Amazing customer service!! They go above and beyond to help their customers. The wait time is very short. Their prices are really affordable. I ve been to both Columbus locations multiple times and always get top tier tire experience. Highly recommend!!

I ve bought many tires at Katz over the years. The only concern I have is the lack of choices and inventory. They usually only have one choice for a standard coup or sedan, and often do not have them in stock to replace all four tires. There are lots of special tires stacked but not regular. That has been my experience the last few times I ve been there to buy tires. Call ahead to get more choice and installation. Just stopping in, and you have less options!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the cost was very reasonable. However, I expected them to ensure that the new tires were inflated to their proper psi. One tire had 45psi and the other had 39 which caused the car to pull. Overall, top notch service.

Very efficient, got right to it. I had a nail in the sidewall and got a new tire put on in less than 30min. Smooth customer service. Oftentimes at more commercial places the customer service and communication feel drawn out. Extending your wait time unnecessarily. Katz Tires was the total opposite. Fair pricing a commercial place tried to charge nearly double what I paid here. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt compelled to, as I was very satisfied with the quality, pricing, and efficiency. Will absolutely come back for any tire needs in the future.

Always a great experience. It is sad to see a change in management but kudos to the current team for the warm handoff . Anthony (incoming manager) seems hungry in the best of ways. Service was fast and prompt. Price was as fair as you can find. I have a feeling more and more people are figuring out what used to be my secret spot.

I am now a loyal customer! I brought my car here with a somewhat flat tire to see what the issue was. Within 10min they found a nail in the tire, removed it, patched it and put air in rest of tires! Incredible customer service, fast and inexpensive!!!! Special shout out to @Anthony Barr!!

I was in and out very quickly! They gave it to me straight. I had previously went to a tire place moments before that, that told me my entire tire needed to be replaced and could not be patched up. But they told me the truth and went ahead and patched it up .

They got my tires quickly and at a good price. I showed up, no appointment necessary, and I was out in 30 minutes with 4 new tires and wheels installed. Highly recommended.

I came in to have air put in my tire and was informed the tire was dry rotted and I would need new tires. I opted to just get the front 2 tires replaced. The price was reasonable and the next day the tires were ready to be installed. The service was extremely fast and I was back on the road. I will be sure to return to Katz when it s time to replace the other 2.

I called to ask if I could get my tired looked at that just went flat (quickly). They said, Yes. Drove over and got polite, quick service to fix a large nail in the tire. Recommend them.

The guys at Katz always take good care of me. I get a lot of nails in my tires and they ve always repaired as a kind gesture. No question when k needed a full set of tires where I have my business

I had purchased the tires before hand, usually it would take 24-48 hours before they could have them, but they had my tires already! The process was super fast and they work with you time accordingly I had to push back my time to get it done and they were able to accommodate that! Would definitely recommend

I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked me in on a rainy, busy Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The ability to drive up and get somebody to look at your tire quickly is real gift these days when many businesses are understaffed and unhelpful. Everyone was terrific! I will come here for all my tire needs.

I was on my way home from and had a nail puncture one of my tire and pull in to this to Katz tire and advise the gentleman of my situation they immediately went out and inspected my situation and said they can plug my tire and this took about 10 minutes and they had me back on the road . Very friendly will definitely be doing business with these guys in the future

Very reasonable price... and fast service... tires are better than most tire shops I've been to over the years
