We highly recommend this shop! They are great people! Very friendly, helpful, with a great work ethic! They were very quick and their prices were excellent! They really saved our bacon! We were traveling through from out of town on a long trip when we had a brake problem. We showed up a couple of hours before closing on a Friday night and they had us out the door with two new brake lines by lunch time on Saturday. We were so lucky to find them and have them work on our car. I definitely recommend you bring your car there if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed!!

They were able to get me in quickly and replace my front brake pads and rotors, and also an oil change for a good price. When I had to take my car back in the next day to get a lug nut tightened and a noise checked out, they were helpful, considerate, and willing to solve the issue. I had a good experience and they will be the first place I call next time I need car work done.

Wow ! They ve been fixing my car for a long time first shop on Hudson Ave then they moved to parsons , I ve grown close to their family , great hospitality! And they are geniuses when it comes to fixing any issue your car has !!! Love them thank you so much . Yazan s work is impeccable

Everyone at John's is very friendly and informative. They got me in same-day to look at an issue with my breaks and had everything fixed up that day. They communicated with me at each stage and gave me a fair quote. They also provided me with recommendations for things my car needs but with no pressure to do it right away. They even washed my car (it was a salty mess from the winter weather)! I definitely recommend John's and will be back for any future maintenance.

Was crossing the country from the far west (CA) to east, and stopped for a safety break inspection and replacement. He was super friendly and also offered to give me a ride to near campus until the car is done with break pads and rotors replacement. I definitely recommend, great price and service. I will come back again later.

Incredibly hard-working group of guys. Went to them when they were on Hudson Avenue and followed them to Parsons Avenue in the New Year . Fair prices and always back up what they say. Just so consistently hard working....it seems like they never stop. A great small business.

Great customer service and good pricing! I was stuck in Columbus ( 1 hr from home) and stopped here to get my car looked out he squeezed me in and drove me to a restaurant where I could wait for my car to get done. Was a great experience overall.

I wish I could give this place 500 stars! John and Jason are so awesome! They quickly worked me in on such short notice and changed my brakes and rotators while me and my kids were in the car!! They are so so nice and listen to your concerns. They offer the best rates in the Columbus area and do amazing work! No extra charges, just honest and they truly care about their customers and are passionate about their profession! I will consider them for all of my future car needs. Thanks so much John and Jason!!

I have a broken back and wasn t able to go myself to the garage, I had to have a roommate drop it off. They were amazing about calling me to let me know pricing of things needed before they did the work. Very nice, funny, kind. 2 lugs and labor for $120. I am happy with them. My car is there at the moment, with 2 cars before mine they are going to try to get it the same day, even when I said it s ok if it s tomorrow. I am so happy I read reviews for all and chose this garage. I m happy and will update with final if anything changes! I highly recommend them to anyone. My car is a 2017 Subaru legacy 2.5i limited.

Had a screw stuck in my tire and they had it patched up in less than 30 minutes. Had a great time chatting while I waited. Hope i don t have more tire problems but if I did, I d come back

Had 2 new tires installed and tire rotation done on a sunday in a pinch situation. Service was quick great and friendly. And price was outstanding. Thank you and i will recommend you if asked about tire services !

Needed a last minute brake pad replacement before taking a long trip out of town and called all around town to compare prices as we were on a very tight budget. He got us in same day, thoroughly explained all of our options and most importantly, was super genuine throughout the whole process. Amazing, unbeatable pricing that didn t break the bank when we were in a pinch. Thank you for taking care of us and easing what would have been a much more stressful situation!! We ll be back!

