Good experience while there.Greated at the entrance with a good attitude, was informed where everything was located. We walked out after our shopping spree and a bike....that suited us and we love.Thank you

Bought an R6-cash. They put spark plugs and oil and stuff in it. I was hesitant at first but the guy assured me I could take it out for a long drive and if I don't want it he'll reimburse me and shred all the paperwork work (it was closing time so a couple hours wasn't an option). 1 DAY LATER the bike doesn't start, I call wanting the reimbursement and I'm told he can't do that! I'd even pay for the tow to get it back to him and it's obvious he wants to take the money and be cleared of this lemon/auction of a bike. He'll fix it for free but won't pay the tow? Told me you can't buy something and return it a day later! Needless to say I got the bank involved. I wouldn't trust this place, selling auctioned inventory bikes is their business apparently.Well it's been 90 days and the bank gave me a full refund. I got the title, bike and the money. (Thanks for the free bike?)

Matt and crew were completely awesome. Integrity is what they serve. I kicked around the deal for a week and asked several questions throughout the week. All questions were answered promptly. Upon testing my bike before they handed it to me Matt didn't like how it was acting. Even though it was nothing they made sure everything was right before delivery. Service above and beyond if you ask me. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a bike.

Yesterday, I purchased a 2011 Honda Interstate. I felt like the price was good for the bike and the finance lady Janelle was very nice. My issue is, I was told the mechanic was going to look over my bike and clean it up. When I was riding my bike home, it started to sputter and hesitated a lot. I checked the fuel and fuel was fine. I pulled off the air filter box and it was full of debris and mouse droppings. I checked the oil and and it is almost 2 quarts overfull and very watered down. My front tire is also dry rotting pretty bad. You would think the mechanic that checked it out would have taken the time to check these things. It has 8k miles on it and the mechanical condition it s in is really disappointing. I assumed it would be in better shape. I know it s a used bike, and I assume that risk, but i could never in good conscience sell a vehicle without actually looking over the basics like oil, tires and air filter.

If you want low ball on your trade-in go here been checking bikes out for a minute my Harley has been valued a couple times from a different dealerships. For trade in 8 to 9 grand they offer 4 grand less than that for trade in value

One ago my husband bought me my first can am. I was very excited that lasted about a week. One week to the day after he signed the papers it caught fire. A good dealer would have checked for recalls or needed repairs. Frank was nice at first but after weeks of my bike being in the shop and lack of communication he became rude and uncaring. I will not return nor recommend Integrity cycles. If you buy from them I hope you have a better experience than I did. One year later I now know that all kinds of things are going wrong and it's a money pit

NO INTEGRITY is what this place should be called. Found 2016 Harley Freewheeler with price tag of $20990 on the bike. Called next day to give deposit and was told it was priced wrong and is $23990. Never mind that I have a photo of the lower price displayed on the bike. Then I got called back and was told title showed 11,000 miles but bike showed 4200 so title would show mileage not accurate. The owner would do no negotiation - and guess what- they are still advertising the bike on the internet as 4200 miles. Run, don t walk away from these guys they have NO INTEGRITY!!! A slight negotiation in what took them a week to deliberate is all that it would have taken. They will give some BS response to this, but in my business you stand behind your price even if an employee made a mistake (as they said ). Got a better bike from a reputable Harley Dealer that had actual mileage and actual price on the bike. By the way Harley Dealer prices are no higher than Integrity s so shop there!!!!!

Had an excellent buying experience at Integrity. The staff was very knowledgeable and informative. As a novice rider, I have much to learn. They took the time to listen and answer all my questions, never making me feel bad for asking basic questions.There was no pressure from the sales staff. They made me feel comfortable with the bike and even brought some bikes down from another store so I could choose just the right bike for me.I highly recommend them for any rider, beginning or experienced, looking for a new bike. The selection is great, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything about Integrity is Excellent.

I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate for a motorcycle ASAP. As far as I can tell they sell their bikes for thousands over blue book value. For several we looked at it would be almost the same price to buy a new model as what they were charging for 7 year old model with 15,000 miles.We were also told that the list price is as low as they will go.

These guys and gals are great, extremely friendly and welcoming team. I just picked up a bike today and am already so happy with it. There was an issue but the team jumped right on it and solved it immediately, I recommend going to integrity for just about any motorcycle needs!

Sold me a bike with 2 bad tires, 2 broken headlights and a completely trashed Carburetor. Was told that the bike was completely serviced but they definitely lied. The bike was dumping gas out and They most certainly knew this bike has major issues and was looking for a quick sale. I very strongly recommend if you ever buy a bike from these people either you or someone that knows a lot about bikes check it Out. I'll never buy another bike from them again!!

Great bike buying experience. Friendly staff and no high pressure sales. They have an impressive selection of bikes, all in fantastic condition. If you're looking for a bike, it is certainly worth a visit to walk through their showroom.

Bought two motorcycles from them in the past year best customer service I ve dealt with. The second bike I bought from them had problems with it come up and they are taking care of it as we speak free of charge great people to deal with. Would definitely recommend them to other people!

Looking to buy a bike, cash in hand. Unfortunately even though both tires were clearly under the safe tread depth they would not do anything about it. Buyer beware they will knowingly sell unsafe bikes and not care less. Do not trust this place!

I went here looking for a bike. No one came out to even see if there were customers in the showroom who needed help. Finally after 25 minutes a man came in and asked if I'd been helped. He was knowledgeable and courteous. They wanted $1,00 more than retail on a bike and we couldn't come to an agreement on price. I found the same bike at another shop the next day with half the miles for $1,300 less than Integrity was selling. In an economy like this and customers having so many avenues to get products dealers have to negotiate with customers because we can get the product anywhere.

Staff worked with me to find a bike, even texted me the next day about one they serviced to let me know it fit my want list. Lots of nice bikes, good prices considering the market right now. Check them out.

just purchased a 2007 Honda shadow spirit 1100 that was located in the Newark location. the folks at Integrity had the bike brought to the Dering location the next day and it was in beautiful condition. To say I am pleased with the people and the bike is an understatement. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out the selection. they have pretty much something for every taste there

Integrety did a fine job in getting my motorcycle ready and delivered after my purchase. I called to inquire and express my interest in buying and they pulled the bike off the floor so it would still be available when I was able to make down there several days later. I didn't expect that but did appreciate having it there after making a 2 hour drive to see it. Thanks.

just bought a bike,i knew how big and what kind of motorcycle i wanted before i got there.there was no pressure just this is what you are looking for here are the bikes,everyone there gave a good sales experience cant say just one person they all did an excellent job from start all the way to delivery...cant ask for anything else...GREAT JOBUPGRADED TO BIGGER BIKE great buying experience again thanks and good job

Excellent place to buy a bike! Great inventory, friendly employees, reasonable prices. I even found the old school bike I was looking for in a '91 Honda 750 Nighthawk and bought it today. I'm going riding!

My wife and I live in Georgia and bought a Harley Freewheeler from Integrity Motorcycles and it was a great experience. Josh was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and diligent about keeping us informed throughout the process. I would buy other bikes from them as well as recommend others to buy from them.
