Our family has taken vehicles here for over 40 years. Gerry and his son know what they are doing. They are experts and perfectionists when it comes to doing something. Like any other car repair shop issues can arise with parts and create issues. If these guys fix your vehicle it will be done right.

Jerry is a great guy.Since I moved to Columbus, Ohio from Florida him and his staff have always treated me with kindness and respect.I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else! Sincerely,Your Friendly Local Boo Boo Bus driver

Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM to have my truck looked at. Showed up at 10:35 and was told that I had missed my appointment and would have to reschedule for another date. If you're looking for a shop with great customer service, Jerry's Transmission is not the place to go.

Do not take your vehicle here! He will hold your car for weeks upon weeks upon months claiming he's waiting on parts or some crazy sickness or family emergency is going on , this guy has had my bf vehicle longer then he has. There's always a story or excuse and good luck getting ahold of him. The whole ordeal has put a significant amount of stress on both of us especially him because he's spending a fortune on Uber/taxis to get to point A to point B or relying on me this is getting out of hand and really no excuse for this non sense again don't go here!

Jerry's Transmission I had a great experience my car runs great no issues he's honest it may have took a little extra time but it was worth it

DO NOT USE! - Charged me for work and parts that were not replaced. I have documentation. Excuse after excuse. SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW. Every excuse in the book. DISHONEST !!!! DO NOT USE !!!
