The owner of the shop was able to get my car in & out fast in which was very important to me since I didn t have a rental. The front desk team was nice, responsive & professional. I am so happy I chose this shop for my collision repair. My car (2021 Nissan) seriously looked better than when I first took it home off the lot. Great service, great team, 100% recommend.

Maurice does excellent work! This is the second time I have had some work done here! I just had my grill painted Black along with the R/T badge, had my taillights tinted, marker lights tinted, the Dodge emblem in the back painted black, and replaced the hemi badges on the side with Black badges. The shop did great work, I have no complaints! Also the price was very reasonable, and they work quickly.

What a great experience with King Collision Auto Repair. I took my car in on Wednesday afternoon after work. I received a quote for the repairs right away. I was told it would take about three days once they ordered the parts. I went home and thought about it briefly and brought it right back. I was paying out of pocket for the damages. They really worked with me on the price. I had received an estimate the day before from another body shop down the street which quoted me $600 more.One of the things that caught my attention about Mr. Maurice at King Collision Auto Repair was when he called for the price of the parts he had the phone on speaker in his office. I could very easily hear the cost.This is the breakdown of events:1. Wednesday around 4:30 pm; the parts were ordered2. Thursday around 4:15 pm; I drop off the car after work3. Friday around 5 pm; I receive a call from Keisha @ King Collision Auto Repair that the car was ready for pick up .WOW! Experienced a not at fault accident that involved replacement of the front fender and headlight, and also included repair of the bumper. Chose this shop because it was nearby and had better reviews than everywhere else. Overall, King Collision was professional, and courteous. Work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work seems to be of appropriate standards. However, attention to detail is lacking. Upon first pickup attempt, there was a scrape on the repaired bumper. King immediately took the car back and repaired the damage. After picking up a second time, there was overspray in the engine bay, missing headlight clip, and the old headlight assembly left in my trunk. Work was good, but overall customer experience was not 5 star quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

FRAUD WARNING: King Collision collected a $500 deductible from me and then charged an additional $500 deductible to my insurance company. The kicker? They never actually repaired my car because it was totalled.I went into the repair shop to settle my bill and my insurance agent spoke directly to the shop in order to verify the exact amount of money owed. After the shop finished speaking with my agent, they struggled for the next 30-40 minutes figuring out how much money I owed. He then verbally told me what was owed and had me punch it into the calculator app on my phone (yikes). This first number is lower than I believe it should be. He says Add $500 for the deductible . Now the number is correct, but I should not be charged a deductible' that is something that the insurance company collects and pays towards the repair of your vehicle. Nonetheless, this number is correct according to my agent, the shop and my calculator app. When I finally check out, I ask for a detailed receipt. The next day I get an email from my agent saying that there is a problem and the shop has not released my car. I assumed it was just a misunderstanding, so my agent and I called the shop. The shop then demands an ADDITIONAL $500 deductible' in order to release my car. This is NOT what was discussed on a recorded phone line with my agent the day before. This is NOT the amount of money that the salvage/ towing company was told. This is NOT the amount of money that I clarified with the body shop directly in-person the day before, nor is it correct according to the receipt that they gave me. When my agent confronted the shop as to 1) Why I was being charged a deductible at all for no repair work and 2) Why the bill was still incorrect after speaking with them directly, their reply was, It s just semantics. , before laughing and hanging up on me and my agent. Insurance fraud is just semantics, apparently. At the very least, they are grossly negligent in their business practices and should not be trusted with your property or your money.To King Collision: If you would like to dispute the factuality of this statement with me or my insurance company, PLEASE DO!!! All of the calls between me, my agent and your shop were recorded and unlike your incompetent employees, I actually keep my receipts.

I was dealing with 2 insurance claims at a time with King Collision and they were able to get my vehicle repaint and fixed of dents from a side swipe and my broken window repaired from a break in. 5 star service and I love my vehicle again!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They had my vehicle for a month. When I went to pick up my vehicle...it still wasn't completed. I pointed out a big area that wasn't repaired. They had to order the part and two day's later I had to go back for them to finish the work. In addition, before taking my vehicle here, it was dented but drove smoothly. I had just had $2300 of mechanical work done three weeks prior. I told them something was wrong. It drove rough and that I could hear a knocking. They said it was a tire sensor that needed to be replaced. I had to take it to Luke's to have them repair what this company broke.