This shop is not what it used to be. Jason was "the man" when it comes to car repair and even customer service! I took my car here over Thanksgiving break and lost a whole day for no reason. When I dropped the car off, my husband told them what the problem was and asked if they think they could fix it. The guy said "oh yes we do that" but we gotta wait for the mechanic to come back in 15 min. So we waited for the mechanic who said the same thing but they hafta do a diagnostic. So they were to call us in 2 hrs with diagnostic results. After about 4 hours when I didn't hear from them, I called to see when they could have it done. They said oh we can't do that work because we don't have a lift to put the car up high enough. Why the heck you can't tell me that after 20 min of knowing what's wrong!! Ugh. So by time we get back to pick it up the other shop we wanted to take it to was closed. So a whole day wasted!

They do me right everytime I need them. Great Car Service and Great Customer Service. I dont take my car no where else but here unless they don't do the work.

I was recommended this shop by two of my uncles. I am always weary of shops because you never know if the job is getting done.Well after a week and a half of fail autozone trips and spending money on tows, I was sent to this shop. I was getting warnings that made me think I was going to need a new car, but that was not the case ! The day I had my vehicle towed to the shop, I got a call from the owner and he told me the problem and he was going to run more tests! I was still nervous because the issue was bad but not as bad as I thought! After Toyota direct wanted $130 just to stare at the car and the electrical shop wanted me to wait till the first week of December to even park my car on their lot ! I made the BEST AND CORRECT CHOICE! This shop is highly recommended and my car was done in 24 hours ! I did not have to pay with my arm and my leg either ! Do not hesitate to call this man and give him business! He works alone or with one other person so the more he gets swarmed be patient. I rather it be done right before it s done fast but both are fine with me ! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!! I will be back if I ever need to get work done.

We were traveling through Ohio on our way to Michigan. We caught a screw in a rear tire. Not knowing where to go, we googled a tire repair shop. John s popped up as the closest. We went there and he fixed it in about 10 minutes. And he checked and filled the other tires. He only asked for $10 We gave him more. Great service!

Jason and Yanez were amazing. After 2pm on a Saturday and they were able to make very quick brake repairs to my daughter's car who was traveling quite far. Excellent price and Service! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs service in Columbus! Keep it up Gentleman!

This is an incredible establishment. Last year my car's heating system completely stopped working. They told me it would be over $1000 to take everything apart and fix it, or they could switch it to where I would only have heating or cooling and that they would do that free. What auto shop is willing to skip out on $1000?! They could have easily only told me one option. Since then I've gone back every season and they continue to help me without charge. My husband and I now only use this business when we need anything done with our cars-- it is the only auto shop we've found that does quality work and that we really trust. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

These guys are amazing! I was having issues with brake fluid so I stopped in about an hour before they closed just to have them look and see what the issue was, fully expecting to have to return the next day for the repairs. They graciously ordered the new caliper and installed it and did the line bleed that evening! Even stayed late to finish AND sealed my leaking tire at no extra cost. Super great service and very reasonable prices. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on. :)

Jason was super friendly and very fast and fair. I needed back break pads for my 2017 Ford Escape immediately and couldn't afford to drop off my car and wait all day for someone to tell me that I needed new break pads and have to pay an arm and a leg for them. I called and he told me to come on in. They changed the pads and I didn't even have to get out of my car all in about 1.5hrs and about $200 less than what I was quoted from other shops. I definitely recommend!

Cannot express my thanks enough for the service here. My son, OSU student, was borrowing my car to take on a trip. He was heading out on his trip and found the right front tire had a gash in the side. Not fixable. Called around to several places. John's Tire was able to get him in, put a new tire on, and much lower price than all the big chain stores. Fast, quick, and great service! I may not live in Columbus, but with my son there, if there is any service to be done by people I know or students up there, I would go here first. Thank you!

I received new tires and new front brake pads and rotors from John s. While it was a great price I started having issues about 8,000 miles later. I had my tires rotated here and they never balanced them so I had to take it back in and they still weren t balanced correctly. I took it to a reliable mechanic and they said the tires were of the lowest quality. Also, my front rotors were warped after only 8,000 miles due to low quality. While the price may be good, they use cheap, low quality products.
