The Service personnel were extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciated their forward thinking approach with respect to preparing for the issue I was having with my vehicle in advance of my appointment date. They were also quick and efficient, having with in a loaner for less than a week.

Super happy with our recent purchase. My wife and I couldn t be happier with both the salesman Dennis and the finance/extended warranty rep Dustin. Our salesman Dennis was absolutely the best salesman we have ever met. He didn t breathe down our neck or try to force anything on us while looking at the vehicles we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were curious about and when we found the vehicle we were interested in, he did not press us in any way what so ever. He answered all of our questions right away and the only two questions he did not have an answer for, he found out right away. He was honest, trustworthy and a super nice guy. I would give him 10 stars if I could. My wife and I both agree that never once have we felt so comfortable with a salesman as courteous as Dennis. We couldn t be happier with the whole process. Not only did everything go smooth, Dennis had everything in order to get us on our way within less than an hour after we made our decision. Dustin was great too, he explained everything without hesitation and was also super nice to deal with. He also had everything in order to make the whole process easy to understand and straight forward. My wife and I both agree we would recommend these guys over and over. Krieger Ford will also be my first stop when we decide to purchase our next vehicle.

We had a great experience but it's probably going to differ from someone else as there are variables included in every new vehicle purchase. Our sales rep was Kevin Killilea. He was super nice and very helpful. We purchased a new 2023 F150 and there were programs with savings and deductions built into the final price. With that we felt that we got a really good deal. Our trade was a 20 year old vehicle that they basically took off our hands so there wasn't any negotiation on a trade value as we weren't expecting any.The truck is beautiful. They detailed it perfectly for us. Kevin spent all the time we needed going over all of the features. The whole process was smooth and easy. We're very satisfied.

Never use Krieger FordI recently took my older 1994 Ford E350 Box Van with a 7.3L IDI diesel motor in for an emergency situation during below freezing weather from another diesel hating mechanic s shop. I mistakenly choose to use a Ford Dealership thinking they would know how to work on this type of diesel even though the labor rate of $175/hr is ridiculously high IMO. I knew there was only an hour of work to do by removing the manual fuel then installing a block out plate. The only other thing to do was fix my error of using 3/8 rubber fuel line rather than 5/16 . The original service employee claimed I would need special parts fabricated so it might be 1 to 2 months. He was in a hurry to leave and had me sign a piece of paper because he didn t want to do the paperwork which I did eventually. I talked to Bill (good guy) in service later and he said it would be a week or 2 actually. Luke (a nightmare) from service called claiming that the technician claimed it would take 3 hours to do it. I told him that was ridiculous because I took less time replacing the manual fuel and then installing an electric one on it already myself. I called him back and feeling stuck ($200 tow) I reluctantly agreed unwisely. By pure chance, I had to have the same exact $175/hr technician take out the loop he put in the hose (pic attached) when he fixed it without him or myself realizing it probably had air in that loop. I had to return the box van because they did not bother to change one of the two pieces of hose and it had air in the system. It still ran poorly once at highway speed on the way home so I ended up correctly bleeding the injectors again to get it to run normal finally. Here is the Fraudulent Part, I asked that same technician how long it took him and he said just about 2 hours which was slower than me not getting $175/hr but still an hour faster than they what they charged me! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE Folks!!!

Our latest experience included a fiasco with my 2014 Escape dying in the street after picking it up from the service department. After not knowing what was going on for another week or so, we received the bad news that the transmission was going out but uncertainty on how long it would last.Despite this, I highly recommend this dealership. They worked hard to make things right and give us a great trade in price. We ve purchased every car from Krieger due to their impeccable reputation and extremely fair deals. Whether service or purchasing a new vehicle you re always well taken care of. Luke in service is outstanding and Mac in the showroom will take care of setting you up with your new ride! We re very pleased with our new family vehicle and the puppy loves it too!

