I know next to nothing when it comes to cars so anytime I need a repair or any sort of change on my cars (whether it s tires, oil, etc.), I have my dad do most of the communicating. Meineke was so patient with me calling my dad three different times to make sure I knew what was wrong with my car. I had a muffler problem, needed two new tires (but ended up choosing to do four), and an alignment and they fixed all of that within hours of me bringing it in! I was fully expecting not to get my car back for a few days, but I had the keys and a perfect running car in my hands within 6 hours! For such a great price too! I will for sure use them in the future and definitely encourage you to utilize their services too!

Meineke did a great job welding my muffler back together! I scheduled an appointment for the morning after it happened and they were able to get me in and fix it quickly at a reasonable price, all in a very professional manner. We blew a tire a couple miles from here with a one month old baby in the car only 15 minutes before closing. They stayed open late to replace the tire and were extremely friendly about it. I can not recommend them enough. They were a real life saver. I will definitely come back!

The owner and workers of Meineke Car Car Center are amazing especially Aaron, and the owner Chris! I got a flat tire 15 minutes before they closed. This Meineke closes at 6pm, I got there are 5:59pm. They took care of me anyways!!! Aaron finished fixing my tire at 6:25pm. They also replaced all my valve stems for free as a courtesy, which costs at least $90 on top of what I paid.Anyways, the people at Meineke Care Care Center are AMAZING, GENUINE, & COMPASSIONATE!!! I recommend them for all car repairs if you are in the area! May peace be with you all and thank you for reading my review; thank you Aaron an Chris for assisting me when I really needed a helping hand!

This is an unassuming shop that got my family van going when the check engine light came on during a vacation. The mechanic was knowledgeable and I was treated with respect. Among the other customers that came in after me, two were young ladies who seemed to feel comfortable. I didn't overhear any high pressure sales tactics, the estimated times increased as the jobs for the day came in, so they appear to be honest. The mechanics spoke with each customer. The price I paid was fair and I knew more about my van when I left than when I came in.

Jason and the team at this location really took care of me and my vehicle. They were on time at every step and keep me updated on repairs. Most importantly, same day service. While many other places that I called were only open Monday through Friday, Meineke was open on Saturday until 4 pm which made it convenient since I work during the week. The man at the counter scratched my info down on a blank sheet of paper rather than a work order form, which I found to be a bit odd, considering it s such a large chain, but I did receive a Meineke itemized invoice upon checking out. The man was courteous and was wearing a mask. He scheduled me immediately and I had my oil changed and my check engine light remedied in about an hour. I really appreciated the fact that they didn t try to talk me into any other services. I will more than likely return here again.

This is a 5 star location. Charles, the store manager, is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and is able to diagnose the precise issue with your automobile. He is outgoing and friendly to all of his customers. The wait are is clean along with the restrooms and shop itself. The other mechanics also fall into this category; leadership by example. Everyone is friendly and there is no up sell; your car is repaired period! The work is thorough and checked. Repair time is timely based on what you may need. Looking for a reliable place to get your car or SUV repaired? This is it. No hassle and priced right.

I went to get my car diagnosed for a soft pedal. I left the lot (after not getting the fix) with an incredibly loud and new noise in the back of my car. I then took my car to two different places to get a second (and then third) opinion. Both places asked me about my experience here. Both places independently suggested I had a part stolen from my car as the location of it is very hard to get to without tampering with the vehicle. Will not return.Service: Tires

I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment due to previous appointments finishing early. They checked me in immediately and started on my oil change right away. There is a waiting room with free coffee and a TV. They were quick and very reasonably priced. They have the best prices I've found in Columbus so far. Highly recommend!

Chuck is honest, dependable, reliable, and has decades of extensive experience working on cars to be able to accurately diagnose a problem as well as offer the most affordable solution with quickness and ease. I waited to to leave a review to make sure I wouldn't have any additional problems after having him replace my spark plugs and a misfiring coil. It's been at least 3 weeks now and the car is running smoothly so I can't reccomend them enough.

