Somebody threatened to shoot and kill my boyfriend after my card declined. My boyfriend even waited for me to come back with the money after being pulled out the car by one of the workers. I guess he thought we wasn t going to pay. I called police on the dude pointing gun at my boyfriend bcus my card declined it was a worker who worked for k&m tires. The employee that was helping me & my boyfriend did this the cops came pushed dude to the ground and took his gun becus he was pointing it at my boyfriend. Then they gave him a court order to appear in court to see if the gun is registered to him. I actually came back to pick up my boyfriend after an hour to pay the dude the dude was yelling really bad at me after receiving payment. My card declined it took me an hour to get the funds. I don t kno why he went off my boyfriend was still waiting there for me to come back with the money.

Friendly guys, I got a really nice used tire for cheap. They got me in and out in a few minutes. If you are in need of a reasonably priced good used tire, come here.

He mounted tires and doesn t balance them. New tires I brought to him. So I had to go back and he just balanced two front and not the back. So I ll have to go back again when I rotate tires. Car rode terrible shaking on freeway. To cheap to use weights to get tire balanced. Poor service.

The worst ever. He wanted $750 for a set of used tires. Where is Winnie Mandela when you need her? These across the water ppl need to be dealt with. If the Attorney General can shut down Dollar General then I can assure you they control these stink bugs. He was stinking.

I bought a used tire from here on the 4th. I've had nothing but problems with the tire since and have had to air it up every day for the last like 2 weeks. There's nothing in the tire, it just leaks. I called to see their policy and they don't exchange past 1 week. That's poor business in my opinion. Especially since there's no holes or anything I'm the tire.

Had a rental that just needed air. The guy wanted to charge $5 because he kept trying to put air in all 4 tires. Told him again it's a rental. Just need air on tire.. so he told me $1.. but cash only.. so I only had my card.. and he would not just put air the tire .. had to ride some where else on a flat . Next tire ave did it for free

My friend recommended me to this place about 5 years ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Customer service has always been great. If you call ahead he's honest about how much tread is on the tire and charges accordingly. My most recent tire looks brand new and he only charged me $40 for it. Tax and disposal fee is included, as well as a 1 week warranty. I would highly recommend this place!

I have been going to these guys for more than 10 years. They always have good tires (I usually need truck tires) for half or less than new and they have good tread. They are fast, efficient and helpful. I will continue to go back and have sent friends and family ... everyone has had a good experience and bought good tires.

These people are unprofessional they will tell you a price you get there and it s 60-80 $ more any other used tire shop you ask how much for these they say 200$ or whatever these people will say 200$ you pay then they say it will be another 60-80$ to mount when every other tire shop will tell you that from start they won t say nothing till after they have your money just stay away

This little hole in the wall of used tires has tires at very reasonable prices. I drive a SUV and tires for it tend to be pricey. Not at this spot! I can get a good tire for about $45, mounting and balancing included. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Not much on the outside and you would think not much of a good tire sales place but on the contrary.. This place is AWESOME i have literally gone here to get tires for many years now and for a low price you can get so much. The tires last very long and they always help you if anything goes wrong with the tire. Really nice fast working people. We have been long time customers and even now that we live on the other side of town we still come here because its worth every penny. Great place recommend it to all. why go somewhere else when these guys can get it right at a low price the first time.

Always have the tires I need and they always have 75% of the tread left minimum. I have a bent frame and the car cannot be aligned so I don't buy new tires. As long as they're around I'll always go back. You want decent tire at a good price and you're in and out, go here. You want a waiting room, coffee, chit chat , go someplace else. They deal in used tires. They don't deal in pleasantries.

K & M tires was great! I was in and out in less than an hour, the prices were good, and the quality of the tires that were put on my car were awesome. I would definitely go back to them again. And, if you bring your own oil filter, they'll change your oil for $10.

Would've been nice if they could've programmed my valve tire stem for making me pay to put it on and for taking it off, bur couldn't program it, and suggested the wrong valve tire stem after I purchased the ones that were 48.34 a piece..very discouraged with the Services.

Walked in store just to ask about getting price on a tire. The place was super dirty inside. Still, I wanted to give the place a chance. Guy said "I am very busy now, do you want something or not".<I couldn't have been more shocked>I said I have a leak in my tire & want either a patch or replace the tire. Man with the beard said "I know everything there is to know about tires". Then he looked at the tire & said, "I'm not sure what to do with this one", wait over there. The place was nasty dirty & I saw a mouse plus roach droppings.He came back 15 minutes later, we are closing in 10 minutes and hope to have time to look at your tire. It is not looking good though. Our air machine is in use for a different customer. Sorry, we are too busy and close now in 8 minutes. Come back in the morning, we open early or just call.

Called ahead to make sure they had the tire i needed, they were quick and helpful. When i pulled in, they had my car up on a jack almost before i could get out! Their prices are fantastic, they're quick and they know what they're doing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE....gave them a chance even though there were bad reviews there were also good ones. Got an oil change and provided my own supplies he drained the oil but used my old filter and kept the new one. Found out after oil was leaking the very next day! All on the same day they broke a tire stem and my tpsm said oh well. Sold a busted tire and broke the thing that the lug nut screws on. They are so grimy lesson learned.

Had a couple used truck tires that they took off my hands. Could not get anything for them. They'll charge $20 for them if someone comes in with a bad flat. Seems like a place you go to if you're desperate for a cheap tire put on quick.

I went to replace two mismatched tires on my car with two other used to get a matching set. The guy with the beard (said he had 16 years of experience) was not very friendly and said I was ripped off by paying $45 for my two tires as they have almost no tread (which was not true - they still had 6/32 of tread left). They switched the tires fast, though, but the other (big) guy (who apparently has much fewer years of exp) scratched my alloy wheel badly (he either does not know how to properly put tires on an alloy wheel or does not care) and the guy with the beard mismatched my TPMS cap. Overall, the place is fine if you drive a beater, but next time I'd better go to Walmart with $12/tire mount/balance and to Discount tire to fix my flat for free.Update: As soon as I switch those tires to the front, the steering wheel started to shake at highway speeds. I went to tires plus and the balancing was messed up on these tires! So, these guys at K & M are jokes - they scratch wheels and have no idea how to properly balance tires. Don't go there if you care for your car and your safety!

Sold me bad used tires. Extreme wobble at 50mph and up. Alignment was off immediately and pulled to one side. Charged 90 dollars for 2 bad tires. Will never go back.

Open even on Christmas in an emergency and helped out with a new tire on our rim and back on to the car all in under 30 minutes for a great price

Got tire fixed smh had no cash so had to ride flat tire to gas station to get cash. Only accepts cash kinda an inconvenience in today's day society

The owner has always worked with me to find a cheap tires that are good, and spent an hour trying to fix something that was broken because it was not safe for me to continue to ride that way and charged me nothing for his time. That is 5 star!!!!

I went here needing 2 tires on the recommendation of a friend. For $85 I was sold 2 tires that should have been scrapped due to tread wear, one of which is cupped and out of round. Then they stripped 3 lugnuts and didn't bother to mention one was missing. I will never return to this shady establishment.

Driver drops off a tire leans it against my cart the cart rolls in my Snap on box. I ask him is this how he does it he unapologetically laughed then told me I was tripping basically. But if he knew how much the box costs maybe he wouldn't. Don't buy here. No respect from delivery drivers

They double there prices. What's the point of having a good used tire place if they cost much of high end shops. $106 for 2 used tires

They overprice for tires but I found a new place way cheaper with better customer service and experience sometimes cheaper is better!
