I usually don t go to car shops like this, but someone paid for my oil change. I left with my air, not working. It s freezing and my heat no longer works in my car.They took the tube off my coolant then said it s leaking. Look at the photos. That tube doesn t really come off. Attached are photos they took while my car was being inspected also. Circled in red. My question is how did the tube break off between them so-called taking a photo of it and then me receiving my vehicle with 100% freezing cold air blowing onto my body and tube tube completely separated?I m a disabled veteran and I feel like I have been wronged. Why doesn t the heat work in my car after coming to this place. Zero out of 10 do not recommend. You may leave with something broken or not working.I had a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Perfectly working heat in my car. Now I have to deal with cold air because I came to a shop I normally don t come to. I m thinking of reporting this on a Better Business Bureau or the federal trade commission if someone doesn t make this, right

I am generally cautious and a little skeptical when dealing with mechanics. I have never been more impressed after my Midas experience today. When getting my oil changed at the dealer, they said my rear brakes were critical and quoted $600. Midas did it for $400. While waiting on a busy Saturday, I was beyond impressed with Lane and the rest of the staff. They took their time with every call and customer. One lady was getting an oil change and said her car rattled a bit. They took their time, told her the issues, and emailed her pictures of what they found and their recommendations. She only paid about $40 for the oil change but the level of attentiveness was beyond impressive. And there was absolutely NO hard selling. They didn t even hard sell me on my brakes and said I probably had another month or two before my brakes were dangerous. I even got $50 off my brakes when I applied for and used their credit card. I will be doing all my car repairs here in the future.

Today was my first time visiting the Midas on E Main St. I called prior to taking my vehicle for an inspection and spoke to Zachary. He provided some theories based on my experiences with the recent issues. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle there was little wait time, was greeted professionally, and were given an explanation of what was going to happen. Shortly after an hour of drop off, Zachary call to inform me of the real issue (front brakes)versus my suspicions, he gave me the actual estimate, that he can do the work today, and that my Chevy is a beautiful car. Thank you, Z. An hour and half later, he called again to say my vehicle was ready. I arrived shortly after and Oley was there to cash me out. Nice, professional, and friendly service. Limited and tight parking in the front. If you are facing the Midas, there is parking on the left of the building. Decent prices. Thanks again, Zachary! Visit this Midas for your vehicle needs!!

The quality of the service it's self was good, about what you'd expect. However, I sat at this shop for exactly THREE hours for them to change my oil and tell me I needed new rear pads and rotors, and charge me $100. If you don't value your time, this is perfect for you. Again, there was nothing wrong with the quality of the work, they just really need to work on getting cars out the door instead of starting 4 other cars when all one needs is filled with oil to hit the road. I won't be back.

Waste of time, had an appointment for an oil change and after waiting almost 2 hours I asked how much longer it would be and my car hadn t even been pulled in yet the guy told me that s just how it is.. no apology for wasting my time. Go to jiffy lube, they ll have you in and out in 30 minutes WITHOUT an appointment. It was my first time here and I am happy to say I ll never be back

Lane is my guy! Thorough explanation, answered all of my questions, not to mention the other 3 people that were asking questions. All the techs were pleasant to talk to. Chris came up to the office to make sure I didn't have any additional questions. Keep all the guys at this store!!

This location was incredible. The manager Lane took my concerns into consideration and didn't try to over price things to get my money. The whole work staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

This is my new go to spot! I'm so excited that Lane took over this location. I met him at henderson rd midas some odd months ago and now he's even closer to my house! Lane and his guys are awesome!!! Go see them for any or your cars needs.

I have been going to this Midas for years I-was just there 3/16/24 for a oil change I asked the guy that was running it if they fill fluids and put air in my tires he said yes they evened my tires I was looking as I asked him looking at both by passenger tires were low and the driver side was fine I knew I needed air in my front left tire and could tell he let air out of my rear tire to match the front so I pull off with 2 low tires I m so pissed off I have to find a new oil change place

After getting my 100k service done on my 2016 silverado, all I've had is issues. Terrible experience. Friendly guys but man everything has went wrong after taking my truck to them. Would not recommend

I visited the Midas near Bexleu, Ohio on Nov. 22, 2023. My granddaughter either had a leak or something else in that she had lost oil. Kevin was a life saver. I would recommend this is the place to go.

I brought my car in to identify the loud noise of my car and thought it was the exhaust and mentioned it but I wasn't certain but when I asked, I was told it might be the wheel bearings. After 2 1/2 hours waiting, I was told it was the wheel bearings. However, later after a second opinion at another mechanic it turned out it was a rusted part of the exhaust and the wheel bearings were fine.While at Midas, I was also told the engine was overheating due to the fan not turning on so the fan was plugged back in which I trusted that they knew what they were doing. The next day, my battery was dead due to the fan being plugged in and constantly running when the car was off and I had to get it jumped to start again.I was not happy with my experience with Midas on this last visit. I had no issues prior to this experience. This has left me with a horrible experience because not only was I told the wrong parts that needed to be fixed at an extraordinary price (over $900), they made my car worse because they drained my car battery so it wouldn't start. The mechanics should have the knowledge to make cars better, not worse and it leaves me questioning not only if the mechanics are qualified but if I ever want to visit Midas again. I feel like I wasted my time.Beware if you go. Midas, please make sure you hire qualified mechanics!

When my car broke down, they were there to fix it. Zachary the manager is such a professional. He was so helpful and informative. Zachary gave me regular updates, worked with my schedule and was able to have it fixed in a timely manner. Small shop but outstanding customer service. Manager answered the phone was able to give me an estimate for brake service and explain different options when another shop had told me we have to see the car (for a fee) to give you an estimate. Waiting area is small but they did offer drinks and coffee there was television. Easy to schedule an appointment they fit me in very quickly. Clear explanations of repair work, guaranteed parts and explained things very clearly. I highly recommend. Bonus: there is a rebate if you use a specific Bank card, Plus mail rebate for brake service. Great value with a friendly, trustworthy staff. Top notch.

On May 22, 2023 I went to Midas for the first time for an oil change. I thank Zachary Fornshell for treating my Hummer H3 like it was his own. He made sure that everything was done to his satisfaction, he checked to make sure everything was done right. He treated everyone that came into his shop with the utmost respect, he was very professional. He did everything in a timely manner. I will do all of my service needs at his shop. Awesome associates here at this Midas. Came in for a tire plug expecting to pay about $50, only to find out they do tire repairs completely free of charge. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly, offered water or soda while we waited, and they got the job done quick. Can t ask for much more, thanks guys!
