Tom and Joselyn always cares about their customers genuinely and always looks for value based advice when it comes it repairing or servicing the car. They always work with my budget and has ensured that maintenance of both my cars was very affordable. Recently, when I met with an accident Tom gave good inputs/suggestions that helped me to counter a possible insurance mistake and would have lost my car. So I highly recommend anyone to try them out for their car maintenance

8/10/17. Outstanding service again at Tong Da. We have been counting on them to service our Hondas for many years, always with good results. They have always been up-front, honest and most friendly. They work hard for their customers and the old adage applies here, "you get what you pay for". In this instance, however, you get lots of positive things too.

I have had my car serviced at Tong Da for several years. I now live in Georgia, but will be taking my car to Tom and Jocylin, for major body work, in july of 2014.They both are very knowledgeable and insist upon good workmanship. They also have started a first in the auto body repair business; they operate 24hrs a day, thus saving insurance costs and your time.Top notch!

TongDa can solve problems that are too difficult for their competitors, because they're able and willing to use troubleshooting techniques that some of the other guys refuse. For example, my '96 Civic (~300K miles) stalled-out randomly more than a year ago. I first took it to a bigger shop very close to TongDa, which I won't name but has the acronym CARS. They kept it for weeks but were unable duplicate the problem, and would not bench-test individual parts despite my suggestion. So then I took it to TongDa for the first time. Of course they were also unable to duplicate the issue, but they were willing to look beyond immediate behavior and do actual bench tests to find and resolve the problem within a short time. Now I take my car exclusively to TongDa and am always very happy with the service and results.

Very trust worthy. Great place to buy a used car and also for maintenance. We have bought 3 used cars there over the years and trust them for repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

Usually good. Last time through, they took a long time to get our car finished. Didn't call with quote for three days
