I have visited Katz Tires a few times this year for my tire needs. I have purchased two new tires and one used one. The service is professional, friendly, and informative. Minimal wait time. They educated me on tires and damaged to my tires. They can fix tires also if it can be salvaged. Decent prices. They offer financing also.

I have been to this Katz Tires many times over the years and give them 4/5 stars. They were always efficient. Today my tire indicator light was on and at least one tire clearly low. I stopped by to have them checked and it looked like they were closed. A guy came out when I drove up and I told him I needed them to check my air pressure. He told me they were closed. To come back tomorrow and he would take care of me. I looked them up and it says close at 6:00 it was 5:50. Closed early and sent me on my way with an under inflated tire. Poor customer service. I no longer will be quick to stop by.

I am new to the Columbus area. I got a flat at work and a coworker suggested Katz. I called and they said to come right in. I was there less than 15 mins and my tire was repaired. The price was great too! Definitely recommend and will be using them for all tire issues in the future.

I just wanna say I am so excited to now know a place where I can go to get quality work, every other tire shop I went to scratched my gloss black 22 inch wheels. I am happy to say I have no scratches at all they knew what they were doing and I was happy with the cost. Highly recommend this shop for quality work. Unlike Shawn's used tires on Cleveland Ave they are highly not recommend for quality work...

The guys at Katz are fantastic. I ve been here before and it s always so fast and efficient. I needed a new tire between 12 hour night shifts, so I was coming in very tired first thing at 8am. They got me in and out in under 10 minutes which means more to me than I could ever put into words. *chefs kiss*

I have came to this Katz tire a couple of times this year for both wheels and tires Sy and previous managers has gotten me the best deals on wheels and tires for different vehicles I have brought in; the service guys provide quick and honest service, one of the wheels was defective from factory and they replaced it immediately. I definitely recommend and will return my self to this Katz tire shop anytime.

My family had a tire blow out fifteen minutes outside of Columbus. Emergency roadside assistance put on the donut and we slowly hobbled our way to our hotel. Katz Tires was highly rated on Google Maps and had suitable replacements on hand, so early the next morning I raced over and bought them. So less than twenty-four hours after a potential disaster, we were back on track to follow the itinerary I booked months beforehand.

Knowledgeable, friendly service team, great prices, and very quick. They tested my flat, explained why it couldn t be repaired, found the exact used tire I needed (even testing tread depth to match the old tire), took the old tire off, put the new one on the wheel, and installed it on the car in under 20 minutes. It really helped to turn a bad day around.

Love Katz tires. I have been there two times for repairs/patches and they always do a great job. In and out in 5-10 minutes and they re very personable. Today I went in a pinch knowing my first experience was such a good one so I would definitely recommend!

Stopped by on my way into work after I got a flat tire. They replaced my tire and had my out the door in less than 30 minutes. Great service and very reasonably priced!

The guys were very helpful. They sold me a spare tire in a pinch even though they don t usually sell them and were able to get a replacement tire for me without any hassle. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

These guys are awesome. They took care of my tire problem right away. It needed to have the rim polished off so that the bead would seal up properly. I m very pleased with this repair work. I m sure I will be coming back to get new tires when I need them replaced. Thanks for a great job today

I was driving down High St and suddenly realized one of my tires had popped. I called up Katz Tires after hearing solid reviews from friends over the years. They got me in for service immediately and I was out the door with a replacement tire for my Mazda 3 in barely 20 minutes. I highly recommend Katz Tires!

Great service, and friendly staff. They actually didn t have the tire I needed in stock, and the manager actually went to another Katz location to get the correct tire for me. All in all, this still took a very short time, and I will return to them for any future tire needs.

Got a flat tire just a few blocks away. Gave them a call and they were able to get me in and out within a half hour. Absolute lifesaver!!!! 5/5 would recommend, and will definitely come back when I need to replace my tires.

Went in because both driver s side tires seemed to be leaking air. Turned out it wasn t the tire itself - air was leaking out around the air valve. They explained three options and gave a fair price. Every member I interacted with was very friendly and efficient.I also had a great experience here about 7 years ago when I needed one new tire. Husband has been several times more recently and is also a fan of this Katz Tires location on Main Street.

I called they had what I needed and came in 30 minutes after the call and they had me on my way with a used tire in less than 20 minutes and for a fraction of the cost. Great customer service.

Good place for tires. No waiting discount pricing. No salesman selling road hazard or warranties front end alignments etc. Like my own pit crew on NASCAR. In and out 30 to 45 minutes

I had a flat tire. I called Katz Tires and ordered new tires. They came in the next day.Katz Tires put them on and I was on my way. Customer service is great. Very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Katz Tires

Amazing! The owner (Sy) and all of the employees are very efficient, pleasant people to interact with. They went above and beyond when for the service needed. Lived in that area for 35yrs and Katz tires is a staple of good people, services and products!

The guy who ran the place didnt seem like he wanted my money. He was completely oblivious. Claimed he couldnt get Michelin tires. They are back ordered. Trying to tell me the most expensive Michelins were all thats available. I told him i had estimates from others very close to this shop. He was like Oh. Ladies go somewhere else .

This is the second time I have been to Katz and have had a great experience each time. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and not just trying to sell you something you don t need. I will keep coming here!
