Our family cannot say enough incredible things about the level of service Ryan Tincher provides. He is always prompt in returning calls/messages, gets our car in and out quickly from service, and keeps our car healthy for the demanding miles we put on it due to club soccer travel. Ryan is friendly and kind, and cares about his customers and the work he provides. Most recently, Ryan went above and beyond to help us navigate some major repairs needed four our Discovery. This will allow us to stay in our current vehicle until we are ready to buy this fall. Ryan and the service team are a large part of why our family will continue our loyalty to Land Rover Easton.

My recent experience at Germain Land Rover Easton was very good. I got a call from Sara Rashdan in the service department telling me that some parts were in and we scheduled my visit. I brought in the car and sat with her for a few minutes so she could write it up and went to a very clean and modern environment to relax while the parts were installed. Everything went very well and within a reasonable time I was called back up to get the vehicle back. Simple. She is very good at what she does there at Germain. Thank you Sara.

Ryan Tincher provided excellent service. He let me know what was going on with my car, kept me updated, and arranged for my car to be brought to me as I was under the weather. He truly restored my confidence in your dealership and service department as he is very customer service oriented, being polite and professional. That goes a long way especially in today s world. It s a competitive factor that is huge. Thank you!

I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles, making me feel instantly welcomed.The service provided by the team at Jaguar Land Rover Easton was nothing short of exceptional. The staff knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of with the utmost care and expertise. They took the time to thoroughly explain the service process, addressing all my concerns and answering any questions I had.The attention to detail displayed by the technicians was truly impressive. They meticulously diagnosed and resolved the issues with my car, leaving no stone unturned. I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and the quality of their work.Moreover, the entire service experience was seamless and hassle-free. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I was provided a Jaguar F-Pace to utilize throughout the duration of the service appointment. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I was kept informed of the progress throughout.I would like to extend a special mention to Ryan Tincher, who provided exceptional customer service. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers truly stood out. He made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction.

I take both my personal as well as work Range Rovers to Land Rover Easton and have always had a great experience. Recently, I went in to have the fluids checked and a quick once over to get ready for a road trip and was only scheduled out one day. I arrived at 1:45pm and was driving home by 3:10pm . Absolutely wonderful service, communication, and lounge area!!! My service advisor was Jon Allen and he was terrific! Thank you - Well done once again!!!

Germain Land Rover of easton by far has one of the best service departments, if not the best around! Always fast, courteous, professional and very accommodating to busy schedules! All the advisors are great, and extra shout out to Ryan Tincher for always going the extra mile to make sure my service needs are beyond exceptional ! He makes every visit easy and quick, and communication regarding any visits always surpasses expectations! Thank you guys for taking care of our vehicles!!

Sara Rashdan was my car service manager; she was very personable and helpful. Sara kept me up to date on my car service and explored all avenues of trying to resolve the issues with my car. I hope to have no further issues with my car but if I do I look forward to working with Sara again.

I love Germain Jaguar Land Rover of Easton. Robert Tincher is a great service consultant. Making sure i get the services i need in a timely manner. I wouldn t go anywhere else for my Range Rover s service. Germain s service dept is the best in Columbus (and I ve been to a Few ). I appreciate all they do for me at reasonable prices and always pleasant and courteous to keep my Range Rover maintained. I ve always felt like a valued customer at Germain LandRover. Everyone is the service area is A-1. I appreciate them all.

Sara is great work with! She keeps me up to date on the progress of my service. I ve had a few issues lately, but they always have a loaner ready and are happy to send someone out to do a swap so I don t keep having to drive back and fourth.
