I purchased an older used car with low mileage and in good shape. Unfortunately due to water damage the headliner inside the car was torn and hanging down. Greg Jones gave me the lowest quote by far, and he and his staff did an amazing job of replacing the headliner. They answered all my questions and even advised me on another minor repair. Highly recommend this shop! Great customer service and amazing attention to detail at their craftsmanship. I have a bmw 325i sedan, manual, year 2002. A few months ago J&J replaced the entire headliner which was pulling away from the top and side pillars, and the front pillars were nearly bare of fabric. They completely matched the fabric. There is no way to tell they did not recover the sun visors, since fabric appears to be exactly the same as the headliner. Perfect seams at the sunroof, overhead controls, and all edges. Thanks Team J&J Auto Upholstery! Perfect job done!

Reasonably priced, work was done in a timely manner (5 hrs) . I was able to drop off and pick car up in the same work day. The color match to vinyl and leather seats were perfectly suited for my Cadillac SRX! Greg , THANKS so much for helping me preserve my vehicle!

Great work, when Greg gives you an estimate and how long it will take you can count on it, just had them do a second car for me and it looks beautiful, they deliver more than you expect at a fair price.

I had my console lid recovered by them. They had a small piece of leather left over from another job, and I had them use that. Supposedly, my Honda had leather on the console lid, but it was so thin that it wore out. The owner said he could do it in a few days. They took the lid off and kept it at the shop. When I went back, it was perfect. The prices were very reasonable. The quality they perform in that shop is astounding. I saw two bucket seats sitting there that they had refinished for a GTO. They were amazing. I would absolutely, without a doubt, use this company over and over again.Service: Upholstery repair

Every single place i called about getting a top put on a dodge shadow tried to over charge me by triple OR MORE. All price quoting services online estimate it as a and I quote " $200 to $500 dollar job maximum for labor only. Make sure to ask if the top shop you choose uses tops other than their own" I had a kee brand two piece premium top and rear window. I believe they quoted me $1000.00 labor. So...I got sick of trying to be over charged and did it myself. Never did one before but I'm a certified mechanic and finished it with no wrinkles and only two refits on rear window.

This is a small family business that does great work. Greg kept me posted on the progress of installing new seat covers on a 1971 Javelin and the price quoted is what it cost. these people are very friendly and the quality of work and pride in the product sets them apart. I had some sag in my 2009 VW CC headliner. J&J Auto Upholstery did an excellent job in replacing it with a similar material and color than what was being taken out. More importantly to me, they were able to do the work without removing my windshield (as described in the service manual). The headliner looks great! The only problem is that my son drives the car more than I do, so I don't get to enjoy the great job that was done!Service: Upholstery installation

I love this shop.. I have a fleet of small trucks and we spend a lot of time behind the wheel. Greg and his shop understand how to make the ergonomics better... not just plug worn seats and recover. Customer service is excellent. I have a sales car that hurts my lower back.. that is my next issue to fix and I trust them.. no one else. They've never given me a reason to look elsewhere. Best of luck everybody!

Brought my '90 Volvo in for a new headliner. Simply put, they knocked it out of the park! Perfect fit, finish, and color match (not easy to do on older Volvo interiors.) They also understood this car was a buget restoration and the pricing was best in town. 100% recommended, GREAT experience!

So I'm a putz for not writing this sooner, but these people are awesome. I took my car in to have a new convertible top on it and they absolutely killed it.The work was done on time, on budget, and with meticulous precision. I would not hesitate to take a car there again or to recommend it to anyone I know.

I would highly recommend J & J Auto Upholstery!! I asked several people who work in the automotive service industry across the Franklin County area about where to get my headliner replaced. The name that kept coming up over and over was J & J. They did not disappoint! Very Reasonable prices, friendly service, and prompt work. If you're researching where to get auto upholstery repair in central Ohio stop wasting your time and bring it to J & J. I wouldn't even think of recommending any other shop based on my experience shopping and the service J & J provided. Keep up the great work J & J!

1. J & J worked on the interior leather on our doors on the our 05 Mustang in 2017; the factory applied adhesive had let go but J & J restored the door panels to better than factory specs and today (Jan 2020) looks like it did when they completed the work.2. (Dec 2019) The headliner on our 09 Ridgeline had fallen and due to J & J's work on our Mustang, we thought they would be the best to ask about a fix. Quick turn time, very affordable (less that a 1/3 of what Honda wanted for a replacement), and the Ridgeline is back to looking great.

I had some water damage on the floor of my car and had to have the carpet replaced. They spent time with me explaining the options and listening to my concerns. I also had some tears in the leather of the backseat to be repaired. I removed the leather to save money with no idea how I would get it back on. They repaired the leather and reinstalled it for free! What a relief to me. I'm getting ready to take another car in for leather repair.
