Sent wrong part wont answer phone or return calls or email...$60 shipping to return the part. Out of 20 attempts I did talk to them 4 times. They promised to correct their mistake but did nothing 4 times A good seller sends a shipping label for returns....not this one. If I pay $60 return shipping I have no doubt they will keep the returned part....never send me the correct part and screw me out of the $130 purchase price PLUS the $60 return.....RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Their actions and their attitude should be criminally prosecuted.

They will charge your credit card even though the item is not in stock and they have no clue even IF it ever will be in stock. When you add the item to your cart or checkout, there is nothing to indicate that it is not in stock. Pretty shady. Most places will wait to charge you until your order is actually ready to ship. And then when you go to the website and login, your order doesn't even show up in your account. You have to call or chat with them online to try to get it refunded. There is no info provided about backorder, not in stock, etc. You simply place an order assuming you will get your item, but then you hear nothing from them with any sort of updates or time frame. Eventually you realize you didn't receive your item and have to call them up to find out they don't even have it, even though they charged you 6 weeks ago. A V O I DUpdate: Another month has passed without a refund and without being able to contact them. This website is 100% SCAM

Do NOT send your wish packages here. I ve gone during office hours on two separate occasions and they had locked doors. They are holding my bought and paid for merchandise hostage. No one is answering the phones and there has been ZERO communication. I had to cancel my purchases and reschedule a photoshoot because they appear to closed! DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGES to this location

Ordered a GEM for my 2001 Ford F-350. The order and payment were processed immediately. My order was listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment" for over a week. Calls and emails went unanswered. After finally getting through with "Contact Us", I was sent a message that the part was expected in one day. One week later, I again messaged them to ask what was going on. Status of the order was changed to "Shipped". Waited over a week to finally get the part. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have been trying to contact customer service for over a month now on a faulty ABS module I received to get a refund with no response. I have tried multiple voice mails and emails with 0 response. I still have a $200 module that does not work that I need to return and get refunded on immediately.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought an expensive part from them which they sent me the wrong one. I tried to return it but they wont answer the phone or give me a return label to get my money back. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

I purchased a cd navigation system for my Honda unfortunately it didn t work for my Accord . But Maddbuys made my return very easy and easy to work with. I would definitely work with them again.

Realic� un pedido desde Espa�a, pagu� 80.- y la pieza no me ha llegado. Tampoco contestan a los correos y no devuelven la pasta. Parece que se aprovechan de la distancia. L�stima que nadie le parta la cara al tal Isa�as.Que pena de Hispano parlantes que sean tan ladrones. Verg�enza me dan.Si hay alguien por la zona que les ponga las pilas , que me avise para dar una recompensa...Saludos cordiales