I ve taken my car here before and had an okay experience, and this time my check engine light was on it was slow to click over. After going to an auto zone to have a quick check, I came here out of convenience (walkable to my house). They plugged in the same device to get codes but decided it was an alternator or battery job, and stated I would be charged $99 for an inspection and could leave my car there to avoid a future tow. Then took my battery and tried to charge it with no success and called Monday morning to inform me and ask to fix it. I was completely ripped off by Meineke once again at at $99 inspection, $200 battery, $86 in labor and taxes, then they graciously waived the inspection rather than applying it (like they said over the phone!!) and I still paid over $300 for a battery that is absolutely the easiest test and fix. I will never return, and don t recommend wasting your money.Service: Battery

Have used them many times and never had a problem. Until this last time-- had an oil change and not only did they forgot to reset the maintenance light so I needed to return back to the shop, then a few days later going 60 mph on the freeway the hood of my car flipped up and cracked my whole windshield. Very lucky I was not critically injuried nor was anyone else. The police officer even asked if I had work done on my car recently. These folks were the last ones to open the hood. When I told them what happened, and took the car in they did not take any responsibility-- I was only told my hood latch was broken. This car has never been in an accident. No issues before. Only ones to lift the hood in the last 9 months. If that is the case, how was it not noticed when they popped the hood for the oil change? Or closed it when they were finished? Why was I allowed to take it back on the road? To keep yourself, your family and everyone else on the road safe I recommend not taking your car here. Serious lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. Not trustworthy quality care.

Outstanding service. Service manager was more than willing to help. Very polite and attentive, very knowledgeable. He made.me and my wife feel at ease. Checked on us to see if any other concerns or questions were taking care of.. I have been to many different shops oland this one know will have my loyalty. You guys rock. I recommend them to any one. 2x thumbs up guys!

Chuck recommended exactly what I needed and had a genuine conversation with me while I waited for my vehicle. Scheduled an appointment online and maybe waited a total of 30 minutes for an oil change. Chuck's a great guy and runs a great shop. Highly recommend

The guys here were amazing! I came in with an emergency that happened while I was dripping my kids off at school. I called to see if they were free on my lunch and spoke to Jason, he was super willing to help. I got there, they found my issue and fixed it with enough time to get food and get back to work on time! My car is back to how it should sound lol and they were so fast and accurate I really was so happy with everything! Thank you guys so so so much!!!!!!

Wow! I must have caught them on a bad day. I was looking for a new place because my old shop moved. My experience with Meineke was the opposite of what other customers posted. They charged me way more than the price I had received over the phone, they tried to sell me extra services, and not a face mask to be seen. It took 50% longer than they said it would which I guess makes sense since it cost me 50% more than they said it would. Guess I'll keep looking for a decent place to get my vehicles serviced.Services: Tires, Oil change

I liked that they were able to get me right in to do the work I needed. They got done timely and were polite on the phone. What I didn't like is that I heard a rubbing noise from my wheels that wasn't there before and they were already closed by that time and are closed on Sunday as well. I was very nervous that something was wrong and I have no recourse until Monday and I have to work. Not happy about that at all. Although it seems like others may have had issues with some more complicated repair situations, I can say that my oil change experience was a solid one. I went in for an 11:30am appointment and was out by around noon. I had asked for a quote on a tail light replacement, and they went ahead and just replaced it for me at no cost. Great value for the price I paid on an oil change. Thanks!

I always get my cars (always old & used) serviced here & am always pleased with the results. The wait time & prices are reasonable and the staff does their best to accomodate me. They are very knowledgeable and empathetic to the frustrations and inconveniences caused by car troubles. I'd rate them 2nd only to my dad, a mechanic who provides me free maintenance and more dad jokes.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

These guys are crooks, pure and simple. The smooth talking manager, Chuck, is out to steal your money by putting faulty parts. Don t get their services. Forget about Meineke completely because corporate won t help a customer out if the a franchise is abberant and offers crappy services. Don t get your brakes done here, don t get your oil changed. Basically the only thing I trust about this location is using their parking lot to turn around.

