Great experience working with them. I highly recommend Mike, he was great to work with start to finish. The lady who answers the phones could be more helpful and cheerful, but like I said, Mike was great! Would use again.

Mowery s Collision repaired my Lexus, because I bumped a bollard in a parking lot. It took a while to get it repaired, but the quality of work was great. They also cleaned the interior before we picked it up. Mike worked with my insurance company to get that all worked out, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Mowery s!

A well established shop with a great reputation. I have had several vehicles repaired there. Over the years I have had body repair, paint and hail damage repairs and everything was correct the first time. I have dealt with Mike and Mason, and they were both very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend this shop

Excellent experience! Mason was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. Our car was damaged heavily in a car wash (!), and Mason and his team worked behind the scenes to wrangle their insurance company and ensure we received a high quality repair with OEM parts for our 2019 Crosstrek as quickly as possible. We are very grateful and highly recommend Mowerys!

I d like to give 10 stars if I could. I had my Kia stolen in June . Due to over stressed insurance and Police my claim was handled rudely my Police report to over a week to access . Mowerys I am certainly was swamped with Kias , Hyundai and multiple other vehicles. Never once was there a missed call to keep me informed never once a rude tone. They were so apologetic due to the inability to find a passenger window ( not at all their fault) . The office manager/ owner/ manager were amazing, respectful and gave great customer service. My understanding is there was a death of a spouse during the time of my vehicle being repaired, yet still prior to the funeral the office personnel took time to call. Can you even imagine the dedication to continue to be the best during such a time.I am new to the area , I fully understand why when I called a Kia dealership they immediately referred me to Mowerys.I doubt they need me to advertise for them, their professionalism does it all , but I assure you I tell everyone about my experience with them.

I needed the door realigned on my old van and not only did they get me in immediately they also didn't charge since it was just a few bolts, especially nice since they usually don't do that kind of work 10/10 great people as wellService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Costly fix, but to be expected. They are very good at keeping communication and answering when called. Insurance exchange was easy, the shop does most for you. Was pleased by the end result, my car was fixed appropriately. The wait time to get in and then to get my car back was outrageous, but keep in mind the increase in work every shop is having. Smooth drop off and pickup, good experience.

Extremely expensive repair. Waited nearly 12 weeks to get my vehicle back only to have the brake rotor and calipers come loose less than 20 miles after getting it. Wheel locked up and nearly caused my wife to get in an accident. To top it off, it sat so long that my AC doesn t work even after I recharged the system.

Could not say better things about Mowery and specifically want to give kudos to Mason. With all the Hyundai's being stolen and all the backorders on parts because of it, he was very open and up front in timing to fix my stolen and wrecked Hyundai and worked with my insurance to make it feel so much less stressful. And the work done is such high quality, my car that needed a majority front body replacement and steering console work, it looks as good as new. From start to finish, the team at Mowery s was a pleasure to deal with! Insurance had opted to use aftermarket parts for some of our repair, so Mowery s explained that process and pledged to make sure I was 100% satisfied which I absolutely was. Their quality of work was fantastic. They even fully cleaned the interior and exterior of our vehicle before returning it. Truly went the extra mile to make a typically stressful experience completely seamless and smooth. Thanks so much!

Absolutely hands down the best. From the start of the claim process, dealing with the insurance company of the other person, to reassurance that my vehicle would be as good as new. Mike in the front went above and beyond and we couldn't be more happier with the finished product. Our truck looks like a gem and it had a bath and was clean when we picked up. Customers for life!

I am extremely happy with the work Mowery's did on my 2018 Forester. The damage from someone backing into my car was not extensive but is was problematic. When I picked up my car it looked almost as good as the day we bought it. They washed the car and even cleaned the inside. It looked better than when I dropped it off. I dealt with 3 of their staff from start to finish and everyone was friendly and professional. I hope I never have to use them again but if we have a need, we will be back.Service: Body & Trim

Just a great job! Dropped my car off on Tuesday and got it back Thursday afternoon. Wasn't the most extensive damage, but they had to call the insurance company because of something the adjuster missed with no delay. Front end looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the final results. Couldn't recommend this place higher to folks looking for a quick, professional, affordable body shop in Columbus. Thanks to Mike and the Mowery crew for a job well done!

