Brad, Char and the mechanics are so friendly and accommodating. They even kept my car and immediately worked on it when at one visit because the mechanic did not want me driving on the condition of the brakes. I always take my car to Imports Plus knowing Brad will complete the service needed and will charge a reasonable fee. This time I needed a front headlamp replaced, but in prior visits the repairs included battery replacement, rear windshield washer repair, oil leaks, tire punctures, and oil changes. The service at Imports Plus is always excellent, and the staff is always friendly. I am glad this shop was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law, and I highly recommend it to others.

Just took my car in for the first time for a coolant leak. I typically get raked over the coals by the dealership and decide on a change. Car repairs can be a painful experience but the team over at Imports Plus put me at ease and took care of my car. They give it to you straight and follow through. Will for sure give them my business until I experience otherwise.

I had an awesome first experience here! I ve lived in Columbus for 6 years but luckily never needed to go to the shop. A friend recommended here, and I couldn t be happier with the service. Brad was very accommodating when I called asking if they could service my car same-day. He called several times to update and let me know that the repair would be more involved. Would definitely recommend to anyone!Service: Brake service & repair

Evaluation took forever without fixing the issue and the mechanic yelled at my 5 year old for standing on the couch in the waiting area after we had been there an hour waiting. They told us it would take a half hour to evaluate. I understand it s unpredictable but the mechanic was very rude for no reason.

Great place to have your vehicles serviced. My car is German and they had no issues working on. Did a great job too. Very friendly and my gut said I could trust them (my gut is never wrong!). I'm very pleased with the work and plan to go back when I need other things done in the future. The staff I met are all nice people and the waiting area is pleasant also.Note; this was an unsolicited review. I did this because finding a trustworthy, friendly, clean place, and affordable prices vehicle repair shop can be a real challenge/pain in the butt.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Best mechanic in the area. The owner, Brad, is very upfront, genuine, and honest. During my most recent visit my actual bill ended up being $100+ cheaper than initially quoted. Any shop could've just kept their mouth shut about the price change and gone with what was agreed, but not IPA -- they'll do right by you too. Your biggest issue might be actually getting an appointment, their calendar seems to stay booked and that's no surprise. 10/10 would recommend, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, 1 satisfied customer.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I had these guys install a new EFI system on my car. There was an issue from the manufacturer and Brad and his guy took care of sending the unit back to the manufacturer and getting the car fixed with the remanufactured part. Started with Imports Plus because of an oil change coupon. On their own they found and fixed for free a loose and rattling heat manifold that Lexus dealer previously took all date not to find. Brad, the owner, is great! He always takes good care of me and my family and our vehicles. Very trustworthy shop. The only place I ve found since moving to Columbus in 2011 that I actually trust with my cars. Don t have to worry about being overcharged and you get good work done as well.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

I've been a customer with Imports Plus for several years now. I've had three vehicles that I always took to Imports Plus for maintenance and repair. Some of the vehicles were brand new, others were older used cars that needed some TLC to keep running. I do everything with these guys... oil changes to serious repairs. Through it all, Brad and his team have provided excellent customer service. They are a friendly group of guys that I feel good about giving my business to. Most importantly, THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF.There have been several times that they've been able to do a much less costly repair than I was expecting. Its always nice to feel like your mechanic is doing his best to save you money rather than just "throw parts at the problem". I am a mechanical engineer at a local R&D company with 10 years of experience and I feel confident in saying that Brad and his team are the most knowledgeable group of auto mechanics I've ever been around. They know EVERYTHING there is to know about car repair. I can't recommend them highly enough.

First of all, I just want to say that I highly recommend Imports Plus Automotive. I was searching for a repair shop to take my 2010 Subaru Impreza for a full motor replacement. After speaking with Brad on the phone I decided to take my car to Imports Plus and I could not be happier with my decision. The service that I received was outstanding. Brad and his team are very knowledgable and courteous. They are trustworthy and really just an awesome group of guys. They always called and kept me up to date with how things were going and got the motor replaced in a very reasonable amount of time. I've put about 1200 miles on my car since I got it back and it literally runs perfect. Very thankful to have found this shop. I will definitely be returning in the future.

After my car broke down I called 4 shops (in no particular order) trying to see how quickly I could get my car fixed. The first 3 shops were almost a week just for them to run diagnostics. My last call was to imports plus. As soon as the woman answered the phone there she immediately was very helpful and professional. She asked what the issue was with my car and then went and discussed with the mechanic. The mechanic was able to identify my issue over the phone without even seeing my car and said he would be able to start working on my car in 2 days. I drop it off and couldn t be more sold on the crew working here, every single one of them were friendly and professional. I get a call the next day that they were able to make free time and get my car fixed a day early, and under the estimated cost. This was my first time here but I will only go here in the future.

Brad and the crew at Imports Plus were great. I ve been taking my cars there for years and will continue to do so. It s always a quick turnaround on repairs, the price is right, and most importantly, I trust Imports Plus is doing the right thing. Highly recommend this auto shop.

I came across Imports Plus Automotive through a referral a couple of years ago. Brad and his team are friendly, professional, and patient to talk through the issues and any repairs needed. You know you're getting the whole story and nothing extra. Repairs are done in a timely manner. It's a wonderful thing to have a trustworthy mechanic in whom to turn when the car life happens.

Brad and his team did an excellent job with my vehicle recently (oil pan replacement). Since I relocated to the area Imports Plus has been my go-to shop for both repairs and preventative maintenance. Brad is honest and clear when estimating costs and provides high quality work and great customer service.

Great service and fair pricing. Hard to find good import mechanics that won't take advantage of you and these guys have always taken care of me and done a great job on my 2002 Subaru WRX. I will definitely return and be a loyal customer to them as long as I am in Columbus. Highly recommend them to anyone with an import. Great communication and customer service and always honest with you.

It was recommended by someone else that I get a tune up after a diagnostic on my '99 Lexus found misfiring in multiple cylinders. The engine was performing very poorly and banging too... so I called here to set up an estimate. Brad was very friendly on the phone and gave me a rough idea of what the problem might be, suggesting a tune up probably wasn't necessary and to bring it in if I want. I came in and he immediately identified the real problem & fixed it same-day; at a reasonable price too! It was honestly a breath of fresh air to deal with a mechanic that wasn't trying to roll one over on me.. (No offense to mechanics). Car is running like normal now. I would definitely recommend!

I just recently found these guys and they are HEAVEN SENT ! Staff is absolutely amazing! They are very fair and honest . I have took them 3 of my vehicles in 2 weeks . My family and I have been going to Brad at Imports Plus for years. He is one of the most honest and friendly business owners in Columbus. I took our 2012 Acura TL in for a new timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt and new front and back breaks and rotors and Brad came in well under what the Acura shop quoted for the same work minus the serpentine belt and they were just going to resurface the rotors. Awesome place and people.
