We absolutely loved this location of Mark Wahlberg Chevy. We went in wanting cash vehicle for our family. Not only did they help us in leaving with a vehicle they gave us multiple choices or variables for the vehicle. We would totally recommend this location for any car needs. We never had a vehicle payment and always paid cash for our cars. They respected our fears of payments and worked towards us getting something to own versus payments. We loved our salesman John Spivey and will go to him when we decide we are ready for the commitment of a payment. But until then we know and feel confident in the car john sold us to last our family the next 3-5 years. We couldn t be more happy with our selection and the car we ended up choosing .

The staff at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington, OH truly work hard to help people obtain financing for a safe and reliable vehicle. I went in on a Friday and met with Austin Chapman, he listened closely to what I wanted and what I could afford and he found me a gem! The only reason the deal didn't close on the same day is because I had to hurry off and get ready for work. I received an early morning text on Saturday to come and test drive my "baby" and by 3:30 p.m. I was out the door. I am a very happy customer and I will refer my family and friends to this location. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work.

I thought the customer service was great! All aspects of the purchase were covered very professionally. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and sufficiently to my satisfaction. High marks for my salesperson, Duane Floyd. He kept me informed of the movement and delivery of my car. He made sure that I knew the basics and features of my new car.The paperwork was easy as could be for me. Thanks to the staff at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet, I had no headaches or worries.

First of all I want to say that I put no fault on any one person that helped me during the story I m about to tell. They are all just friendly cogs in an overall machine that desperately needs tuning.So this starts because I get a letter from Chevy saying that there is a recall on my charge cable. I call Mark Wahlberg Chevy and someone confirms the recall, says they will need to order a part and that they have no idea how long that will take but that they will call when it s in.Fine by me.Today I have an appointment because yesterday I was informed that the part is in. Great. I go in and someone takes my charge cable, saying he only needs to scan a code on the back to see if it will be replaced. This seems weird because that means they ordered the replacement and had me wait without knowing if they needed to, but whatever.I wait in the lounge for approximately 30 minutes, which is I guess how long it takes to scan a code, and then I m told that the charger is fine and doesn t need to be replaced.What a huge waste of time for nearly everyone involved! I would have gladly sent in a picture of the charge cable code and we could have avoided everything but the scan! No appointments or scheduling! No paperwork! No parts ordered! No chain smoker stinking up my car while driving it from the back of the building to the front!Again, everyone was perfectly cordial and just doing their job. I hope that a manager sees this because this is at least one way that time and money could be saved while also improving customer satisfaction.

Popped in on a Saturday morning to see if I could get an oil change without an appointment. Luckily the Corvette Tech was onsite and able to work it into the schedule with little wait time. Staff was super friendly and price was comparable. They were also able to hook me up with a new battery when I previously found mine was dead after winter storage unexpectedly.

Story time. Rarely do I write reviews but this place was pretty dismal. The communication here between sales, internet sales, and the management is extremely poor. I inquired about a Porsche Taycan 2 days before a test drive. I first was bombared by texts and calls verifying I m going to show up. I arrived on time to the car with zero battery and waited for them to charge the car. Finally got to it and it had 28 miles of range. Not enough to even test drive. The car was also very dirty. Clearly not been cleaned or washed for weeks or months. I was told the car had been sitting on the other lot for months. I then waited 5+ days for a basic trade in value. Other dealerships got back to me within 10 minutes. Overall it was a complete waste of my time. Then on top of this the internet sales team texted me days later if I had been contacted yet. Again the communication is simply not there. I decided to go to another dealership that values customers time and takes pride in their vehicles.

Austin Chapman was amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, personable, listened to my needs and wants in a new car. Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and with a sales product specialist. There was no stress or going back and forth. It was quick and seamless. Thank you to the dealership for making it so easy and especially Austin for being so great through the whole thing.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Spent over $50K for an "almost new" work van online from Mark Wahlberg, the photos looked great. When we got it, the roof was partially caved in, rusted and leaking - conveniently not shown in any photos.I called and emailed 3 people involved in the sale and they would not respond. Ultimately management refused to make it right. Mark Wahlberg charged top dollar for a vehicle they described as in great condition, and delivered us a van with major damage that cost us thousands to fix.

Took my car in for a warranty repair. On a part that I had just replaced earlier in the week. Joe in the service dept. Said he was going to work with his warranty dept to get me reimbursed from the repair I had another shop fix. He was upfront an honest on how the process works. I hope I get my entire $500 back. they had my warranty fix done in an hour. I appreciate the service level they took with me on this issue.

Easiest 5 stars ever! I am so appreciative that they were able to accommodate me on an emergency basis when my window fell off its track. They provided outstanding customer service despite my lack of an appointment and were extremely efficient in their repairs. I am forever grateful, thank you!

RJ was extremely helpful. RJ was friendly and personable, felt like a member of the family. He didn't make me feel pressured as usual salesmen do. I look forward to seeing RJ again when I am looking to make another purchase. Great staff and services overall!!!

