Took my car without warning, has my tools, my daughters medication, and money in it.Ive called to pay them multiple times and was blown off. I Have been calling them since my car disappeared from a grocery store that I walked into and they hang up on me every time.Horrible, Horrible Business

VIN:3D4PH9FV3AT206368. who ever buys this 2010 dodge journey its a blue one MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT IF THEY GOT THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW FIXED MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE MOTOR FIXED MAKE SURE THE BATTERY HOLDER IS FIXED AND MAKE SURE THE MOTOR IS FIXED BECAUSE I HAD THIS CAR I PUT IN OVER 2,000 DOLLARS TO HAVE IT SAFE TO DRIVE AND 1 DAY AFTER BUYING IT IT WOULDNT START BECUASE OF THE STARTER THE MOTOR COOKED ITS SELF THE HEADS BLEW THE OIL FILTER WENT OUT AND I KEPT MAINTENCE UP EVERY 3,000 MILES AND I HAVE THE PROOF SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dale was our sales rep. He was super friendly and comfortable to talk to. He helped my friend buy her first Mercedes 2009 cash great price and great condition. The old black gentleman in there is very rude. He tricked us into submitting our car keys because we were late with our fees and when we came to pay it he refused to accept the payment and said we have to pay the full amount otherwise we are not getting the vehicle, we had a payment plan in place and refused to go by it, I highly suggest you go somewhere else for business

They sell you a car and when the car goes bad weeks later they lie and say they never sold you it or seen you before I just sent me friend to a attorney because same was done to him can t wait till they get taken to court because they also lied to him and said well pick up the car and fix it and they picked it up and just took it probably to sell again and do the same hope they get closed down Ive already made many reports aswell to the state

I have nothing bad to say about the 2013 Kia Optima I purchased. Great sales team, and great group of people all around. The only thing I wish was they were more helpful with my emergency that left me injured. They waste NO TIME repoing your car . Just stay on top of your payments and you ll be fine!

My mother goes through Kellie's. She has been treated very well. I just wanted let everyone one know they are amazing with her and always stay in communication. Work well if she is having trouble as well. I would recommend this car lot to anyone who is 1 time buyer or financing to go through Kellie's auto sales.

When Kellies first opened up on West Broad st, the staff has always been friendly, helpful and respectful. They have always been available when I would have questions or concerns, and they are willing to work with you through life's unexpected circumstances as long as you maintain reasonable communication. Didn't buy anything but looked around. Decent customer service. Good cool people. But If you buy a vehicle from here make sure to bring a mechanic or someone that knows vehicles. It'll help you in the end from buying a lemon. Inspect the vehicle and pray to the Lord. Lol .But for real though.

Worst service I ve ever had. They refused to give me a single price on anything I asked about. Didn t want to show me their lot until I demanded that pictures weren t good enough. First car I finally got to look at was completely eaten up by rust on the underside. 0/10 stay away

Thank god we have other cars because this the worst car place we have encountered! Had to put our car in the shop multiple times spending more money than the value of the car! Do not buy from here ! There is too many places that will give u warranty s and will actually treat you with the up respect! The manager Chris said what do expect buying a used car ! Well obviously don t expect a rat to be found in there and for the car to not run the next day after the purchase ! This business needs to be shut down ! Contact the better business bureaus and contact the attorney general office and report them because they are intentionally selling lemon cars! There is no way these people can continue to get away will scamming hard working people!

This is the second car I got form there,First it was a land Rover range Rover supercharge, my chick and I never got an issue with it, other than the regular maintenance, the one I'm driving rn is a ranger, I've had it for lil over a year and no problems at all.Im Thinking to upgrade to a F-150.

This is your Warning** don't do something you will regret .. their cars break down within one week of purchasing... Don't believe me... Read the reviews before you purchase a car from here. This place is a scam and should be shut down. Read the reviews to see how they treat all their customers. Read the reviews to see how all the cars are junk cars. There are plenty of other places in Columbus to purchase a car. This is the worst one, not only are the cars horrible but the heartless, rude and evil car salesmen are even worse. The Karma they'll face is inevitable.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Worst experience ever. I bought my car and no sooner than the very next day my windshield wipers stop working. My rear heat didn t work and I didn t realize it until after I got home. Go to have it looked at 2 days after buying it to find out I need brakes all around. Driver side window wouldn t go up or down and within a month the only window that would work was the passenger side. This car was falling apart and all they could say was not our problem it s a used car what do you expect? I paid way to much for this suv to begin with but the customer service from this place was awful. Basically laugh in your face and admitted to me that the car needed a lot of work but I didn t realize it so it was my problem. Would never refer anyone to this place they rig there vehicles to get you to buy them and then could care less.

