One word says it all 'HONEST'. Recently I have serviced my Honda Civic '09 that has 200000 miles on it. He took care of it like its his own and only told what needs to get fixed rather than hand a bill with unnecessary repairs. It is very hard to find a mechanic even dealership that often honest anymore. I highly recommend this place as it serves at its best. Also you will get premium service with reasonable price.

Customer service is excellent. Very honest mechanic. I'll definitely be going back next time I need one.Update: went in for an estimate on replacing the struts on my 2015 Accord. Dan was honest in saying that they don't need replaced. He said tires would be a better investment.

Honnaman Automotive is a trustworthy, reliable mechanic service for your Honda or Acura. From oil changes and brake fluid exchange to suspension work and regular maintenance, up to major repairs and overhauls. Priced competitively and usually far less than a dealership and way easier to get an appointment. Dan is awesome! Highly recommended!

We're blessed to have a quality and honest Honda mechanic on the east side. I'm a BMW guy, but may be looking into Accura when I let go of my X5 because of Dan.

My family has been taking their Hondas to Dan for years. He uses genuine Honda parts (or lets you know when it may not be necessary and lets you decide) and gives a very fair price. I am always confident that my Accord is well taken care of!

As a past and present customer of Honnaman Automotive I just had to take a minute to say thank you to owner Dan and staff for the excellent service for myself, friends, family and acquaintances I have referred there! It isn't often I can recommend and go somewhere; be greeted by name with a smile and consistently receive quality and excellent customer service! I have always had extreme confidence that my vehicle has been repaired correctly and at a very fair price and have never been let down! I have no reservations recommending Honnaman to anyone who is looking for excellent Acura or Honda repair! Thanks so much!

I have had great experiences with Honnaman. Dan and his staff are friendly and really know their stuff. I had a timing belt done on my Civic for almost half of what the dealership (or rather "Stealership") wanted for the same job. They even used genuine Honda parts! I have sent friends and family to Honnaman because I know they will get a good price and treated fairly.

Dan will be the only person to work on my Honda products as long as he is around. He is honest and thorough with none of the BS up sell like the other major Honda place around the corner from his shop. I was new to the Columbus area looking for a new mechanic. Can't go wrong at Honnaman! From day 1, Dan gave me the best advice to take care of my Acura. Good prices and honest good customer service!

I own a Acura RL and Honda Ridgeline RTL I wouldn't even consider taking my vehicles anywhere else, They repair your vehicle right the first time, the prices are fair . turn around is quick. I especially like the fact he ONLY WORKS on Honda and Acura vehicles. Update its 08/19/19 Dan is still the man if your Honda or Acura Owner ! He still is the best Mech Ive ever had , very honest, excellent work.

Have been to Honnaman multiple times, have always had a good experience. Honest repairs, doesn't fix things that don't need replaced (like some others who shall remain unnamed)

Brought my Honda here after problems with a dealership. He fixed it in 5 minutes, and saved me hundreds of dollars. Next time I need repairs, Ill come here.

Absolutely horrible. I spoke with a lady in parts who was terribly rude. I felt utterly disrespected and I will never EVER call back or recommend this buisness to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE! I am still shocked at the horrible service and the fact that the parts representative HUNG UP ON ME!
