Do not trust the vehicle fitment checker on the website. If it is wrong you could be charged return shipping and a restock fee. I bought a Pro Flo 4 XT for $3000 that said it would fit my 1999 350 5.7L Vortec Tahoe. Sure it will fit... you just gotta buy a $900 transmission controller (I made sure I bought this from Summit) since the truck comes with a 4L60E and needs signals it will no longer be able to see since your putting the engine on a new ECU. You have to loose your auto 4wd ability, no more knock sensors, no more OBDII, loose your ABS brakes, retrofit your entire fuel delivery system, loose your AC and cut your power steering/ AC bracket in half. The list honestly goes on longer than you would like to hear so I will summarize it there.Had I simply tried to return this unit the restocking fee alone would have cost me 15% of the total order value ($450) this does not include return shipping or the possibility that they determine it needs a "new" box. If it needs a new box well thats another 15% fee ($450) dont take my word for it the information is on their website. Click Help Center - Frequently Asked Questions - Returns and they will tell you themselves; "A 15% ($7.99 minimum) restocking fee will be deducted from any item returned 30-60 days after the ship date; No returns are accepted after 60 days. A 15% reboxing fee will be deducted for any item not returned in its original packaging."So I have committed to installing this thing and since that decision I have had to purchase the following additional specific items to be able to install the pro flo 4 xt system;Valve Cover Gaskets180 degree F ThermostatIntake Water NeckEdelbrock Gasgacinch #9300High EMI Plug WiresAN type Fuel FittingsAN Type Fuel HosesFuel RegulatorFuel PSI GaugeIgnition CoilHarmonic Balancer with Timing MarksI have had numerous issues with Jegs this month, I dont even care to explain any more of them.Hey Jegs... I hope you guys realize that the fee's in your return policy need a limit or maximum value. How does restocking a $3000 part cost 10x as much as restocking a $300 part? You should not recover the profits you lost on a sale by exploiting the return policy just to save your finances when you lose a sale. We are not idiots. Im honestly broke AF but I come from a very wealthy family, this truck is all I have left of my father and this was supposed to be a painless fit according to your vehicle fitment checker that is still BS'ing people to this day. From now on I will give Summit the chance to disappoint me but at least I can count on a disappointment either way right, that is the one thing we are sure to receive. Life is losing its luster

I ordered a large an order that was very expensive and a bunch of smaller orders as I need to get more items needed for my engine build!I had a few items that I didn t nasogastric I went on line and printed a return label and shipped it to them. Approximately 1.5 weeks later I got a email giving me full credit for all the items I returned The only problem I had was getting through to the customer service department I waited 3 hrs 1 day and 1.25 hours another day. I finally called a third time and I talked immediately to Tiffany and she solved my issues!I

Absolutely impossible to reach this company, hours of being on hold over several days. They sent the wrong items, charged insane shipping price for a part that is the size and weight a pencil to be shipped in a box in a massive box.Still no resolution to my issues as I haven t even had anyone answer the customer service phone line yet.

So what happens when my order wasn't shipped complete? No HUMANS are available to resolve the issue. Just phone recordings, robots, and zero assistance. I've been generally happy and apparently as long as I don't need to ask a question about anything. Maybe I should order the parts again? Then BOTH will arrive once the robot realizes they dropped the ball on the first order. Talk about frustrating.

Called for days about a back ordered part I wanted to cancel and never got anyone to answer after literally hours of waiting. I called their order line and got someone on the phone in less the 30 seconds! I told him it s been days of calls now for a refund. His response was wait in line like everyone else and hung up on me. So repeatedly tied their sales line up, and after the 2nd call they immediately got me taken care of. I will never ever use JEGS for my racing operations again. CEO should know why amazons taking him out.

Picked up wheels for truck. Got out in truck ready to leave and decided to check out caps and lugs ect. Good thing I did, they gave me 4 lug nuts for 4 wheels that take 24. Was 10 minutes to closing time and I live over 300 miles away. Wheels are very nice

Excellent customer service, asked if I needed help within 2 minutes entering the door. Mostly new what I needed but helped me make a critical adjustment to my order. Had all the knowledge I needed to accomplish my goals. Pulled items out of the box the confirm exactly what I was dealing with. Its been a while since I have driven out to this location but was well worth the drive. Forgot to get the gentleman's name but he was quick and efficient. Thanks again.

Shipping timeframe was a bait and switch. Item is on back order and they did not tell me upfront. I have been trying to cancel the order all day and have been on hold. To place an order you wait 30 seconds on the phone, to cancel you wait all day. Shady business practices, was not worth the 30 bucks I tried to save by choosing JEGS.

Jegs sent the wrong parts, then refunded me $30 less than what I paid. They sent part that did not fit the vehicle at all. Kept the shipping charge, then took the shipping cost of the returned item. Then have the nerve to charge a restocking fee.Tip for consumers:There are better parts suppliers like A1.

This place had everything I needed and then some. I was like a kid in a candy store looking at all the wonderful options of things I could possibly make my truck look even more amazing. The prices were great and the inventory was full stock. The customer service was impressive as well. Great store, great product, great service, great price. Jegs is the best!

Customer service here is ridiculous. Tried to pay them $100 cash and $125 on a Visa gift card, they made us buy gift cards with those to pay with a JEGS gift card. Said they cannot take cash or a Visa gift card. What on earth??? Took them 30 minutes to. Ring an item up from that back that they had been holding for us and knew we were coming for. Absolute shi show all the way around.

Exactly the part I have been looking for to fix my truck the right way without dealing with the Big Box Parts stores at every corner/neighborhood. Upgraded exact match to meet my preference. Quality product to bolt right in with ease. Plus, they sent a hat, stickers and a mini catalog! Send me the main catalog please for Chevy cars and trucks. I do work on a lot of 50s up to 2000s. Tried to order a radiator core support from them online. It said it was in stock. 2 weeks later I received an email from them saying it would not be shipped until next year. Website is inaccurate and misleading. That was the first and last time I will ever deal with this company. I guess on the bright side my refund was issued in 3 days.

Thirty minutes to order one product, lied to about when it would ship. Four days later I get an email saying it is on backorder and will be three months. On the phone for an hour to get my order canceled.

I have ordered from Jegs 3 times and all 3 times have been a mistake. I ordered a chrome alternator bracket the first time when I received it it was in a bag all taped up. When I opened it up it was used you can see the scratches from the bolts were it was already bolted on. The second time I ordered it was 6 days to get it. the third time I ordered it was supposed to be here in 2 days and it s been a week when I called them. They had no concern and said they will mail it next week. This company charges a fortune to ship parts. And won t refund or discount my shipping for their slow service. I do not recommend jegs to anybody. Their customer service is a joke.

Ordered a cowl hood and experienced problems getting the hood to the store. Jegs made it right by giving me a more expensive hood they had in stock, at no extra charge to me. Top notch people who are willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy. Highly recommend these guys to everyone!!

Great customer experience. The roof storage is a good product at a fair price but mine came missing a bracket. I called and explained that I needed the part for a road-trip. After initially telling me they were closed for the day, the rep placed me on hold. She returned and said, I found a shipping clerk who hasn t left yet. We ll get that out to you overnight! Trip saved

Jegs store is amazing if you have questions or you want to look at an item before you buy it. Has something for everyone here regardless of USDM or Import. Also great line of racing supplies like jugs, pumps, suits, helmet, and things like that.

I come here for one thing in particular: Jax Wax products. Obviously they have a host of other great gear that you just can't get at other auto stores. It's next level in that regard. Staff is always friendly and hard working, too.
