Dave was very proficient in explaining what needed to be done. I brought a long list of repairs and he was nice enough to do what is needed right now. All in the same day and cheaper than the dealership. Great customer service.

Dave was fast and efficient. Placed the call to inquire about service. Dropped the car off an hour later. Recieved a phone call with the estimated repairs. The car was completed 3 hours later. In and out in 1 day under 6 hours at a fair price.

I was sent to this Midas location on a word-of-mouth recommendation. As I was told, they were friendly and accommodating - I came in with an urgent need to have my car examined without the ability to wait for an appointment and they took care of it same day in between scheduled appointments. I appreciate their help as they were able to tell me the issue and help me out. Thank you very much! I will return to this location for future needs as well.

Would do zero if I could, changed me $1700 to replace struts, after bringing it back because the car drove worse than before. They told me it s not possible. And they did an alignment. When in fact they didn t I took it to another Midas location for them to tell me they didn t even adjust the struts. Only to take it to my trusted mechanic & be told the struts were never replaced & they still have the original on SCAMMERS!!! And the GM who spoke to me like I m an idiot and tried to charge me AGAIN for a suspension check is even more shady!!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Better business bureau is my next call

I went to midas for an oil at 4320 karl rd columbus ohio 43224 and had the pleasure to be served by a gentleman name Daniel De Sorbo.. Excellent experience i had! Daniel had GREAT customer service and he was very helpful to me during my visit! He explained how each engine oil worked for my car he broke down to terms that i could understand! He s definitely knowledgeable he s a great guy ! Thank you Dan for the experience and i will be recommending family and friends to come see dan at the karl rd location!! Thanks again and Happy Holidays to the whole midas staff!!

Mr Muncey took care of an elder like she was his own grandmother. In addition to helping her, he made sure to keep things really short for my trip, because I had my aunt with me who has dementia. She was very irritated he even took the time to engage with her. All while making sure my service was completed.

My mother came here after going to miracle motor mart to have her headlight checked out they quoted her an outrageous price for labor and then they never found the part. To say the least this was such an amazing experience. They even went above and beyond to find her the housing unit and went to pick it up so she didn t have to come back. The customer service was amazing. The coffee was hot and fresh and the facilities were clean. We will for sure be back .. we are a Midas family.

If you guys lose David you lost me too. He's the one that keeps the places running... I've watched him deal with many 'Karen & Kyle' customers with ease. I know anything retail is a difficult job. I've been there. There are no magic wands...just good employees that deserve a raise like David. (I forget his last name tho!)

I drive for a ride share service and Dave and his crew have kept my car in top shape for the last 5 months. I am in for maintenance every 2 weeks (oil change, etc). Dave and his team care about my car almost as much as I do and it shows in the way that they pay attention to detail. I know beyond a doubt that if they recommend a service that my vehicle needs it; I also never worry about the quality of the work (I have had an alternator, exhaust and suspension work done) - I am always happy with the service Dave and crew provide.

We took our GMC Acadia suv in on Monday (with an appointment) to get the heater fixed. It took them 3 days to figure it out, but eventually, we got it back just before closing on Wednesday. Unfortunately, they never tested it, and when we picked it up it still didn't work.So, we set aside another return visit, and they said it was a faulty actuator, and they replaced it 'again' at not cost. However, now our battery was dead when we came to pick it up. (That's strange since we just bought a new battery a year ago). They jumped our car so we could drive off the lot, but later that night, as we ran multiple errands, we had to get it jumped outside every store we went to. Eventually, we pulled into AutoZone to have it tested. They said the battery was completely dead and would not hold a charge.Furious, we called a tow truck to have it towed back to Midas. The tow truck driver also tried to jump it, and that's when he discovered the battery cable was not secured on the terminal!!Everything runs fine now, but it still cost us $110 for the tow truck to come out. Midas refused to reimburse us for the tow or their mistake, so we will never go back there again.