I went to King collision to get my bumper looked at and the man there was so courteous and he quickly resolved my issue and did not even charge me I so appreciate the integrity that is always shown at King collision this is not my first time doing business with them but every time they have always showed me a level of excellence that few places have shown.

King Collison was excellent! They gave updates on the progress of our SUV and although the final part took a long time to come in from the dealer, they were very prompt with getting us in to get the finishing touches. The staff is very professional. I received excellent customer service in person and on the phone. I received a text every morning updating me on the process and stage my truck was in. I m extremely satisfied with the body work and paint job that was done on my 2014 Chevy Equinox. Maurice and King Collision has definitely won a life long customer. The service was outstanding and well worth the 6 hr drive from Virginia. My Mercedes looks brand new can t tell it was ever damaged. This company came with high recommendations from someone I trust exclusively. Owner extremely professional and very clean shop. He did all the work with my insurance company and I had my car when promised. Keep me informed every step of the repair. Where to begin...King Collision and the team are EXCELLENT!!!! They provided me with top notch customer service. The genuine care & concern for my vehicle was comforting! The team made sure to give me updates on my car. They made sure my rental car was ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my car. This place has definitely earned my business and I highly recommend that you give them a try all your auto body needs. I was referred here by a friend who was extremely happy with their service. They were very professional and kept us up to date throughout each step of the process. I was able to pick up and leave my rental at their lot. Maurice was super nice and they did a great job. They are very organized and have a nice clean shop. I picked up my car from King Collision today after having some minor body work done and let me just say that I was totally impressed with the quality of their work. First of all, when I pulled up my car was cleaner than it had been in months. It looked amazing and when I got inside they had done a thorough job cleaning the interior, as well. The bodywork was flawless! Customer service was outstanding and efficient. I am known for being a stickler for perfection and they not only met my expectations they surpassed them. I would recommend them highly!

I had a great experience dealing with King's Collision. They handled most of the back and forth with my insurance company & their customer service is fantastic. I received text updates on my vehicle as they were doing repairs & they were super helpful answering any questions I had. They made the whole process as painless as possible & go above and beyond for their customers. I used them twice in n past with great results but they are now requiring cash up front before they give you a quote. Meaning you have to pay even if you get a better quote somewhere else. Are you kidding me?? Lost my business. Sad.

King Collision has my approval 100%!!! From the time of me calling for an appointment for an estimate to the time of pick up, was absolutely hassle free! Maurice answered all of my questions and more, he is professional and knows his craft! He dealt with the insurance company and car rental, he and Keyshia kept me informed and got the best prices and made sure my brand new truck came back to me in perfect condition! I have to shout out to those that worked on it, Anthony and Kevin for mechanical and Marc and Jeman got the perfect paint and buff!! Thank you all so very much! I also have to point out as soon as we picked our truck up we took our other car for all sorts of improvements and got both done within a week and a half perfectly! I have been a customer with King Collision since 2018 and have not had a bad experience yet! Recently, I needed some body work done that involved an insurance claim. King Collision managed the entire process communicating with me as well as the insurance company regularly. I received daily updates on what was happening with my vehicle. I am a loyal customer and will only work with King Collision for my vehicle needs. Great work and great customer service!

Called in the morning asked when it was a good time to bring my car down for an estimate. Showed up to the shop with a sign saying they were closed for staff meeting. Waiting around for 10 to 15 minutes as multiple employees walked by me and did not offer any assistance. Took the car a block down the road was given service right away and scheduled for repairs next week.

Stopped in without an appointment for some assistance with getting my old license plate off - 90 minutes later I left with a big smile, new friends and the greatest customer service I ve ever experienced in Columbus! I cannot say enough about the positive atmosphere and awesome customer service. I would highly recommend this business and their staff to anyone for the car repair needs! I have dealt with King Collision first with my company car and then again with my personal vehicle. I have to say they have been the most honest and caring people I have ever encountered. They care about their clients and you never have to worry about your vehicle not being repair with the utmost professionalism and your safety is at the top of the list. Their work ethics are superior and I personally will never deal with any other car service company other than King Collision. They are the true Kings in this business.
