I hit a deer which destroyed the front driver s side of my car. Kraft s did an amazing repair job and the paint matches perfectly. It looks like a brand new car. They also detailed the inside of my car!!! I was in awe. This will be the only shop I refer people to. Thank you so much for all of your amazing work and even the woman who works at the front!! My Fusion was badly hail- damaged. Bob looked the car over and explained to me all that was going to be done to repair it (and I m rather picky) and how long it would take. Upon arrival to pick up the finished car, the car was beautifully repaired and painted. The paint is a perfect match. I m impressed enough that I m taking it back to have some other work done on it by them!

My 2017 F-150 was crashed into on July 1. There was a lot of damage to the passenger side bed and rear door. I had no idea it would be so difficult to find a shop that has the necessary equipment to repair the aluminum body! I guess there's a VERY expensive rivet gun needed to do some of the repairs needed, and it's not worth the investment for some shops. I worked with the claims adjuster, and he recommended Kraft's, even though it was a little further away. I'm SO HAPPY he did recommend them!! The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Some of the parts were backorder for a couple months, and Mr. Kraft provided regular updates for when the parts would be in, and he managed to squeeze my truck into their busy schedule once the parts did arrive since I had to wait so long. The work they did is absolutely perfect! You can't even tell it was in an accident, it looks just like new!! They really take pride in their work. If you have an insurance claim or just want to pay out of pocket for repairs this guy is who you should go too! Very honest and stand up guy though the whole thing :) Gave me my car back looking as good as it did when I first bought it. If I could rate them over 5 stars I would. Forgot to add they paint match with the best of them! I was in shock I couldn't even tell they painted.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend this shop. He was professional, and did an amazing job repairing the damage to the front of my car. It was like picking up a brand new car, not only were the repairs done beautifully, but the inside and outside were detailed.

We needed the hood of our car repainted due to some rust spots and Kraft's did an amazing job! I had read many reviews where other shops weren't able to match a car's exact color and that was not an issue at Kraft's. Their work went above and beyond my expectations and it is clear they take pride in their business. They were honest about what was needed to maintain the integrity of the car and what would just be cosmetic. Our car is 12 years old and now looks almost brand new! I wouldn't hesitate to return to Kraft's if I ever need their services again in the future. Highly recommend!Service: Painting

This is an OUTSTANDING bodyshop! My wife's Equinox got hit last week and this place got her ride fixed up SOLID!!! Super impressed with there work and turnaround time. My wife just came out with a big smile on her face saying "this place is awesome!" My civic hatchback is currently in the shop at Kraft's awaiting parts. Every single step of the way Mr. Kraft has been SO helpful, friendly, honest, and down to earth. I've had to call/come in to the shop a few times throughout the insurance process and although I know they are insanely busy, he never makes me feel rushed and he takes the time to answer all my questions. I walk away from every conversation with more knowledge than I had before- seriously, this man is a wealth of knowledge.They have been SO accommodating. I called today with questions about what would happen with some aftermarket modifications that have been impacted by my accident and Mr. Kraft already had a plan for them. He had already noticed that my Rally Armour mud flaps had weird mounting brackets and spacers (and my car isn't even torn down yet.)He's allowing me to take the hood while they're doing body work so that I can still complete my winter vinyl wrapping project.Obviously, having my car totally wrecked and being without it for weeks is a really stressful experience- but I fully trust Kraft and his team will do thorough work to get her back to the way she was before.Thank you for taking care of me and my car (Aiko)! I already can't wait to post another glowing review when all of this is done.My car is my lifeline. I'm lucky to have found somewhere that values my vehicle like they value their own.Also, I wanted to add that Mr. Kraft had my car towed from my house to the shop within 2 hours of our first conversation because he knew that if he left it in the insurance company's hands that it would take who knows how long. He had a detailed estimate put together in a very reasonable amount of time even with it being right between christmas and new year's. He went over the estimate with me in person and showed me the areas on my car that they would repair and talked me through the whole repair process and timeline. It's very clear in how he talks about his work that the safety of his customers post-repair is his top priority- not just fixing the car itself. My insurance company has communicated nothing with me, this dude has done all the legwork. I would highly highly recommend this shop. I ve had the most positive experience here that I ve ever had at any establishment. Bob did everything he could to make a terrible situation go as smoothly as possible. He was honest, friendly, kind, and helpful and treated me like family. He kept me updated every step of the way and never made me feel rushed when I asked him questions. My husband is hard to impress and he was blown away with their work - you can t even tell that my car was in an accident! Bob and his team truly went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. I fully trust Bob and his team to take good care of me. Their customer service is outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough.