I've had a reoccurring issue with my heat not working in my 2015 Chevy Colorado. I had my blend door actuators replaced in January of 2023 at a different location, and that did not fix the issue.I took my truck in to Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington in December of 2023 to see if they could figure out what is wrong with my heating system. The Service Center told me I needed a new heating core, new lines, and a coolant flush. They did those repairs for roughly $1,500. My heat worked for 3 days then stopped working again.Took my truck back to Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington in January 2024. They did not charge me extra because the original issue was not fixed. This time the Service Center did another coolant flush. Again, my heat worked for about 3 days and then stopped working.Took my truck back a third time in January 2024. The Service Center called me and said the issue was my blend door actuators. They said the actuators were completely broken and cracked, and quoted me $3,500 to replace.I had the actuators replaced one year before this, and they were working perfectly fine before bringing my truck into Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington for the third time. The replacement for the actuators at a different shop was less than $400.I was shocked they wanted $3,500 to replace the actuators that were recently replaced and working perfectly fine.I denied the actuator repair and picked up my truck. The actuators now don't work. I'm fairly positive the Service Center broke my actuator and tried to swindle me into getting them replaced for an absolutely ridiculous price.I still have no heat in my truck, out $1,500 for an unnecessary repair, and have to find a new place to replace my now broken actuators.Don't take your vehicle here for service. They are incompetent and untrustworthy.

I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Terence Reed is the best salesman I've ever met. I had an amazing experience . The customer service was outstanding, and my new car was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received.

Was taken upon arrival for scheduled service appointment. Completed the 30,000 mile service package in less than 45 min. Staff were courteous and efficient and answered all questions.I plan to continue to use MW Chevy Service Center for next maintenance needs of my 2019 Blazer.

When I say great customer service i mean just that! They are really good with getting you in and out the building is always clean! This is the first dealership I went through and haven t needed major work done on my car definitely the best choice I made getting a car through Mark Wahlberg CHEVROLET IF I COULD GIVE YALL. 10 stars I would as a matter fact here it is Thanks guys for the great job!!!

Great dealership. I purchased the vehicle from another state and I was rest assured from the dealership that the vehicle would be delivered on time and everything would go according to how i planed and it did. They talked to me very politely and explained all the paperwork well. I was sent the paperwork for the car purchase on time and my car was delivered on time as well. Excellent dealership.

John Oakley was such a relaxing guy to work with while making my first big boy purchase. He s been doing this for some time and it showed. Helping me out in areas of his expertise and literally saying I m gonna shut up now towards the end of the long process. After going to other dealerships where it felt as though I was being pressured into making a decision, John was able to provide insight and suggestions without coming off as pushy. 10/10 recommend.

I would first like to state that I have never had to take a car to a dealership for service before. I usually always take them to mechanics but this was a recall repair on the vehicle. I had been getting notices since I bought the car and finally decided to do something about it. I made the appointment online and naturally waited for my appointment to be confirmed by phone before making the arrangements to take off work. This should have been my first sign that this appointment was not going to go well. I received a call from a woman at the dealership who needed my VIN to ensure parts were available. I gave it to her but the recall I was getting fixed didn't show on her side. She then put me on hold and cold transferred me to someone else who had no idea why I was on the other end. I explained that I had made an appointment and that I needed a recall service performed. This person was much nicer, much more informative and helpful I will admit. I told her that I had to work the next day so I needed my car fixed same day or else I had to change the appointment. She assured me that it would be fixed same day or I would take my vehicle home to wait for the part and come back. I also confirmed with her that I could stay with my vehicle because I didn't have an alternate ride, or asked a for a rental. She explained that I should be able to stay and wait on my car so a rental would not be needed. Feeling much more relaxed I confirmed the date and time with her and made the arrangements with my job. Arriving at the dealership in the rain was annoying but not as annoying as not being given clear directions on where I needed to take my car and having to move it multiple times while being rained on. Once finally in the service bay, the men inside were not at all interested in trying to assist me. Someone finally spoke to me after I circled around trying to find who I was supposed to be talking to. Once I spoke to the service manager and confirmed my appointment, he asked if I was dropping it off. I told him no, I was going to wait with my car. That was when I was informed that it was going to be an all day job and I should have brought it to him first thing that morning. I explained that I work so I couldn't have done that and he just shrugged and went back to looking at his computer. Seeing that I wasn't going to receive any help on getting this rescheduled I announced I was going home. I do believe he at lease told me to have a nice day, so there's that. Still, seems like a lot of this could have been avoided, had I never come in the first place. Guess I'll try a different dealership to get my problem solved.

8/17/22I am on the fence about my experience there. Either Monday or Tuesday I ordered a part online through the GM website. My part was ready for pickup on Wednesday. Usually when you enter a dealership SOMEONE will approach you just because they may be making a sale that day & are ready for a commissions check. There were plenty of "someones" working and NO ONE acknowledged me. I went up to the 1st person sitting at his desk after coming through the side entrance closest to the service bay and asked where to pick up ordered parts. He did point me in the right direction. Once I got to the parts department I waited a full minute + before either worker sitting at the computers acknowledged me. Not even a "we'll be right with you" straight away. Anyway...I got my part, it was exactly what I ordered but I just wish the staff was more welcoming & attentive.

Having just had a major car accident a car was in our future. I could not recommend Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet any more than this post can express. My sales guy was John and he worked with David (sales manager) to find a car that fit nearly every accessory and trim that we wanted. Several days of back and forth, negotiating and changing our minds, these folks walked right along side us and waited for us to be 100% happy. So happy with our experience with John and David and more than excited about our new 2024 Equinox .

They made sure to explain everything and took time to make sure I was happy with what I was getting . Joe in finance was also very welcoming and made the process move quickly!
