Dropped vehicle off at 10am. Received text at 4:30pm that it was done. Oil spilled and left on grill, bumper and fender. I was contacted by Ian on 8-13 and told he would have a manager contact me. As of 8-17 Mark Wahlberg management has yet to contact me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Quick service, it was done in about 30-40 minutes. What i didn't like is they couldn't complete my tire rotation stating they don't have the correct part to take off my tires. They charged me anyways for it and expect me to return at a later time to complete the tire rotation. This wouldn't be a big deal but I live 30 minutes away with a full-time job.Service: Oil change

I called Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet in Worthington, Ohio and was very disappointed in the lack of service or answers provided. I bought my 2018 impala from them and thought I'd have service handled when my check engine light came on. It was a Wednesday and I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. I was told I would have to leave my car with them for at least 2 to 3 days before anyone could even look at it. I would think the time it takes to move my car from the service bay, someone could have plugged a code reader to my car and had an answer to tell me a general idea why the light came on. I asked the girl that exact same question and she placed me on hold and I was disconnected after several minutes on hold. What a shameful experience and poor customer service. I grew up with family working in a dealership for over 30 years and know this is no way to treat customers.

Mark Wahlburg came through again. Another great service appointment. They were able to squeeze a battery change for my truck. Ian and his crew are super nice and great guys.

I've gone here every time for my car's oil changes (so twice when it was Jack Maxton and once as Mark Wahlberg). Many people think going to the dealer is more expensive, but the other "cheaper" options charge a lot for full synthetic that newer cars require. I was able to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and inspected for under $60 whereas other places wanted $90 for the same service. They are fairly quick and everyone I've interacted with has been kind. This past visit they let me know of a recall I hadn't even received the notice in the mail for yet so they're definitely on top of things!

Over a third less than my oil change at a quick change place AND they havent tried to sell filters or other services I didn't need! My first time there, when they finished and it was time to pay, I asked about my air filter. They said it was good and didn't need replaced! Deducted one star because they charge five dollars extra to rotate the tires. It isn't the end of the world, but you have to remember to ask.Call ahead and you get in and out faster. For me it is a win-win. A GM dealer does the work and I save money.

I've been using Maxton's Quick Service exclusively on my car since 2008. When they are not too busy, I get right in. Or I can opt to schedule an appointment. They've always done a good job and provide useful analytics with oil changes. There prices are competitive with other quick lube locations. Recommended!

Even before this body shop was MW it was Jack Maxton. I've taken my car (different cars) here 3 times over the last 15 years and they do an excellent job. My car was beautiful. Like an accident never happened.

Was told I had complementary oil change with the purchase of a certified used vehicle. Was supposed to be valid until June. Well, its March and apparently they neglected to tell me that there was a mileage limit that I went over so (yay me), I had to shell out 90 bucks for a service that was supposed to be included in my vehicle purchase. Thanks for neglecting to tell me about the mileage limit! I used to LOVE Maxton's. I've bought 4 vehicles from them but loyalty gets you nowhere these days. I will not be back.

The quick lube service is pretty fantastic. I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes. They were expedient and nice. And to top it off, they provide a free car wash service after.

I go there for my oil changes I bought three Chevys from them never had no complaints they always take care of me but that's going to say about a car dealership

I was a walk-in got right in pretty quick service Jason was pretty cool you show me my filter but I told him I would buy one somewhere else he never try to pressure me to buy anything which I like I just wish the prices were little bit lower on a truck LOL

The lady at the desk was friendly, caring and patient (I forgot my mask was in my purse instead of on my face when I walked in). The techs were friendly, patient, and quick!

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I was told it would take an hour but it only took about 30 minutes. I have no way of knowing if they actually rotated my tires but they also put air in all my tires to recommended psi and filled up my windshield washer fluid.

They don't have the quick service anymore ,you have to make a appointment now...so I found somewhere else to go and the price was the same as if I went to Wahlberg....

I HAD A 330 APPT. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. OUT BY 4P. GREAT SERVICE ALL THE AROUND. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I GET MY CHANGED!

Had my oil changed a few weeks back and was told I needed front and rear brakes. Took it to my mechanic and all I needed was front brakes. Thanks for trying to take advantage of me.
