have any bad parts! I paid $200 that I could have invested in a professional place trusting that they would do a good job for my car in this place. Very upset!!

I came in because I had one flat tire. But I was looked out for and cared about and was letting him know that my other tire didn t have much life left in it as I already knew it was bald. They topped my washer fluid off, which was actually dry and I got an oil change at a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly, Quick and made the process easy.

Nick and Andy were great, very friend over the phone when scheduling appointment, Nick let me know my price before we hung up so I knew what to look forward to. The shop it self was very warm and clean which was a plus for me since I had an infant child with me. The service was fast and my 08 Arcadia is driving smooth like new. Highly recommended

They advertise a free vehicle inspection so I called ahead to confirm the appointment. Once I mentioned I was coming specifically for the check up after getting a sarcastic reply of you only want a check up not for it to be fixed? they said that isn t how it works and if they have to do more than just psychically look at your vehicle you will be charged.Need to add that in the ad. Will be reporting anywhere else I can as well considering I really needed help with this

Beyond a terrible experience! Firstly this was 6 months ago but I now need to buy 2 new tires and get another alignment because the guy who did it obviously didn t care about work that day. My two rear tires are destroyed. I went for an oil change some where else recently and the raised my Jeep up to show my how raw my tires were on the insides. I told him they were new tires and I had an alignment done 6 months before and he couldn t believe it. I went to their website and emailed customer service and still no response. Also the man working consistently complained about his job there and how much corporate doesn t care about their employees

Junior is great dealing with customers. Malik is who was working on my vehicle and kept updating on the progress. Have been going on this location for years, they have been doing great all the time.

The assistant manager here is the best! He got me on a holiday, which I know no body wants to work. He did some middle work for and he did a great job. We had good conversation. I still owe my guy a pizza. I haven't forgot about you Rob!

First, if I could give this particular experience a ten star, I would. Great/excellent customer service was this stores top priority. Manager went out of his way, above and beyond to help my children and I get back on the road and quickly. I also want to add they have great prices that I could afford. Finally, and most importantly, a special thanks to the manager who absolutely turned around one of the worst days possible I was having by going out of his way to help me and make me feel right at home. I will always take my car with any issues back to this store, just from the amazing customer service I received by the monroe staff at that location which you rarely see anymore.Thanks Chris and all of Monroe

Quick, good customer serviceEdit: they straight up lied.I had to drive up the next day because my oil change was at the BARE minimum amount. On my estimate they gave me on day one I was told my 2 month old Roters and brakes were at a 3 (range:1-12). Clearly I went back to question the people who changed hem recently and they are clearly still brand new. They gave me a 500 estimate based on total bull, tried to take advantage of a young girl

I came to Monro with "baggage" because I had been badly burned by a different garage who installed my brand new tires inside out, and overfilled my transmission by 6 qts during an exchange, chewing up the drain plug beyond repair in the process. I explained my angst and fears to the manager at Monro, also stating that I had received ridiculous service from a dealership as well. I felt I had nowhere to go to ensure quality care that wouldn't cost me down the road. He promptly assured me that I wouldn't receive this treatment from him and that he had recently "acquired" this store and was building back trust and reputation which had previously been lost. I have been using this location for months now for both business vehicles and personal, and I am very glad to have found it! If there is a problem, the manager calls and explains. He keeps broken parts after replacement to show me-at this point I don't even need the "proof" I trust him completely with my cars. If I'm present at the time of service he'll take me to the service area and show me issues that could cause problems in the future or why he can't accomplish a certain task without more time, etc. I appreciate the effort that was put into winning my confidence, the thoroughness that goes into every visit, and the fairness of the end cost. THANK YOU for being a business that I can trust!!

Staff was not interested in selling tires at all. Came in asking for a specific size in flotation size, and clerk said they only sell tires in metric. Weird, but okay.I told the clerk it would be fine to use the metric size, we'd just have to look it up.He said he didn't have a way to do that?Okay. Weird. Maybe they're not allowed to use the internet there. I offered to do the conversion, and as I said it was cut off to be told that they "don't do that here".This whole experience felt really kinda surreal, and honestly, if I were to read the above, I would wonder "What is our reviewer not telling us?". But that's the weird part. That's all of it. I wasn't rude or demanding. I waited patiently while he attended to other things before talking to me (which isn't bad! He seemed to be alone, and I get that). It really felt like the clerk wanted me to leave, and I literally don't know what caused that vibe. Maybe it was because he was alone. I've never heard of a tire shop refusing to look up a size conversion before, let alone refusing to let me do it.Either way, given that the tires in question run just a little bit over $200 a piece, and I needed five of them, I can't really say it's my loss. I've found tire shops that want my business.

The manager Ryan was very helpful and gave great service! The wait time was not long at all, and the shop was clean. They had coffee in the waiting area too. The guys there are nice and honest, hardworking guys! Will be back and highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly service here! I had a concern on my alignment at another location that could not be resolved and I contacted this location to see if they could help. They accomodated and early appt for me and even after giving me some doubts that might be there several hours i ended up spending about 45min for an alignment concern. My family and i are headed to VA and we can now drive on vacation worry free. Thanks so much for your knowledge and speed.

