I had my oil changed at the 3550 North High location of Jiffy Lube in Columbus, Ohio in November, 2023. Last Thursday, February 8, 2024, my oil light flashed on my way home from babysitting. It was closer to 6:00pm when I went to the Jiffy Lube. The three young gentlemen who were working told me it was not too late, they would check my car. They were so polite, nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They checked my car and put two quarts of oil in my car. I was so appreciative of their caring and taking the time to check my car. They did not rush me. All three of these young men are awesome. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to everyone.

The Jiffy Lube in Clintonville is fast, efficient and clean. I spent a bit more than I expected but it was well worth it. They can do more services than I realized including an engine flush & filter changes.

Unfortunately ended up spending 72 dollars on a tire valve that was not the issue. I went home and after three hours my tire was flat again. When I approached the manager about this two days later he gave me a 20 dollar discount on the cheapest tire. This is after I waited 2.5 hours for the one tire to be changed and fixed. Would not recommend the services here as the workers couldn t even tell that my tire had a nail in the grove of it.

They were very friendly and speedy. But the pan underneath the car partially fell off and was dragging when I got off the highway. I called and they sent me to a jiffy lube that was closer to get fixed. I just hope it wasn't damaged. They reattached it.

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband was literally waiting for a simple break job to be done on our car for over 5 hours. No one gave him a time estimate or any updates on what was going on. In fact they barely spoke to him as he sat in their office for 5 hours. And on top of that, they charged us $400 for something that should have cost around half of that. Will not be taking our vehicle here again.Service: Brakes

Everyone that works there are very nice and very professional and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else because they make me feel very welcome and they should be acknowledged as very good workers and very good at what they do

I inherited a 10-year-old car from my late mother. I suspected that she had kept up with most of the maintenance, so I went to Jiffy Lube to see what she might have missed or might just need to be done due to age. The staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was able to identify a couple of things that needed immediate attention and then make a list of things to tackle throughout the next year or so. The manager, Greg, was very interested in making sure his employees were doing their jobs correctly, and he guided them through learning tasks if needed. I am impressed with Jiffy Lube and this location.Service: Brakes

The staff is so friendly here! They don't push unnecessary services when getting an oil change. They have a nice little waiting room to sit in while they work. Highly recommend!

I have no complaints about the quality of the oil or its replacement.But on April 14, 2023, I only asked one question. Could you please check the engine for me as my check engine light is on. The consultant said that they would do everything. After that, they changed the oil (although I did not ask for this, I only drove 2500 miles on the previous oil), swapped the wheels (for additional money). At the same time, they did not diagnose me, saying that this was not their job.I have a question - why didn t they immediately refuse and why did they impose completely unnecessary operations on me?Service: Oil change

Polite sure. I took my car in for an oil change and that turned into a new tire. Spent ~500 and the new tire that was replaced popped today. Didn't even make it a month. Thank God I wasn't on the highway.

They did a great job! I just came for a long overdue oil change, but the service manager was super friendly and never pushy about add-ons, like wiper blades, coolant, and air filters. I really appreciate them. Even on a busy day (Saturday) my wait was under an hour. Thank so much!

Staff was very friendly and competent. I had to wait for TWO HOURS for a battery replacement though, and there were people who were there when I got there who were still there when I left. They were trying their best and working hard but maybe you should change your name to something other than "Jiffy" Lube. I won't be back. Either hire more people or go back to just doing oil changes.Service: Battery

Extremely pushy sales techs. I went in and said "I'd like a full synthetic oil change and I'm not purchasing any add-ons." They seriously don't know when to quit pressuring. Tried to sell me tires TWICE. Plus a whole slew of other services. I understand they make commission, but understand that no means no.... enough is enough. I was a solo female getting an oil change, wonder if that put a target on my back. Which should NEVER happen. They were so intent on trying to sell me everything but never told me what my oil level was when I came in. So I ASKED "what was my oil level?". The employee replied "2 quarts low" in a dismissive tone. Now THAT is something I should have been informed of! The oil change itself was pretty quick. No wait, so I'll give them a couple stars for that.

They are friendly here but they have serious issues with time. I came for a tire patch. They said they couldn't do it and then asked if I would like to buy a single tire for $271 or $399 (sure, lifetime rotations included). I said no thanks and asked if they could put on my spare located under my SUV. The worker said he had to "ask his boss if they are allowed". I never heard anything after that. No exaggeration - 2 hours and 25 minutes passed before they told me my spare was too rusted to my car to remove with the tools they had. My car was just parked in a parking spot the entire time before that. I spent over 2 hours to leave with nothing. I drove to Taz Tires and got my tire patched for $25 in 15 minutes the next day. Like another reviewer said, it is not "Jiffy" by any means. Going back to just oil changes might help.Service: Tires

Service was fairly quick on a holiday weekend which was nice however after having it service yesterday and then driving for 200 miles to our vacation destination we noticed a large piece of the bottom of our car That they removed yesterday to access our oil pan is now falling off and we are in the middle of nowhere with no way to fix it.

Great place to get your car worked on. They even do brakes now. Grant is a great manager and very easy to work with. The only reason I give it three stars is due to the fact most of the service techs are new and all they do is try to upsell you on everything.

I chose a VERY busy day to get my oil changed but once my car was back there in the garage, it took only a few minutes!!! Lovely!Grant was great! He explained what Ford recommends for my car at this stage in its life rather than MANSPLAINING which was refreshing. I was very clear about only getting an oil change today, & he made sure I was informed about what my services I need without pressuring me, so thanks!Above all else, I appreciated him laughing at all of my self-deprecating jokes regarding the maintenance of my vehicle! Thanks Grant, you da real MVP!
