Called and scheduled and appointment. Received one a week out. Dropped off truck the night before. Called to check status since no update was received. Stated that the tech got busy or something and they were unable to get the truck in to have scheduled work done. Said it would be Monday before they could get to it. This isnt the first experience we've had regarding service. We had it in at one time for a problem with the alternator. They said they found other issues wrong. Come to find out when we took the alternator out ourselves that the alternator was cracked. Unnecessary work and overcharges.

Not much to tell. I needed a coolant hose for a shuttle bus. No parts place had one in stock, said lead time was 3-5 days, and that it had to come from Motorcraft. I knew Krieger handled commercial vehicles, and called. Talked with parts department for 30sec, found the part# was incorrect. The parts tech invited me to bring the broken piece over and go from there. They found the correct part and I was able to get my shuttle back in service in less than two hours of down time, total. Zero customer impact. Next time, I'm going straight to Krieger Ford.

I have a huge issue with this place. I brought my vehicle in for a possible issue with my power steering (power steering gear). They simply quoted the cost to replace the part, and after taking my vehicle to another mechanic, I'm now convinced that I truly was charged for a diagnostic that was never performed. (I have the paperwork to prove it) I found out that I only needed to replace my battery, and a wiring harness to resolve a very simply problem, that would have been easy to spot if they bothered to check. I felt sheisted. The only saving grace was that everyone I spoke with was kind, respectful, and courteous, especially the nice lady in the cashier's office. (because, you know that's where they take your money lol) If the so-called service in the Service Center is any indication of how this dealership handles its overall business, I wouldn't buy a car from there if you paid me to.

I tried for about a week and a half to call the body shop to be able to bring my vehicle in to get an estimate since my vehicle was in a small accident. I called dozens upon dozens of times each day and never got through to anybody. The only people who wanted to answer the phone was the service department and they said that that was the body department who had to deal with it and all they kept doing was transferring me over in which nobody wanted to answer the phones

My brakes are still making noise occasionally and now my steering wheel shakes when I slow down. I shouldn't have to beg a company to do their job. My safety is clearly not a concern. I just bought the vehicle in July, no way I should need brakes or rotors this soon.Lied to me and told me that they put new brakes on, yet they were only checked, per their record keeping. The worst part of this is after driving from dayton ohio to Columbus 3 times for the same issue and not having my vehicle for almost a week,. What is so difficult about completing a service you charge for? You should be ashamed of yourselves. Manager must not have checked like he said he did.Service: Brakes

Was offered a car loan by my credit union, but they didn't want to budge on prices of cars I was interested in. Went to Krieger Ford and they were able to get me financed through one of their credit unions. I have to say I was so happy, because I was in dire need of a new vehicle. I take my hat off to A.C, who helped me tremendously. Also the sales agent who was able to get me the loan, even though I can't remember his name. Hats off to both of these fine gentlemen. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Krieger to my friends and family!

This was my first visit to Krieger. I had a recall on my car. I was told in the letters from Ford I would have to pay up front for the repairs and then be reimbursed. I dropped my car off at 7:00am (do pull your car up to the glass service doors -I didn t) and rented a very nice Ford Taurus. My car was ready by 1:00. I fully expected to pay for the repairs but, Keiger honored the recalls and I was charged nothing. My car is running well and they adjusted my front and back cameras. I feel the service is good, the people are competent and professional. I will go back when I need service. Always enjoy taking my vehicle here for service. I've been going here for years with all my vehicles. I like the service and honesty and willing to honor there coupons. Oil change has gone up" $ 75 since the pandemic but I received in the mail my usual flyer for $49 which is what I've been paying for years! Thanks Krieger.

I do not recommend going here for service. My grandma s car broke down and she lives three hours away. I had it towed here because I thought a Ford dealer would be safe, since it was not realistic to tow it three hours home to her normal mechanic. After nearly three weeks and close to 5k later, the car had the same issue about halfway home. Her mechanic back home (another Ford dealer) found the issue and another 2k later it is fixed. The whole thing was super disappointing.

I was very disappointed to find that they hadn't changed my timing chain with the water pump. I had received several quotes due to the high price to replace a internal water pump. Every quote had the price of the timing chain included. When I contacted Krieger I compared a quote from Firestone with the guy from service. The labor and parts for the water pump was 1,430 and the timing chain was 542.99 and coolant flush was 65.99 which totaled 2,258.96. There was no extra labor for the timing chain because it had to be taken off to get to the water pump, it's just exchanged for the new one. The guy at Krieger told me they could do it for 2200.00. However the customer service was great everyone treated me well, just disappointed I didn't receive what I was told. I don't plan on selling the car anytime soon and wanted that done why it was off .

