Well where do I start. I had my car moved from the dealership to here. I advised them from the beginning I wanted all OEM parts on my Honda. They did the opposite with aftermarket parts that I didn't approve nor was advised of, that still don't fit up properly. My front bumper still doesn't fit properly even having them fix the problems over at the Wood Ave facility. I had paint runs in my custom wheels, there are pits in the doors in the paint. All of my gaps were off. I was told they replaced the doors but if they did that my wind visors over the front and rear windows would have had to be remounted. Makes me believe they added door skins. I was told several times the car was in clean up but when I received my car I had primer dust all over my seats, dash, floor, and cup holders. When I took the car back to the Worthington location they pulled my car around back and I watched them try to blow the dust out of my car. I would not recommend this group at all even after them attempting to fix the errors initially.Service: Painting

This is one of the shops my insurance suggested to fix some hail damage to my exterior. The work was quality and the woman at the front was nice kept me up to date. The turnaround was a week so much less of a headache as I thought it would take longer. They also cleaned the inside of my car which looked and smelled great! Overall very satisfied and would use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Completely horrified at how awful this group is. Screwed up my car and now it's too late to fix it with the insurance claim. They just doctored the car up and made it look pretty. Didn't fix several things and now it's gonna cost thousands to fix it. Thanks guys. You really screwed me over hard. Plus they left trash and mud in the car. Like what's wrong with you guys?

Normally I am a Roush Honda customer, but I was in an accident with a Progressive Insurance customer, and they recommended this body shop, and claimed they could get me in fast. So, I thought, how bad could it be for a little fender scratch? Ha Ha!!! Lesson learned! Within seconds of pulling in the parking lot, I was yelled at for entering the wrong way. (The gate was open, so no visible signage.) Next, they lost my appointment, although I had called days prior to confirm. The front desk receptionist was blunt; she cut me off when speaking. The entire atmosphere was not customer service friendly and in the end, I was so happy that they lost my appointment. I will stick with Roush Honda.

And the bad part is the workers even say so themselves because they say that the owner will not allow them to finish their work the way they would like to because he s cheap on labor. I knew the job was not that great on my car. I had a whole side of my car painted and I knew it wasn t the best job but here we are two months after getting my car back and the paint is literally chipping and falling off my car. And work that he promised to have done was not even completed. This guy charged me over $2500 for a job that is unfinished and what he did do is literally falling off now I am going to have to go to another body shop. I am giving them a 5 star review and I wasn t even technically a customer. I hit a curb and my front bumper was falling off.They couldn t schedule me because they were booked up, but that doesn t mean they didn t help me. In order to save me the cost of a tow, they secured the front enough for me to drive home safely FOR FREE.These are good, honest people that know what they re doing and want to help. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I took my vehicle here back in May to be fixed after a car accident. They had it a few weeks which was to be expected. When I picked it up my old parts were left in my trunk, which they apologized for. I noticed that the rubber piece didn't seem to fit properly, so they said they would order another one to fix it. I also noticed my bumper didn't look like it was completely attached, so they said they would order new brackets to fix that. Lastly, my keyless door entry was no longer working on my driver side door. They said they would have it fixed too. Well, its almost September and I am still waiting for ALL of it to be fixed. I have been more than passionate and didnt want to leave a bad review because everytime I called everyone was nice, but I'm tired of driving around like this and want others to be aware of what I going through before deciding to use this shop for repairs. ( also, my vehicle has been making a squealing noise that I've noticed since having it back, but I am not sure if was them, the accident or normal wear and tear so I havent mentioned it)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at Lane & Kenny has always been so kind and helpful! I was in a fender bender & my insurance company quickly got me in for a repair. They have a nice and comfortable waiting room. They made sure I had a proper rental and my new car body looked great! Also when I came back, they very graciously buffed out a big scratch that I, in fact, was responsible for. I am so happy! The staff is incredibly nice and informative, communication was great, repairs didn t take nearly as long as I would have thought, and the work done looks amazing. Highly recommend!! I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs.

My repairs took a little longer than expected, but Jamie was brilliant and let me know every step of the way any delays or issues. Also, my days off feel on the weekend and between her and Marty I was able to pick it up after hours with no issues! Thank you so much!