Horrible Customer Experience, Im very disappointed. I went to Meineke for the first time on 8/16/19 to get my radiator replaced. The next morning I tried to open my hood to see what they had done. Come to find they broke my hood latch cable, so now Im not able to open my hood. I called Meineke and went back to the location, they said they would take a look at it. Rodney the mechanic who installed my radiator was very rude. He was saying he didn t do it. Obviously, he is not admitting that he broke the cable. He was blaming what happened on everything but himself. Very rude and definitely needs to be retrained. He was very hostile. Rodney told me to call his boss Chris Early. Chris is the owner of the 2 Meineke locations, the one on Sawmill rd and the one on Grandview ave in Grandview. I called Chris who was at the Grandview location and spoke to him. Then I took my car to the Grandview Meineke to further speak with Chris the owner. You would imagine the owner would be professional, polite, and help resolve this issue. Instead Chris was very rude and playing the blame game just like Rodney. Chris was asking me, how do you know my mechanic broke the cable? I will tell you how I know your employee broke it. Everything was fine and in proper working condition until I took it into one of your shops. Rudely, he told me if I wanted to fix the hood latch cable that he would charge me $200-$300. FOR WHAT??? For something one of your employees broke. Why should I have to pay for your mistake. I gave you my business and already paid you $500 to replace my radiator. Its not my fault your dishonest employee is not admitting that he broke the cable. Im an honest working man and not made of money. If it was something that happened because of something else, no problem I would pay to get it fixed. But this happened after I brought it to your shop. It was working perfectly fine before without any issues and now after leaving your shop, its broke. Very unprofessional business owner. Take the accountability for your actions. Your employee broke the part on my car and you want to be cheapskate, a crook, and a cheat. You are trying to charge me to fix what you broke. You are basically trying to steal from me. You Chris and your employee Rodney need to be retrained on customer service. I would not recommend your locations to anyone who needs car repairs. Not only was the customer service horrible so was the quality of work. You shouldn t be a businessman if you don t know how to conduct proper business etiquette. BEWARE anyone who needs car repairs, I highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle to these 2 Meineke locations. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Meineke didb a phenomenal job completing a pre purchase inspection of my car. I was told the rear tires would need replaced soon. This helped me negotiate a much better deal on my new car. Then Meineke topped it off with replacing my tires after my purchase!

The level of customer service provided by this Meineke location is second to none. They have gone above and beyond in numerous situations to help us maintain our fleet and keep our drivers on the road. I am consistently impressed and highly recommend them.

This is a great place to get work done very knowledgeable and helpful. I have only had one bad experience dont care to go into it at the moment but the overall thing is they made me eat my words and gave me the best customer service back up with reliable car repair. I recommend this place to everyone Chris is the best and will help you anyway he can i will never take my cars anywhere else this place has gained a life long customer. Very displeased with customer service. Stopped in with a nail in my tire hoping to get some help, while the mechanic/office employee who originally helped me was nice enough- the manager/owner's (I'm assuming based on the way he presented himself, older gentleman) customer service was so appalling that I asked for my keys back and left the shop before fixing my car. Not only were their prices NO WHERE NEAR comparable to similar shops in the area, he was rude, unhelpful and acted as if I was a major inconvience in his day. I will never return to this business. Luckily I was able to receive on the spot service by Midas down the road (for a MUCH better price and experience!) Thanks Midas!

Not one person working in the establishment, including the person checking customers in/out had a mask on. I should have left at that moment.Perhaps the issue with my car was not needing a wheel alignment, but $100 later it s what was performed (I requested and authorized it) however the car isn t any better so it clearly wasn t the issue but no one took the time to look into it.Service: Wheel alignment

I went here with my brother to get my tires looked at. Needed to replace the two fronts. One of those fun, unexpected surprises but oh well, was a decent price. We decided to proceed.A guy comes out holding my driver side door handle and gives it to me saying it broke off. "Oh but it was already cracked," he says. Certainly caught me off-guard as I've had no issue with my door at all.Thank God my brother was with me b/c everything came across as 'here ya go, not our fault, moving on' until he spoke up. I'd like to think I would've pushed on this by myself but probably wouldn't have ... Was just stunned. They gave me the alignment 'free' and agreed to install the door handle after I bought a replacement. I'll update the rating after getting the door handle installed.After leaving, I couldn't escape the thought of the guy telling me it was already cracked... What does that mean? I've never had a single issue with my door & that seems like a weird thing to have a problem with. If you're telling me it was cracked prior to you touching it ... wouldn't you bring that to someone's attention?I feel pretty confident someone got over aggressive and/or was in a rush ... broke my freaking door handle off & decided to pass the buck. I'm hoping they give me no hassle on replacing the door handle but we will see.

I was able to pull in & get an oil change, back on the road in less than 30 min. There was a lot going on, phone calls etc so if you need to trouble shoot or discuss stuff, it may be longer. But if you know what you need, are ready to pay with minimum conversation, get in & get after it.