I met Carl Easley at the Columbus auto show. He answered some questions I had about the Ford Maverick. I was happy to hear he had one in stock. A few days later I met him and was able to test drive the truck. I was very pleased with its performance.Carl was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its many options. He very patiently explained every function/button on my new truck. It impressed me that he took the extra time to explain this even though it was his day off.I really appreciate his dedication to ensuring my satisfaction. Kevin was the absolute best! While deciding whether I was going to purchase a F-150 or a Bronco, he always supported my decision no matter what and gave me the best feedback and honest opinions which I truly appreciated! I have worked in the sales industry myself for some time as young as I am, and connecting with your customers is important in making a sale and Kevin was the perfect example in demonstrating that! Your efforts and time are much appreciated. I was worried that being a female walking into a dealership asking for a bronco or F-150 was going to be challenging finding someone who was willing to give me their time but Kevin came right out of the works and made it happen! I won t lie, I ve heard some pretty awful things about this dealership so when I switched locations I was dreading that krieger was the closest to my new job.I have been PLEASANTLY surprised with each interaction, from Hannah the valet, to Bill my advisor, and even Kevin the service manager stepping in to valet. I feel listened to and have been treated as well as you would want to be treated anywhere. I think my baby (Bronco) and I are in good hands!Looking forward to a long relationship

I highly recommend Krieger Ford for a place to shop for a new vehicle. From the time I arrived they listened to what I was interested in, offered options and continued to find options and solutions that were meeting my requirements. Not high pressure but friendly and helpful.. I ended up buying a new truck and all the way through the process they met my time frame and were very easy to do business with. I tried another dealership earlier in the day I came away with a typical high pressure experience with sales people that didn't know what they were doing of what they had on the lot and really didn't care about me. Go to Krieger!!

Super happy we discovered this dealership. After a week of searching for the vehicle that had the features we needed, Krieger Ford actually had what was on their website. Our salesman, Kevin, had the truck ready for us to test drive and walked us through features and the Ford Pass app. Kevin was knowledgeable and polite. We were able to get through the whole purchase and took delivery quickly.

The body shop is a HUGE issue. Jimmie in particular is combative when calling on the phone then was not willing to take ownership of his team damaging my vehicle. I dropped my car off over a month ago for work. I understand being busy and being backed up. I have no issue with that. BUT, I get the vehicle back and it's damaged. There are scratches on the rear of the vehicle, the rear seat has damage where you can clearly see body panel clips, and my frunk is scratched up. When I spoke with the insurance lady she said it's common practice to put body panels inside the vehicle for storage. When I showed them to Jimmie, he told me that his employees wouldn't lie because they are over the age of 50 and I must have damaged my vehicle. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE that it's body panel clips. He said it looks like I put a table in my rear seat, not sure what he's thinking considering the back seat isn't tall enough and I've never seen a table with 3 legs that is long like that. Please keep in mind, I noticed and called about these concerns within 20 minutes of picking up my car. I have also received a call from my car rental company this morning saying that they Kreiger lost the keys to the rental car that I gave to Jimmie when I picked up my car. **edit: a day later Enterprise Rental Car went back to the dealership and was able to locate the keys. ** I'm frankly at a total loss as to the horrible experience I've received with my car. Getting blamed for damage that they caused when the reality is, I'd never put something heavy in the back seat of my car. I'm as bad as I use a fiber cloth when opening and closing my charging door and wipe off the screen after every use. I'm am the last person to ever do damage on a BRAND NEW CAR!

I just paid my car off and together my engine light a few months later had me so nervous! I was worried i would end up paying way more than I had to, especially going to a dealership. Thankfully everything was handled in a timely manner and wasn't too expensive. Honestly no complaints. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and making the process so easy

I planned on spending the rest of my day at Krieger since i was the last non appointment and waiting person, they would take for the day. They did my oil change and resolved the sensor alert on my car in less than 2 hours. It was great. Most of the staff there are friendly and acknowledge customers that are waiting. By the way the fresh popcorn was delicious.

They reached out to me to get on too of a recall that had happen with my 2013 Ford. And I have had work done with them before with older recalls. The made sure I was comfortable and took real good care of me.I even got to use the new valet system were they pick up your car drive it there and then bring it back. It worked really well for me since I work from home. Overall in enjoyed my experience and trust them with my car.