My boy John and the crew had got me together like they all ways do I came in looking for a 4way and they changed my tire for free great customer service and it's always great never a issue most differently the best spot to go if you need anything oil change tire work anything it does not matter

I took my car in to get front brakes replaced last year and rear brakes this year. Last year it took about an hour and a half. This year under a different shop manager it took four hours. The problem was that their system showed three possible brake pads for my car and they kept trying different ones, getting them one at a time from a different store (why they didn't get all three at once is unknown). The only reason I know that is because the mechanic came out to tell me. The shop manager didn't give me any updates, didn't give me any time estimate, I had to ask how bad the brakes were after the inspection (he wasn't going to go over it with me), asked me for a five star review before they did the work and just stared at me until I did it, and didn't explain to me the invoice was emailed to me so I had to ask for a paper copy after i paid. Not sure I will be taking my car there again except for maybe an oil change. The communication was awful.

Today I had the pleasure of coming into Midas and I had my car worked on. Dave explained every process to me step by step and explained what needed to be done next. This Midas location has taken over $1,000 from me for repairs that did not address my concerns and I feel i'm being scammed.In short, they misdiagnosed my vehicle's issues on three occasions and caused me to spend over $1,000 on repairs that did not address my concerns. And when I tried to go through customer service, I was lied to and misdirected. As of my posting this no one has reached out to me or offered me effective assistance.The full story is below. I'm happy to provide dates and other pertinent informationI first brought my vehicle to be inspected on 2/25/23 for a disturbing hum & vibration that is audible when driving at speed. The mechanic who looked at my vehicle diagnosed the issue as a wheel bearing problem and suggested a hub assembly replacement.After saving some money I returned on 9/26/23 to have the repairs done, and after a second inspection the mechanics told me that the wheel bearings were not making noise and didn't need to�be replaced. Instead, they suggested that the brake assembly was worn and that was the real culprit. So I paid to have my brakes replaced and I paid for an�alignment as well.When i drove home the vehicle still had the vibration and hum sounds. I called them and told them about the issue and they suggested I bring the car back which I did on the following weekend on 9/30/23.They inspected my car again and claimed that the sound was the result of the transmission not sending power to the driver side wheel, so the transmission needed to be replace and they quoted me for one. They brought me into the bay to show me, but when they lifted the driver side c/v axle the wheel spun so they suggested a replacement. Again I paid, and then i drove home.The car STILL made the same noises.I called their customer care line at 1:20pm same day, provided my invoice numbers and launched a complaint. No one calls me back or follows up so I called them on 8/4/23 at 3:11pm. Again I provide my invoice numbers and no one calls me back. I call again on 8/19/23 at 2:31pm, and AGAIN I provide my invoice numbers and no one calls me back.The holiday season finds me tied up with events and tasks but I call once more on 12/18/23 at 12:14pm this time i'm told that someone from the office spoke with me and they closed the case.This was a lie, no one EVER called or emailed me unprompted to discuss this matter AT ALL.I get an email to send my invoices to, they also asked me to take my car to a trusted mechanic to verify it's still having the issue I complained about.After a couple weeks I take my car to Pep Boys, they confirm the issue and suggest that the bearings need to be replaced just as they were originally diagnosed. I email the invoice to the customer service agent I was working with.She informs me that she's no longer in the office. I call them again, get a new agent, send all the invoices INCLUDING the one from Pep Boys...no word in a week. Not even an email confirming that they received the invoices. I call again TODAY, they give me a new agent.I'm noticing a pattern.Multiple times the customer service agents play games with me to try and waste my time. I asked if i could get contact information for a store manager or franchise owner. I was DENIED, there is no way for me to contact someone to get this resolved. I am being trapped in a loop where they're trying to wear me down so they can take my money without fixing my car.I am open to discuss a solution. But I am not going to let this go.

Came in thinking I had bad injectors, but they did a diagnostics and found it was something else an easy fix. They were honest and also fair with pricing definitely will have this place my go to for any mechanical issues

My experience with them was the bare minimum with my vehicle. They did not replace fluids, put air in the tires, and do a light overview of the vehicle. Only thing was done is a oil change. If that was done? I'm really disappointed and men taking advantage of Woman when it comes to cars being repaired. Just be honest and stop treating women like boo boo the fool!
