ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT RECOMMEND. BRING A GOOD KNOWLEDGEABLE MECHANIC!!!! Extremely unsatisfied. Everything they said they did with the car was false. I am from Cleveland and bought a BMW 645ci. I was told the car is in great condition but sure enough when I was on my way home the car started to have major issues that cost me over $3k already and still more to fix. There was no oil in the car (started smoking on my way home), it was leaking coolant, and it has a transmission malfunction. Also they refuse to answer the phone or call back. I contacted them 2 days after the purchase and still 3 weeks later haven't heard from them. Pending auto fraud lawsuit. Nidal the scammer said anything possible to sell a faulty vehicle.

This place was the worse experience I ve ever had. I walked in the dealership and didn t even get assistance. I wanted to buy a car and he automatically assumed that I didn t have money. When I got back from a test drive, the guy told me in my face that I didn t have $6,000 down to put down. I told him that he don t know what I have, he told me that I didn t have the 6k. So if your thinking about buying a car at this dealership don t even get one here. There customer service was horrible & they will make you feel worthless. I would put 0 stars if I could. And the guy was almost arguing with me because I told him that he was rude.

I had a really good experience. They were nice but not very talkative. Lol Nedal helped me make sure I got the deal I wanted. Nedal was very friendly and patient with me. I was able to get my 2012 Nissan Murano SL (which I love) for zero money down. Thanks for all your help Nedal!!!

I bought a 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic from here and it was one of the smoothest, least stress situations I have had with cars. They didn't pressure to me into buying anything I didn't want. No extra fees that other dealerships magically place into your final invoice. I love my car so far! Thank you!

I bought a 2011 RX350 Lexus from them 2years ago and what a great deal they gave me it runs great the only thing I replace was a new battery and I keep all the Fluids change regularly I love this car and I would definitely buy another one from them very honest and they gave me a fantastic deal thank you I m looking for a 4 wheel drive truck with 4 doors Chevy or gmc ??

I bought a 2007 Cadillac STS from this dealer. In the ad, it stated the car had a new timing chain and tensioners. The dealership verbally confirmed they had replaced these on the car prior to sale but couldn't find any documentation to prove it. I stupidly took their word for it and bought the car. HUGE mistake.It immediately had trouble running/starting. After getting warm and turning off, the car would NOT start. It was also running VERY rough. I took it to a ASE certified mechanic near my home who knew nothing about the timing chain situation. I told him the symptoms and he came back to me stating the engine was out of time and needed a timing chain replacement. Once I told him the timing chain had supposedly been replaced, he said the "screws on the timing chain have never been touched, it hasn't been replaced. You've been taken advantage of" word for word.After that, I contacted the dealership. Their response? Absolute disrespect. I'm yelled at and accused of lying about how much I've driven the car despite the sale paperwork and mechanics diagnosis showing a mild difference in mileage. I decide not to deal with them any more because they're impossible to communicate with.I decide I'll take it to a Cadillac dealer for another opinion. Their diagnosis is the exact same as the other mechanic except worse. The timing chain needs replaced (since they say "it's never been replaced"), the brakes need replaced, spark plugs need replaced, power steering is completely shot, and basically another $1,000 worth of work needs done to the car ON TOP OF the timing chain.Bottom line: STAY AWAY from this dealership! They're NOT honest.

You get the personal attention and care that you won't find nowadays in other car dealers. Please don't get this Kelli's location confused with the other one. This is a totally different business with a different owner.

Fantastic place to buy a good used car or suv/ truck they sold me a 2011 Lexus RX 350 Fabulous deal I lovely they are very honest trustworthy and made my deal work.moe is a very honest person and suggested I drive the Lexus what a great guy not pushy they have earn my Business and my friends thank you so much (NOTE THERE IS Another car lot with a similar name but this one is a FIVE STAR

Horrible delearship that everyone should stay away from!i paid 6 thousand dollars for a car, then he wrote that I bought it for 3 thousands only in the title. Had to fix and replace almost everything in the car! They are so dishonest.

Malo, malo.. definitivamente por concretar una venta hacen lo posible, t�pico de todo mec�nico, el carro est� bien, excelentes condiciones. Puras mentiras, el carro se da�a a los 3 meses y no se hacen responsable, cuando vas a preguntarle al Mec�nico Fernando nunca sabe nada, nunca puede dar una respuesta satisfactoria. En fin, no los recomiendo para nada, carros reparados para que aguanten 3 meses