Brought my truck in for some repairs. My complaint has to do with the tires. They are big & can be difficult to handle. I asked to have them rotated & balanced. They took the tires off & tried to sell me new brakes & rotors (didn't need them). I told them to put the tires back on, well...they put the tires on, but DID NOT put the all the bolts on the tires. After I picked it up there was significant vibration. I took the truck to another shop closer to home & when the hubcaps were taken off, the tech came & got me to show me the missing bolts! If I could give a negative review, I would. Do not use these people. They will not fix your vehicle correctly.

Rick was very helpful and explained everything and told me what he thought was probably the problem. He said everything else in my car was working perfect but except for this one thing. Well I thought I was talking to a man who knew his business so I told him okay go ahead with it. I'm just sorry I didn't meet the man that fixed my car because I'm very grateful that he has that skill. Krieger is always kind and always does good work. Thank you.

This is the worst place to ever have any body work done!!! First off the paint is chipping off the bumper .then I start to notice something hanging underneath well its the heat shield dragging on the ground because someone forgot to put all the screws or whatever back in place . I called them and the guy was not nice at all! Oh and the passenger door sticks and has to be yanked on hard just to open .NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE THIS PLACE .I choose them because I thought I would get better service even paid the 500 deductible when I could have went to fine line and they would have paid the deductible.

We have gone to Krieger Ford for years and would not think of going anywhere else. I have a lease from them but needed to replace an older SUV that was starting to fall apart. Looked online and saw a couple of options. We went in and test drove a used SUV and it was perfect for what we needed as a second vehicle. The process didn t take long and everyone was great from Gino, our salesperson to the manager and financial team. Very happy with the experience. Highly recommend!

This was the FASTEST I have EVER been in and out of a dealership! That is despite the fact that, due to some loose ends with our last vehicle, this was the most complicated car purchase we have needed to make. We called ahead and they had the car we were interested in already ready and waiting for us. They were patient and kind every step of the way, and seemed to respect us and our time. The used car sales manager even personally got involved to assist us in securing financing despite what was going on with our other car - and they were able to get us an interest rate that was half of what we were quoted elsewhere. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!!

Krieger Ford used their mobile repair unit today to come to my house and fix a couple recalls on my truck. They showed up on time and were very personable and efficient. Did a great job! Would definitely use this service again!

Krieger always makes it easy for you. You are paying for a premium experience. I never feel the anxiety of handing my car over to their technicians because im always told the truth. I will add that my last visit was exceptionally clean and tidy.

Amazing customer service/communication and incredibly quick diag, part order, and repair (brought it in Friday afternoon, was done Tuesday afternoon despite not being able to order the part until Monday). They didn t take my third party warranty which was a bummer but I would probably still go back because of how efficient and nice they were.

I am so disapointed in this dealership and the used car manager Dustin. I have never meet someone so arrogant and rude that lacks basic sales skills.I came in for the second time to look at a truck on the lot so obviously I'm interested. I told Dustin about an experience I had with the dealership a few years ago that drove me to take my business else where.The last two New vehicles I purchased were from Richard and he tells me how he used to work there. He then tells me he has been at Krieger for two weeks but has sold most of the trucks on the lot since then. LOL dude have you looked out your front window? You have two rows of used trucks and some more over by service.He the proceeds to ask what I want for my trade. I respond with as much as I can get. He doesn't make me an offer he just says well I'm thinking BLANK and I know your not going to take that so have a good night" Really that's how you sell your vehicles? No I'm not going to take it we both know that. but why dismiss me your job is to sell cars Krieger must have hired you for your crystal ball.You asked If I test drove the truck Saturday when I was in there and I told no I hadn't that I was looking forward to driving it tonight. Instead of saying something like I really don't think I can get you more on your trade but let me take a better look while you take the truck on a test drive, you dismissed me.You never know I might have fallen in love with the truck and had to have. Instead your approach was have a good night. You should know the first rule of sales is never judge someone. It's poor leadership like yours that drives company out of business.The really sad part is I had planned to purchase the truck with or without the trade. I even told I brought a cash down payment. but I never got a chance too and that and Dustin it's because of you.The real victim here is Jared the sales man I was dealing with. You owe him lost wages. Krieger you should know Jared was attentive and professional both interactions I had with him. Your sales manager Dustin was dismissing me before Jared could even bring my license back to me. Because yes I planned on driving the truck and purchasing it if everything was in order..