I would give 0 stars if possible. First car they gave me to test drive looked decent, then I start driving and it starts smoking from under the hood, it was leaking coolant, literally only test drove it for 10 minutes tops, ball joint on the right drivers side was messed up, I could tell when I turned, then I took it back and told them the issues and they looked shocked, tried to offer me 3 other cars to look at, no thank you. The first woman I talked to barely spoke English and when I asked if these cars were serviced and looked at before being sold her response was "you want to test drive?" Couldn't give me any information on the vehicle. They just want your money and could care less about the safety/condition of the vehicle they're selling you. Do not buy a car here.

If I could give them zero stars I would. So unprofessional. Said they would fix things but canceled the appointment and then said well a month passed so we can t do anything. Had to get a new alternator water pump and belt all within the first month. They said you bought it as is . Tried to get tags when they expired and the bmv said the title wasn t in my name. Went into kellie s and they said I m sorry there s nothing we can do until Monday when the credit people are in . I said so why wasn t it put in my name? Lady said I have no idea. This place is a JOKE! DO NOT BUY A CAR from these people. WORSE CAR LOT EVER!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I bought a used car from their car lot, went for a test drive and yes I was very dumb I know but they advertised like there was NOTHING wrong with the car. The transmission fluid was over filled, the oil was over filled, it was leaking oil, the back bumper was rusted, needed all new ti rods, had and exhaust leak, (probably a few more undiscovered issues) and all the tires were different sizes and we asked them to replace them which they did, but again they were all different sizes and dry rotted. They also tightened them so tight you couldn t get them off! I am young so I feel like they tried to take advantage of that. I have spent a little over $2,000 just trying to fix it. Should have just taken it back. They also told me to pick up my tittle and any spare keys they might have in 3 weeks, well I haven t heard about my tittle or my keys. Come to find out they mailed my tittle to me and I haven t received it, they told me that it must have gotten lost.

I wish I could give 0 stars but fortunately for Kellie Auto Sales (Phillips Rd) Google doesn t allow it. DO NOT GO HERE! These people completely took advantage of my grandmother. They sold her a car that broke down the next day. Then she tried to return it to have it fixed and they charged her $1000. She tried to literally return the car, stating that she hadn t even had it a 3 days and it s broken down. They mocked her stating were sorry but all sales are final. Maybe try putting some more gas in it. These people are a joke. The management doesn t care, employees are scheming people, and the cars will break down in less a week. Never ever going here again, neither will my family, or my friends. They could do this to you. Just save yourself the time, and go down the road.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! THIS IS YOU SIGN. DO NOT BUY. It's only been a week and my 14k car will not start. They will schedule you an appointment with their mechanic in about 3 weeks. Clearly they just buy from the auction and will sell you a nice looking lemon. DO NOT BUY! Within a week i had to take my car to get fixed by my mechanic TWICE. I can not wait 3 weeks. I have a job. Also i now know someone whose car caught fire under the hood after 3 weeks and that car is for sale online. Looks good on the outside though. DO NOT BUY! PLEASE TRUST THESE REVIEWS. By the way they are not BBB accredited. * writing this review at 3am because im worried if my car will start to make it to work

This place has went downhill horribly! Had purchased several vehicles from them when they were at their previous location and was pleased with the service but since they've moved and grown they obviously don't care about anything but taking your money. Salesman was very nice and helpful til I signed on the dotted line then neglected to return my calls after I started having issues only 2 days after taking the vehicle home. I had expressed concern after test driving about some dash lights that were on and was assured that the lights just needed to be "reset" but when I asked for them to do it before I took it home he said they couldn't. They couldn't because the problems hadn't been fixed!!! I think the vehicle possibly came from a flood area due to the fact that the whole underside is completely rusted.. come on, who looks under the chassis before they buy a car? I will next time! The suspension is messed up and electric running boards inoperable (probably cause it's totally rusted) possible transmission problems, a/c screwed up, I could go on and on, but as I read in other reviews all their vehicles are sold as-is so there's no legal ramifications for their poor service. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership...so disappointing...I trusted them. Live and learn

Great staff, nice clean establishment, very friendly and welcoming staff. They were great from the time we walked in the door. They even took time out to make my niece and nephews popcorn. Best place to buy a car. Brian L was wonderful he went out of his way to get me into a nice car and make the deal happen. He took time to help me find the right car that fits me. He even helped my nephew get into a car as well. Will definitely be recommending Kelli Auto Sales to everyone that is in search of a nice car.

DO NOT GO HERE! Test drove a car, brought it to auto zone down the street to make sure there was no issues. Connected it and the VIN code did not match with the code it was supposed to be. They don t tell you this! Glad I did not buy the car before doing this!

One of the best car buying experience I had. The sales lady Maria is the best hands down, she was so patient and so nice and incredibly smart knows about cars and what she s talking about. She made the whole experience worth it. I would recommend her if you do go here.