These guys are great. I came to them with a lot of damage to the front end of my car. They went above and beyond and returned my car to me in perfect condition. When I took it for a tire change a few months later, the mechanic said he would never have know my car had been in an accident if I hadn't told him and that the repairs were excellently done.

Haven t even finished the repairs yet and I m tired of this place. No communication whatsoever. Don t expect a call from them. You have to call them to figure out what s going on with the repairs. Took my car in early morning and they didn t even finish an estimate for me on the same day, even though I was told we usually have repairs finished within the same day. That s hilarious. Closed on weekends, of course, so I have no idea what s happening with my car because they don t know how to communicate. I d take your car somewhere else if it needs repairs.Service: Body & Trim

My experience couldn't of been anymore perfect at Lane and Kenny! Kenny was amazing from start to finish and still checks on me weeks later to make sure my car is still running smoothly! Kenny's personable skills and excellent customer service made my experience here amazing! I will always recommend them!

The guys that work here are very professional and very helpful. They even gave me a ride home when the rental car company failed to pick me up. I would recommend this body shop to anyone that's in need of repairs! They did a great job on my car repairs and that got it done in a timely manner!

Polite, professional, fast, and reliable. Marty was able to get my car in the same day and arranged for my rental car. He also kept me informed on the status of repairs and let me know that my battery needed to be replaced soon. I recommend them if you are looking for an honest, dependable shop.Theresa

I can't say enough good things about these people. When you are left with the many repercussions of being in a car accident to have a company you can trust that is professional, excels at their work, and makes the process of getting your car restored as painless as possible not only restores your car but helps restore you. They kept me up to date on the progress and time estimations.I had an unexpected delay in coming to pick up my car and arrived 2 till close and they waited for me without fuss which was very kind and highly appreciated! 10/10 recommend.

I stopped by last Friday to have pictures taken of my car so an estimate could be provided to me. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Jerry, who took the pictures, was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He told me he would turn the pics over to the person that does the estimate and that I would have the estimate in my inbox on Monday. Nothing on Monday, so by Tuesday I called and inquired and the person I spoke with was abrupt and said he was getting to it. Here it is Thursday afternoon, almost a week later, and nothing. It's unfortunate because I came here first and foremost because of the great reviews and secondly, it's right across the street from where I work. I thought it was a no brainer. Now I feel like my business is irrelevant to them since there has been NO follow-up, not even a call saying they've been busy and it will be a few more days. Sorry, Lane & Kenny Body Shop, I just can't trust my car to someone that does business like this.

This was the best experience! I read the reviews so took a chance and i was not disappointed. They talked with my insurance to get EVERYTHING covered and my car looks better than new! They have a new customer and I will be telling people about this shop.

I was told they d get an estimate by Tuesday or Wednesday. When I didn t hear anything by Thursday, I followed up. They said they would call me back. When I didn t hear anything by Friday, I called again. They still gave me the run around. When I pushed, they said they had lost my information. I have lost a week due to poor operations.

I went it to get an estimate on some scratches on the top of my truck and they said they couldn't write an estimate.they just lost a customer, it takes 10 minutes at the most to write an estimate, so if they want to lose money , that's not a very good way to stay in business. I will never return here very unprofessional.

An absolutely stellar experience. I came here right after an accident and they helped get me through that initial shock. It then took a few weeks to get things worked out with insurance, and the shop was incredibly patient through the whole process. At the center of it is John: he's open, straightforward, fair, and he always answered the phone. My first choice in collision repair from here on out.

Lane&Kenny is one of the best neighborhood auto body shop with in fixing issues efficiently and at very low cost. Their technicians are very skilled and very friendly and respectful. I personally appreciate Andy, Marty and John.

This is the kind of shop you hope to find every time! These guys walk you through the whole process, keep you informed what's happening and work to save you money when you have a tight budget without cutting corners on the result. The results are everything I could have wanted. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing body work on their car.

Excellent job on my prized Mustang , you might have to call the intake lady though, she's not really good at communication....Other than that this Body shop does Quality restoration!

Man..water flood got my car when it was sitting there. I thought it was doom after it wouldn't start anymore. Got tow to this shop.They fix it same day and said i can come pick it up. Marty thanks a lot man. You saved me from sadness. Will recommend this shop to all my friends
