Frank was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me from my first phone call to the follow up diagnostic and the completion of the work they kept me informed of all of the details and the necessity of certain work that I needed to have done. They were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely highly recommend them.

First time customer here and it was a great experience. Got my Oil changed, Tires rotated, and even had to have a tire repaired from a string patch that started to slip. Whole cost was only $140 and the manager/lead Brian was very direct, nice, and knowledgeable. Absolutely will return!

Any less than 5 s would be an insult. From the front desk to the mechanic that took the time to explain to me what needed to be done.Grismer, you guys are the best & thank you for having patience with me & my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars.& make sure you ask about applying for their card. It comes wt discounts! You could thank me later for that jewel

This Grismer location is a delight to go to and I'd highly recommend. This is my second time going for an oil change, which is done quickly and professionally by the wonderful staff. I usually show up in the morning to ask if they're available to do it that day, and if they're busy they will schedule an appointment with me for usually later that same day! Usually with an oil change, they'll also let me know what other issues will eventually need to be addressed with my old car (over 200,000mi), something I greatly appreciate as somebody who works on their car but doesn't always know how (or have the time to) to diagnose everything. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable without overexploitation if you already know what they're describing. I trust them with my subaru and I'll definitely be returning!

Grismer is where we take all of our cars. They are straight up with you and before they ever replace something they look at the small failure points and try their best to save you money. In this economy they are understanding that almost everyone is on a budget and it shows they care when trying the small stuff first. Me and my family can't thank them enough for taking care of us through the last couple years !- Tim

I spent a day getting estimates for 4 new tires for my car. A friend of mine suggested I get quote for your company. When i walked into your facility, I was greeted and asked questions & the gentleman that was assisting me was very professional, he listened to what my daily routine was. How far I drive to work, etc., to come up for the best tires for me. He also took the time to quote me any additional fees I maybe looking at. That night I went thru all my estimates & I felt very comfortable with choosing your company. Everybody was very professional, answered all my concerns during this process. I thanked my friend for the referral & I would recommend your company to others. Oh yeah, you have a new customer too, that would be me. Lol. Great Job everyone.Thank you

If I could give a minus 5 I would. They were supposed to fix a water pump and serpentine belt. They broke the intake manifold and so many other things. I had perfect brakes before going there NO BRAKES after having it worked on. They charged 2500 to tear up everything. 4200 at the Ford Dealership to fix everything they screwed up. Would never recommend to anyone unless they want more broken stuff

Associates were very knowledgeable. I did not have to wait. And they made sure I knew the product I was buying guaranteed to get me through winter safely. Glad I can go to Grismer and know I'm getting quality product.

I was referred to Grismer by a friend, and each of my visits has been spectacular. I'm not excited about spending money on getting my vehicles fixed, but the prices have been fair, and the staff has been very upfront about my options. 100% this where I'll be going for everything I can't do myself.Thanks guys!

From the moment I walked in they were very polite. I got a ride home from Rick while the car was being worked on and Rick came back and got me. The price for the work wasn't bad and they made me feel important. Highly recommend

Asked for a quote, they told me to do the work myself. I took my vehicle in for a service if i wanted to do the work myself i wouldnt have come there. 140$ for alignment, not a bad price. They talked to me like i was dumb. When i asked about the work, guy says im not the one who worked on your vehicle. I paid and left, i will not go back there.

Went to Grismer for a set of tires and alignment and was throughly impressed with the professionalism of the staff . The quality of their products was exceptional and pricing was great as well. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Top notch as always! Went in for new tires and they were able to let me know about some other repairs that will be coming up. Really appreciate them helping me keep my 2011 Camry in great shape and a timeline for upcoming expenses!

Love the clear explanations and the value of free oil changes. Best prices on new tires. Waiting area is large with vending and TV. Air-conditioned without freezing. Friendly staff. Shout out to Rob for helping me out, providing options and even mentioning another location closer to my home. Was also able to reschedule a second appointment when needed quite quickly. Outstanding customer service.

I had a appointment but had to wait for 2 hours before they start working on my car . They employees were playing on their phones inside costumer cars. Price increase 40%. Not a good experience at all.

Absolutely amazing work, me an my wife spent about a half hour to have our car checked out and with an hour we had a diagnosis. They told us our options an even recommended another place of business for a cheaper price. But if you need good work done on your car with trust worthy and smart mechanics this is the place to go

Tried to charge me $1600 for a $500 brake job. After parts it would have been. $400/hrs labor charge. I will never go here again.
