The staff was very courteous, took my vehicle right in to see what the issue was for what I bought it in for. It didn't take long, examined the problem and looked for other issues. You're charged a fee to check it which isn't overly expensive and the fee is included in whatever services you have them to do. If you need to reschedule you're given information to do so. Very nice and courteous staff I would recommend them

My usual mechanic thought I had transmission issues, and I decided to come here because of a Reddit post saying that this place does work on Hybrid transmissions, which I guess is hard to find. The transmission turned out not to be the problem, but the folks at Milex were able to find a few other things that were contributing to the fun noises coming from my car and get everything taken care of. They are clearly very thorough in the work that they do. I trust the recommendations they made as they took the time to walk me through each of the problems as they were identified and answer my questions. We will bring our cars back here when needed in the future. Everyone is very friendly and professional (mainly interacted with Royce and Matt) and all of the customers I saw them interacting with while I waited for my vehicle seemed to be having a similarly good experience.

They took care of my complex transmission issues and followed up with a phone call the next day. They performed a complete inspection on my car while they had it and fixed other issues that were happening with it as well. I will be returning anytime I need someone to take care of my car.

Very glad my car was taken care of and worked on so carefully. Royce was very helpful to me with all my questions an helped me understand the needed safety issues the car needed. So I am very thankful I can now drive with much less worry. Thanks so much to all at Milex.

I brought my daughter's prospective car in for an inspection before purchase. Matt did an excellent job of diagnosing problems that saved us money on the purchase. He physically showed me everything that needed service on the car and printed out a list of items with estimates.

Milex Auto Care, and particularly the owner, Matt, are honest, fair and extremely competent. It can be difficult sometimes to find a mechanic or auto care facility you can trust, but Matt and his team are completely trustworthy and provide a very high level of service. I highly recommend their services.

These guys took great care of me and were extremely patient in finding a timely solution for repairs needed during a hectic holiday weekend. Great service, quick turnaround, and fair pricing. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I was thankful for the experience we received from Milex Auto. Our truck broke down on our way from Pittsburgh. They were honest with their assessment of the damage. Ajay went above and beyond the call of duty. She looked up hotels and told us safe places to stay since were from out town. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. Matt was very informative and he took time out of his busy day to lift up the truck twice to show us the leaks. I felt very much taken care of by this team and I would recommend them.

When no one could find the solution to the problem, I found a treasure in Mr. Transmission on Morse Rd in Columbus, Ohio. Royce and Matt were approachable and listened well. The waiting area was immaculate and peaceful. Very grateful, especially with winter approaching, for the skill of the mechanic who worked on the repair and, one week later, the problem has not returned. The peace of mind is priceless!

I have a 2014 ford fusion. Matt and the crew had it for 2 months. Not because of their faults. But the extended warranty company.I have had my car back for 5 months. It has been improving in proformance everyday since. Thank you Matt and the crew.. I had to give this review. Thank you for everything.

Worst experience i have ever had at a mechanic shop. My steering column was replaced. Now i do not have a car horn. Matt lied and said my car horn didnt work when i brought the car in. My radio did not work. Now my radio works but the car horn stopped working. He refuses to accept responsibility. I took car in for safety reasons and recently a truck backed into me and i had no horn to blow at the truck. Thank god i. Was not badly hurt. Do not go there. Better business bureau next step to file a complaint. Bad brake job also.

Dealt with Royce at Milex Complete Auto. An he went above and beyond to help me and I'm very satisfy with their service and I will will be dealing with them if I need any other service on my vehicles. I highly recommend them.

I thought I had a transmission problem because my car would jerk when I backed up or when I put it in gear and drove forward. David of Mr Transmission Milex assured me that the diagnostics would detect any problems and that I could get a clear picture of what was wrong. I was very surprised and pleased to hear that all I needed was the transmission fluid and filter to resolve my problem. They got it fixed in one hour and I was able to drive my 2005 Caddie without having any problems. Thanks Mr Transmission Milex on Morse Rd Columbus Ohio.

This place did a good job in the past, but my most recent visit was a disappointment. I previously took the car to Jiffy Lube for a battery replacement. Jiffy live advised me to take the car to a mechanic because it was shaking a lot. They thought it was a vacuum leak. I brought my car in. I explained to them my car s issues. I didn t hear from them for a day. They did three Inspections and then told me I had a vacuum leak. They have a corporate office that takes messages when they re not available. When the car was ready for pickup, I left a message with the corporate office to leave my car out front since I can t get there before they close. That message never got to the local office, further delaying the pickup of my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They lied and Said my car was ready . Paid $2300 soon as I paid for the service he says the Car won t drive . He knew all along it was a transmission internal issue and failed to say that up front . The car is not drivable and they denied me a refund .

Had a positive experience here at this repair facility on Morse Rd!1st of all I inquired at several places to have a newly purchased part installed in my Mustang!Well no one wanted to install the part I purchased!As I had the testing done prior to and then purchased what I needed!But I'm happy to say that out of all shops I contacted Milex was the only 1 who said they would do the work!They were also honest and told me it may take longer than normal,because 1 of their mechanics was out sick!Even though they still had it completed in 2 days!The replacement status is at so far so good status!They done an excellent job of taking care of my show car!I couldn't even tell that they had worked on it,except that the repair works now!They even kept it inside to protect my vehicle!Thanks for working on my vehicle when no one else would and taking such good care of it!Oh and the cost was very reasonable on top of all else they done for me!I highly recommend Milex and their team,for all your vehicle repairs! I couldn't have been more pleased all around! Actually I had forgotten what it was like to be treated with respect and excellent service,until I found Milex! I will be taking my baby here from now on for quality service!You all are amazing and I appreciate you very much!See you next time my Stang needs you! John G

While it ended up being more than the original quote I'm just grateful they were willing to fix my car with the clutch kit I provided. They fixed up my bumper which was hanging on by tape(curb with rebar ripped it off) they filled my tires with air and told me about some potential issues they discovered. Overall a great experience because my cars just ben sitting parked for the last few months taunting me but milex handled my baby with care. 10/10 stars (best i can do is five tho ) would recommend them to anyone I knowServices: Transmission, Auto body & trim repair, Tires

Take a while to get to you car and only have one mechanic that works on the cars. They will tell you they can get to it right away but no they will not they take a couple days before they even look at your car and tell you what is wrong or even give you a price..