Although my car did not receive service, I am giving 1 star for the abrasiveness and lack of empathy from a customer s perspective. My car had to be towed late at night and my insurance company had it towed to Krieger Ford. I am fully aware that had it been towed or the problem occurred during business hours where I could actually call the dealership before hand and find out about their warranty policy, it would have saved me, the insurance company and Krieger Ford s unpleasant phone call. The point is, that s not their fault, but the man I spoke with this morning was just a grumpy old fuddy dud. Maybe he hadn t got his coffee in him yet, maybe he wasn t feeling good or didn t have a good nights rest. Maybe that s just him.IDK. Although he did offer a suggestion on who to call since he rudely explained to me that my warranty wasn t good enough since they don t deal with 3rd party warranties, he wasn t even going to look at my vehicle. Understandable. Next time, I just suggest maybe just smile. People can hear a smile through the phone. I was already having a bad day and it wasn t even 9 am yet. Be a little nicer in the mornings.

I had made an appointment on their website last week for an oil change. Receive a text message confirmation about it, to show up for it and for them to tell me it will be 3-4 hours and they only do walk-in appointments. This would have been great to know so I didn t waste my morning driving across town. Just a heads up to save anyone a headache of using their online service.

Luke is the person that always dealt with my husband and me. Kreiger Ford treats me well and always makes sure I am happy and my vehicle is safe and performing perfectly before I leave. They're easy to work with. The staff is knowledgeable and take time to answer questions. Thank you

I hate to give a 2 . When you have your vehicle serviced you expect them to find something you aren't aware of and to receive a call about an additional repair and for the most you say take care of it as you are quoted a price and want to keep your vehicles in good repair. But what you aren't expecting is when you pick up the vehicle the new price wasn't explained also had an additional labor charge as well as it was hard for the tech so it was an extra $40 on top of the $60 you wasn't explained in the beginning....oh well. You want your vehicle taken care of and try to stick with the dealer ....is this why people find SHADE TREE mechanics??I think I will be driving my two vehicles to the next closest dealer ship in the future. This was the 2nd time I was up charged without my knowledge. I love my car and truck and will continue to be serviced by ford but not this location.

100% do not recommend the body shop at Krieger. Their service dept. is great, but when you go to the body shop, you will be lied to, not updated and deal with awful service. They had my truck for over 60 days back and forth on a quoted 12 day estimate. The truck was painted 3-4 times and it is still not right. Each time i went to pick up the vehicle, something else needed done. It was an insurance claim and the supervisor said certain items were finished and they weren't. He was pulling insurance fraud and trying to collect on items that hadnt been worked on. They damaged my truck cap glass and after telling me they would take care of it, they didnt and are now saying im lying and they will do nothing. The GM Rusty was excellent to work with at the beginning. He said he woujld take care of it, and then once again, started going in circles and nothing got done. The truck is still damaged and not finished from the start date of June 7th.If you are thinking of taking your vehicle there, do not!Unfortunately, the shop techs, and labor guys were great to work with and informed me every time I came in, when Daryl would not. That being said the work done was awful and another shop is taking care of the problem now.Service: Painting

The folks at the service desk weren't super friendly; maybe they were having a stressful day... but the service was quick, easy, and inspection notes were informative. We'll be bringing our vehicle back for service next time.

Worst dealership for car repairs. Remind me to never go back.The Dublin Sawmill location is a lot better for service Krieger Ford service never answers the phone when you call Service never returns voicemail calls You stand in line waiting for service to help you out, meanwhile watching two of the employees standing at their desks doing nothing. Last experience was awful. While checking in, the service rep was argumentative and suggested I go.else where. I had him p eh promptly get my vehicle and did as he suggested.

Krieger Ford has been part of my life since I bought my first car in 1996. Service has always been exemplary and the Sales reps (especially Carl Easley) have been very respectful to me all these years.

Called and got no answer said they were open on internet . Someone called me back within 5 minutes of my no answer and took care of what i needed with a great attitude and apologized for not answering the first time. Really surprised me and I appreciate what they did great company would use them anytime
