What can I say! For year's I have come to this particular location and have gotten the best service for all of my car needs.Today was quick, professional. Sun shining! Isaiah helped us today and was very professional and gave a lot of helpful information regarding our car and future service.I will always recommend this particular Midas for the service you'll get, and at a great deal!

I had picked up a nail in my tire and need a patch.I love that I can schedule appointments quickly and easily online. Even better than that, Isaiah, called the morning of my appointment to let me know that they were open and available, if I wanted to come in earlier. He is so nice and he has such a great energy. He made an unpleasant situation way better! My car was in, out and back on the road quickly! Thanks to Isaiah and the whole team at Midas for brightening my day and for spreading a bit of kindness!

Awesome service! I was able to get 2 new tires put on my car quickly and for a good price. Shout out to Isaiah for the honestly excellent customer service. I will keep coming here for my oil change and tire needs.

My tire rotation reminder light was on and I realized that the place I got my oil changed at didn't include it automatically. I was getting ready to leave for a 10 hour road trip and decided to try Midas because it was so close to my house. It was super easy to make an appointment online, then I called in the morning to confirm the price and was told to just bring my car in at no charge! Lane and his crew were super quick and professional, I will definitely be back for my regular oil changes!!

First time going to Midas and I will definitely be returning. I got an oil change and I was in and out in no time. I think I may have waited maybe 30 minutes. I sat inside in the lobby and it was nice and quiet in there. The price of the oil change was way cheaper than any other place I've been to so that's a big plus. The guy that I dealt with there was very nice, explained everything to me and didn't try to upsell me on anything which I loved.

I ve visited this location multiple times and have consistently had the best service! Employees are flexible and worked with my budget, gave customer-centric advice and were friendly and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Brian for taking care of us and explaining every step of the process to replace our brakes. We will definitely be back again!

I have been in multiple Midas locations and hands down the Midas on West Broad is the best! Isaiah was super incredible and the staff hands down, very knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their work!

Got an oil change for a good price and they were organized and professional. One of the guys also helped show me how to change my brake light free of charge which was very helpful. I will be returning to this location again in the future

I had both font wheel hubs replaced. A week later I noticed a popping noise while braking that hasn't ever occurred during the seven years I have driven this vehicle. I checked the front lug nuts holding the tire to the car; I found that all five lug nuts were extremely loose on on the driver's side! One nut was able to be moved with just my fingers! I tightened the lug nuts on the wheel and checked the other side.All is good now, the popping noise is gone. I'm appalled that such a flagrant mistake was made. Had the tire fallen off on the road, It could have been tragic for myself or others on the roadway. Based off this first time visit and experience, I cannot recommend this shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went in last week to try to get my suspension issue resolved they quoted me $2200 for front struts and alignment. Everyone else around town quote me for the same job 1200. Needless to say I will never go back there again

I have had my oil changed at this Midas location several times, and they are always great. I've lived all over this city and have been to a lot of different shops like this in CBus, and they have a tendency to treat me like some dumb bimbo that doesn't know the difference between the brake pedal and the gas pedal. But not at Midas on West Broad. The people who work here have always been so respectful, kind, communicative, and helpful. I love that it's an easy walk from my neighborhood, and I feel safe going there because they have such great customer service. The appointments are easy to schedule online, and they always finish changing my oil quickly.Service: Oil change

Honestly I have no idea why I haven't gone here for my oil changes wayyyy sooner! They are way more affordable than Valvoline or Take 5....I had a 20$ off coupon that wasn't working when they put the code in but Chris honored the coupon anyway and he was super nice!Highly recommend Midas!!

Chris and the Midas Team at the West Broad Columbus, Ohio Location went above and beyond to help get my flat tire fixed and my car back on the road fast. My Volvo has speciality thin tires and a missing socket wrench to complicate the repair. Chris and his Team never gave up, they problem solved for me until it was fixed. Great Team, Great Service. Visit Midas at West Broad Street!

Unfortunately, I ve been here a couple times and just recently received poor service. I dropped my car off and it wasn t looked at until the next day. The issue I was having was not resolved after picking it up and it felt like my concerns weren t heard or they didn t have time. Unless you need a simple oil change (which is usually pretty quick and well done), I would go somewhere else.
