They let me know I had a light out and had them replaced it for me. Thanks for looking out.i was in and out in no time. It was my first time there u will be going back. Got the premium oil change. Overall great experience.

Terrible experience just terrible!!!!They have signs posted some of the signs said $30 off a oil change and then the other half of the signs said $30 oil change!And then when we actually get there to get the oil changed the price was almost $200! & there's no way I would ever pay that much for an oil change ever ! So they talked my friend into paying $58 & they would just drain the old oil & put new oil in , No new oil filter or anything they would normally do!!!!So tell me what is the point of an oil change if not to change the oil filter and put fresh oil into your car ? Would putting fresh oil into an oil tank with a dirty old oil filter kind of defeat the purpose of getting an oil change all together?Not to mention you could hear them talking crap about all their customers that didn't know much about cars like everyone should just automatically understand everything about cars & how stupid they were if they didn't know anything about cars.Just an all around terrible experience and a rip off for sure! & We weren't the only people there that they did that stuff too. As we were in the lobby we started talking about the prices shown in the office and online and the price they actually gave all of us and nothing seemed to be adding up !!!

They changed my oil, filters, transmission fluid. They warned me about my break pads. I told them next time. After leaving, my tires were low. The next day my breaks, speed warning, and service warning came on. I assume they tampered with my car so I come back to pay more money. Just saying.

Life savers. Needed an oil change in my old truck and of course had issues getting it started multiple times. The jumped it. Got the oil changed and then they had to jump it again for me and I was finally able to make it home. There was no hassle and they even got an extension cord to jump it again when it died out side. Got a new battery for it that night and she runs fine now after they tested the battery for me. All of them deserve a raise. If the higher ups read this. Give these guys a meret raise.

We 100% recommend the Georgesville Rd Jiffy lube. We went around 5:30pm for an oil change and while we were there, our truck quit running multiple times. The guys working there went above and beyond to assist us, and repeatedly jumped our truck and did what they could, and made sure it was started. They ended up staying past closing to help us. We couldn't be more grateful for their kindness and hard work. Thank you!

They were great! Didn't pressure me into buying other stuff, which is great. They informed me about the specials and coupons. It had been awhile since I've been to a Jiffy so they re-enrolled me. Did my brake flush in a timely manner. Very good customer service. I've been driving around for three days and everything is work good.

Of all the oil changes that I've had at this location, never has anyone left oil prints on my interior/exterior of my vehicle, unlike other places. Very professional

I got my brakes and my rotors done one visit before that I want to get my oil changed and my third visit went back to get my windshield wipers in the top off each time that I went all the workers was nice and polite straight to the point I recommend that you go there

I like how they physically walk you to your car & show you what the problem is. I thought they should have put some oil in my car seeing it was extremely low. Even though I said I'd come back for the oil change

Don't go there they rip u off cabin air filter change win bed had oil change I go in two weeks later to get transmission serviced and the bring this nasty old air cabin filter and I changed it win I got home Deb informed me that it was only two weeks old so they screwed me out of 53 dollars but they screwed them selfs out of three vehicles to service

I was not informed of the cost prior to getting service. I asked for synthetic oil and that asked me if that is what I wanted but no mention of price. $107 is ridiculous. I got a military discount of $15 (thank you) but it is still too expensive. They should have told me of the cost versus regular oil.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I would go here again when my car needs an oil change and inspection.I had the oil change and windshield wipers changed.A light was out in the rear of the car and replaced at a fair price.I will go here again when my car needs an oil change.
