The oil change was fine but why wasn t my skid plate properly put back on? I noticed after they finished my oil change, another mechanic informed me that they were trying to put my skid plate back on. Took a while, I m not sure why. They let me leave, I noticed after driving less than a mile that the half of the front of dragging I try to be reasonable and tape it until I can get to my mechanic Monday. I drive 13 miles back home, halfway through the drive I just hear my entire front skid plate scrapping all over the highway. Next time just inform the customer that you can not put the skid plate back on properly. Now I ll have to get a whole new skid plate after paying $50 for an oil change

The customer service is amazing here! I didn t even need an oil change yet but John checked my fluids and helped me figure out why my engine light is on. The staff seem to enjoy what they do :)

I will never go back to any Jiffy Lube, and especially this one. The team lead Terrence lied to me and took advantage of me at every step of this visit. First, he tried to tell me that my car can only take synthetic oil (absolutely not true), then he told me that it only takes 5w40 (not true) which ONLY comes in synthetic (not true). THEN he tried to tell me that they don't have any conventional oil in stock (apparently not true because the story changed when I said I was just going to go elsewhere). I also said I wanted my tires rotated which they said they'd do. Part way through the oil change, no one had touched my tires, so I asked Terrance again if they'd be able to rotate my tires and he said yes. He proceeded to check my tire pressure and NOT rotate my tires - apparently, he thought that I am an idiot who doesn't know what a tire rotation entails. Then he checked me out and over charged me for the oil change, as well as charging me for windshield wiper fluid that I did not need, did not request, and they did not actually add (I was in the car the whole time, they definitely did not add any windshield wiper fluid).As a woman, I have certainly had mechanics try to take advantage of me before, but never quite this egregiously.Terrence, I hope you receive the kind of treatment that you give your customers.

Do not use this Jiffy Lube! My car (2016 Subaru Outback) was serviced on Monday, 12/19 and on Thursday, 12/22 the car broke down on I80 in Pennsylvania as my son was coming home for Christmas. Attached are the images from a mechanic in Mercer, PA that shows the missing oil drain plug, engine oil all over the bottom of the car, and internal damage to the engine.As a result of this poor service, my son and girlfriend were put in a very dangerous position - stranded on the side of I80 at 9PM for two hours with traffic/trucks coming by as they waited for an emergency tow.It's been over three weeks and we still are awaiting clear direction on how to proceed after numerous phone calls and email exchanges.Service: Oil change

I recently moved into town and was nervous that I drove too many miles without getting an oil change. It was almost closing time, but Chris, Terrence, Ashley, and Carl we're ready for me, and took great care of me with all honesty and attention to detail. I didn't end up spending a penny as I was advised that my oil was clean and they even showed me a comparison to fresh oil. I will go nowhere else but to see these great people at Jiffy Lube for my next oil change and basic maintenance.

I had requested to have my windshield wipers changed along with the oil change. They had forgotten to change the windshield wipers and I had to go back once I realized. I went back and they didn't even have the wipers in stock. They had to go to a nearby autoshop and came back.

Great service, super friendly walked me through everything they were doing. Because they didn't have my headlight in stock they told me what model I needed and then after coming back with the right one, they installed it completely free in less than 5 min. I definitely recommend to anyone that wants quick, simple, and friendly service. Had no wait time as well. I appreciate everything Brandon helped me with.Service: Oil change

I got my serpentine belt replaced here and the team did such a wonderful job ensuring the right parts were needed for a smooth replacement (reminder to check and replace yours after 50k miles :) ). I highly recommend the 5th Ave Location to everyone! They will treat your vehicle like their own. I'll definitely be returning for future services.

Nathan and Carl were courteous and thorough. Nathan greeted me as soons I drove in. The oil change was quick. I was not hassled to buy anything else. It was a good customer experience. I would recommend.

My oil change light remained on after my service. They also tightened my oil drain plug too tight so that I would HAVE to come back to them. I thought it was weird that I had heard a drill while there for my previous oil change and now I know it was most likely a pneumatic drill.Update, went to a dealership after another oil change place could get it loosened and was informed they tightened it so tight that it cause a leak and I need a $1100 repair.Service: Oil change

Incredibly friendly service, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of which I have felt at other oil change locations. Fair price, no overcharging or trying to upcharge. In and out in less than 30 mins for an oil change and wiper blade replacement.

Showed up on a Monday evening asking for oil change and tire rotation. Friendly Manager came out and advised they were short staffed (someone called off). If I didn t want to wait I could come back tomorrow and he ll give me a $15 discount. Returned next day. No wait. That manager wasn t there and once in waiting area I was informed that their lifting mechanism wasn t functioning propertly and they were waiting on corporate to do something about it. No lifting means no tire rotation. So now I need to still go elsewhere for that service. They did honor the $15 off, even so the bill still came to $74.25. Service was quick- done in 20 minutes. But they didn t vacuum the floors which my itemized receipt indicates as completed. Leaves me wondering what else they didn t do...

I was in for an oil change. It was so fast.When I left I realized they were finished before I selected the type of oil I was getting? I don t feel confident I received the higher priced oil I was charged for. Receipt was emailed and I realized they didn t give me the coupon credit either. I called and they said I had not presented it. I had. I downloaded while at the counter as they finished while I was checking in and choosing oil. Very concerning

The best Jiffy Lube I came across ever. Nice staff, does check the exterior lights too, which never had it done in other JL's! Will definitely recommend them

They were very nice, HOWEVER, one of them stole a $25 Best Buy gift card that was on my passenger side door while I waited in the waiting room. Will not go here again because of it. I left the place thinking I had a great experience till I noticed a couple hours later the gift card was gone. This was about a year ago. I probably should have wrote this review then but did not think of it till now because I am still disappointed by it.

They cross threaded a cap during an oil change. Tried everything with their recommended shop for repair, but wound up with three trips and $800 bill. Team acknowledged the mishap was their fault, but the owner never returned communication. Corporate just kept punting to the franchisee.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Customer service was satisfactory. It took about 40 min. Not bad in my opinion. I did see and hear an employee thar was speaking inappropriately to another. The supervisor acted like a leader should and sent him home.Good to see leaders act like leaders.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube. I was unsure if I needed an oil change and asked the attendant to check for me, which he gladly did and found I didn't need one yet. He also filled my windshield wiper fluid for me at no charge. Phenomenal service before I even made a purchase, I will definitely be going here from now on. Thanks so much.

I was really happy with the service I got at this location. They got me in right away, they were quick and explained what they were doing, they fixed my turn signal and when they didn't have the exact light that I needed they had one dropped off within 2 mins from the store down the street. They were very kind and were so nice to my 3 year old. I will definitely be back.Service: Oil change

They were fast and friendly. I loved the screens showing the different maintenance requirements and where my car's mileage was in respect to each thing. Hollie, who was the tech I talked to (and I believe she is also the manager), asked me if I remembered having each thing done and when I wasn't sure, she recommended I look into when I'd had them done and come back if I needed the maintenance. She talked through the different oil choices with me and recommended one, but gave me another option that was cheaper if I wanted it. My car is high mileage, so I did end up going with her recommendation, but I never felt that I was being pressured to make a choice different from what I wanted. The whole staff was very friendly to me and told me exactly what was happening each step of the way. The entire process took about 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning here!

Service was good for oil change, but tried to get me to buy a new battery. I went to an Auto Zone and they said my battery was perfectly fine. Also, my iPhone Aux adapter went missing after I went there so I'm not so sure I'd want to return.