My engine light came on July 2nd and after finding the problem I took my car here on the 4th. I didn't have much of a choice it was really the only garage open. But I'm happy I did. Customer service was great, all of my questions were answered, and I didn't feel rushed. Car was fixed in about 2 hours and I was on the road and good to go! Thank you!

Mr Nick White. I would like to thank you for being so caring and understanding, what you did for me was a blessing, the day that my car shut off on my daughter and I was very overwhelming, but because of your courtesy I felt better, not knowing that that same night that I had my car towed to your shop that i end up having a gallbladder attack & a stroke at the same time u were more concerned about me then my car sitting on the property, you just told me not to worry about my car and that it can sit there for a month took stress off me while I was n the hospital, and every time one of my family members would talk to u , u still told them to let me know that u were concerned about me getting well n to still not worry about my car still sitting on the property. And then today when I finally had enough money saved to pay for the diagnostic testing you told me not to worry about about paying it, you had me n tears and I truly believe you are an hero n my eyes and u should be recognized for being such a very professional and humble person. Thank you so much . I will never forget this experience or what you have done for me . Thank you for putting a smile on my face today.

I went in for an alignment. Rob pointed out other issues so I went ahead and had them to be repaired as well. Power steering pump, rack and pinion, tie rods and new tires. One occasion after the repairs I had to take my car back there because my steering wheel was locking up which seems pretty dangerous to me. At first they could not pin point an issue... come to find out a bolt was not put back on! My car is Now.. once Again back at Monroe Mr Tire 6309 East Main Street Columbus Ohio 43213 due to a pop while I was driving, my whole car and steering was shaking uncontrollably. Thankfully I was able to park it until the next morning when I had to pay for it to be towed there. Had I have been driving over 25 mph I may not have had the blessing to be here and tell of this. I wish I could post pictures on here to show all of you guys he danger my family and I was put in by Monroe Mr. Tires Negligence. Also when I went to go pick up the car. I spoke to Ryan and ask him to show me the 21.000 dollars worth of work that was done. While it was on the rack lifted up in the air I noice a wire had been cut and no one could explain to me why it was cut. One of the mechanics got real up set and started yelling. Stated to me I didn t cut no wire. I never once blame no one. All I ask is who cut this wire because it wasn t cut before I bout the car to them.

If negative stars were possible this location would receive that. The customer service was non-existent. I was verbally accosted before I had a chance to enter the building by an employee. I was aggressively screamed at due to the lack of parking, I was trying to turn around and was blocked in by another customer. To remedy this situation I began to proceed to the the parking lot next door. I explained I choose to do so as the car was stopped behind me and I could not back up. I was screamed at and not treated as a customer with an appointment I explained the situation and continued to be screamed at and was told there was plenty of parking up front. I looked back and asked where are all the parking places and was screamed at again telling me there was a handicap parking spot. As a law abiding citizen and member of the community I would not park in a handicap spot. I was finally permitted to continue on through as the person behind me did too.

Tuesday, April 2, 2019, I had my daughter take her car there for a 2nd estimation of repairs. The staff was very professional. Clearly explained the situation and offered a lower priced appropriate alternative than an earlier estimate. I would highly recommend them.

I have had work done here several times in the last 2 years. Unfortunately yesterday I had a "new" tire(7000 miles purchased new) on it, installed by them) My bill seemed high to me so I asked for an explanation of the charges. Had my bill from having 4 new tires installed last December with me. Got my bill down 65$ as they " made a mistake" I will continue to go there as i want to believe they made a mistake but i will have charges explained

Had my car towed to Monro's because the brand new battery that we replaced was depleting so fast that the car died. I get a call that the car was unable to start and they didn t know why, even traded out my battery with one of there s to test.I get a call a day later. Said the car would cost more than it was worth and he could take the car off my hands and give me $100 since he can tinker with the car at least.I go to get the money and brought my title. He then tells me that the diagnostic was $100.Fast forward to today and I find out from someone that the issue was a $50 plastic piece that could fit in my pocket. Also, was told by so many people to NEVER go back there or any Monro s. They tell you to get work done that you don t need or won t fix what is really needed to have a possible bigger pay job if it worsens an you need to return. Appointments are a joke and they ll keep you waiting for others they deem 'more important' than you.I m not from Ohio but really wish I would ve asked around and hear the horror stories about Monro s unethical practices & for them to just go home and provide for their families by scamming yours. Karma has a way of setting things straight through.Ps. When you leave they ask a million ways for you to give them a good review. Look at the influx of reviews since this past winter and before it began. Padding the stars.Owner can help not to further insult and disservice me by not giving me the a 'faint of interest' reply.NEVER AGAIN @ ANY MONRO's (my fault for real, like who would EVER trust a mechanic!!)

Got my oil changed customer service was great had me in and out in about 45 mins like promised. Did an inspection on my car as well let me know what else was going on definitely will be back to do more repairs . The new management in the store great change of pace from all the other places was very trustworthy and even showed me what was wrong unlike other places that just tell you what you need

Bought 4 tires , had to go to Clevland the next day ran into a blizzard tires held up really good , definitely satisfied Also got a oil change recently in and out great customer service