I don t really recall many pleasant experiences involving me getting a damaged vehicle repaired, but I will always think back on this one as pleasant. Even enjoyable. Bob was fantastic. Saved me money on two occasions when he could have easily just pocketed the difference. The body work is flawless. He added in a second side of body work and catalytic converter replacement / exhaust repair after that happened while waiting for the first side to be repaired and got it done at least a month ahead of schedule and before any other body shop s prospective schedule. But perhaps the best service was when he had his guys laying under my truck holding up different running board options for pictures to text to me. Cannot recommend enough. Go there, you will not be disappointed.PS I added auto detailing as a service from them because the truck was returned to me far cleaner on the inside than I had dropped it off.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto detailing

Everyone was amazing from the front office to the shop. Perfect repair on my van. Words can't express my level of satisfaction!So, accident #2 in January 24!. Young lady drove straight into the left front corner. No body damage but bumper, lower grill, fender liner, and push bar took the hit.I have no doubt the truck will come out as good or better than new!

I have used this business twice now. The first time was body work on my Subaru and the work was superb . The second time , I also needed body work, but it was very minor. Probably 15 minutes. The owner used paint thinner, buffed it and applied asmall amount of left-over paint . The front end of my Subarulooked like new. Someone had backed into me in a parking lot.He did not charge me. Had a positive experience with Kraft. My car was damaged at the rear and the front after being hit from behind. Repairs took sometime (~6 weeks) but that was largely due to existing issues with obtaining parts on time. On the repair end, they did a brilliant job and my car looked as good as new. They also cleaned the vehicle before pickup which was a nice gesture.Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to Kraft body & fender through my mechanic. I took my car there and immediately it was checked out and I received a quote. I was told they would need two days to complete. My car was completed the day I dropped it off. The customer service was one of a kind. I have referred others to Kraft. I hope that I won't need this type of service again. But if I do, I will go back without hesitation.Jennifer

Was in a rear ended a couple months ago, and the whole staff was extremely accommodating & friendly. Unfortunately, the part for my car that needed fixed was on back order for months, but Kraft was AMAZING & thoroughly explained everything & i no way blame them for the timeline. I would take my car back to them in a heartbeat. They gave me back my car in pristine condition with detailed interior and exterior. THANK you!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They really took care of me here. They went above and beyond my expectations. They worked really well with the insurance company that was handling my repairs and I didn t have to intervene once. They are super super busy but we re still the earliest out of all the other competitors in terms of getting my car in. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Kraft's. Not only was their repair to my bumper efficient and well done, but they were super easy to work with when it came to insurance. The best surprise of all was when I picked up my vehicle and the whole interior had been cleaned. That is no easy feat when the vehicle is used daily by 2 small children who leave behind lots of little treats. Great service - highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

My car got stolen since it was a Kia, and I decided to take it toKraft's based on the recommendation of another body shop in the area. Bob was awesome! He kept me in the loop the entire time, and when I got my car back it looked brand new! Before it got fixed the kids who stole it trashed it and I was skeptical on how it would look. Bob and his staff really went the extra mile and did so in good time.I would recommend them to anyone! I had such a POSITIVE experience from start to finish with this shop. Bob and his team are straight forward, keep open lines of communication throughout the process, and restore your car to it's original pristine finish. Not only did they make the outside look amazing but also gave the inside some TLC. I am so happy with the end product and appreciate the staff taking such great care of me. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for your paint and collision repairs!

I have always heard good things about Krafts and with that, I recommend them every time.Now I have actually had a personal vehicle there. The paint and body work that was performed is even better than I had imagined. I'm sure some results may vary as not every job is the same but I am honestly blown away with how well the vehicle turned out. You cannot even tell that the work has been done to it. Like the damage was never there.Thank you Bob and team for the superior work!!!

Kraft was absolutely the best! Incredibly professional, kept me updated often, worked with the insurance company to make sure I got what I deserved, and made my car look brand news. They are conscientious and caring. They take great care of their customers. I have used Kraft's multiple times when our vehicles have been damaged. For some reason my QX60 gets beat up alot. . . who knows?However, Kraft's has always been great. Car always looks brand new, super easy to work with, easy with my insurance, quotes are accurate, timeline of repairs accurate and as promised. Great company!!!

I've had two cars into Kraft's. First one was made to look like new. Second one was deemed totaled.Each time both the owner and his staff were great. Very professional (always answered phone when I called, always willing to help, explained everything clearly, etc.). Owner was very honest and communicated great each time...throughout the entire process.I can't say enough good things. I hope my cars don't get hit anymore; but if they do, I will certainly be using Kraft's if needed.