Had my car towed to Mowrey s, and from the get go, they were wonderful to work with! Mike truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and the service guys do phenomenal work. Always kind, professional, honest, and courteous. Of course, considering the circumstances, you don t ever want your car to be at a collision shop, but if it does, Mowrey s will always have my business. I bought a brand new car that had a small area of paint nibs on it. The dealership set me up with Mowery s to get them fixed. I was really nervous to have work already done on a brand new car but they were very friendly and professional and made me feel better about the situation. They gave me a rental car free of charge for two days while they worked on it. The car had to be sanded and repainted in a small area where the nibs were and it looks great. The whole process was quick and stress free. I ll keep Mowery s in mind if I need future work (but hopefully not). Thank you!

I just got my car back from Mowery's Collision and I am so happy with it! I had been side-swiped on my own street. My L front quarter panel was caved in, my axle was bent, and my driver side door was chipped. My car is almost eight years old and now it looks brand new! They treated me so well, explaining things, and going out of their way to help me, a disabled person. Ginger was a Godsend! She really helped me get through this hit and run process. If you need mechanical work or collision work, take it to Mowery's. They are professional, trust worthy, and they do quality work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys truly are the professionals! My BRAND NEW car was rear ended and had less than 3,000 miles on it. I interviewed multiple different body shops and requested to see completed work on customer vehicles before I made any decisions. I've was previously in the automotive industry for over 10 years and understand the processes and have a very sharp eye for imperfections/ shortcuts. Tom Buck was extremely helpful making sure I received the requested OEM parts and making sure my car looked like new. It has been about 6 mths and I've been inspecting the vehicle regularly and it looks great! Not only did these guys get me a rental car on site. But they also put me in another new Subaru to ensure my wife and kids were safe while the work was completed. If you are looking for great quality work with awesome customer service these are your guys!Thanks TOM!

Another stellar experience with Tom at Mowery's. The work is top quality. It was done in a reasonable amount of time with nothing needed on my end (they worked with the insurance company, I didn't have to lift a finger).

Dropped off our vehicle for body work and picked up a rental. Rental is a very nice 2018 Sonata Sport. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It the ease and comfort of doing business here that keeps me coming back. They take a bad experience (car accident) and make it an enjoyable one. Well as enjoyable as having to get your car fixed can be.

I have used Mowery s collision center as my preferred bodyshop while I was the General Manager at Toyota West. Their impeccable attention to quality always made my customers happy in a moment where they are upset over an accident. It was always in our dealerships best interest to get the body work done by Mowerys because we would normally be taking the vehicle back in on trade at a later date and it is great when the vehicle looked like it did before the collision. I have used them for over 20 years and don t recall one issue with all the friends, family and customers I have referred to them.

Only 1 cause I had to dropped my truck off for over 3 weeks and they never looked at anything I ask and when I said something the mechanic mason said it seems OK so I picked up my truck and the abs light was still on and I was told it never came on go anywhere but here they also got $300 more dollars from the insurance that I wasn't told about so they did the bare minimum to my tuck but screwed the insurance biggest joke as a business I ever been to they also didn't change my tail gate lock and the crome on the bumbler is peeling. I just noticed that they chipped my paint putting in the used tail gate,but again I was charged for a new one. Please don't go here the lady in the office is rude as well

A few communication snafus, but the work they do is impeccable. The website is not accurate in the fact that they did not offer rental vehicles (at the time of my visit). Staff are friendly though.

Just got My Mercedes SL500 back from True Performance in Plain City. They did an awesome job. I had Mowery's Collision "repair" My Mercedes SLK. I no longer own it. Mowery's actually did more damage than good. I should have known when They had it towed to Crown for a problem with the retractable roof. After speaking with the techs at Crown I found out that NOBODY at Mowery's knew how to operate the retractable roof. Yeah, My bad. If You can't operate it, You clearly can't fix it. Long story, but My trunk lid no longer sealed and leaked water in. In turn it fried My electrical system. If there is a worse body shop, I hope I never find it. Actually, no problem there. Hindsight is 20/20. If You adore what You floor, choose the techs with respect. You'll find them at True Performance in Plain City.Whether it's American Muscle or European Excellence, these professionals are the only certified Mercedes Benz body shop in a hundred mile radius. Yeah, these guys are not good. They are automotive excellence! Tell Them Dave sent You. I won't trust My German steel to anybody else.

Took out SUV in for repairs and they damage the interior of the car. The plastic panel on the side of the passenger seat was broke off ripping the seat heater wires out causing it to no longer work on it. To top it off we had one of their rentals and it was signed off on as nothing wrong, an hour later they called and said the vehicle was damaged and they tried to file a claim on my insurance. I ll be seeing you guys in court my lawyer is already on top of this one. Super shady west side collision shop should have gone to one of the big name shops.
