Justin and William and my technician were fantastic!!! Got a great deal on 4 tires for my Audi with 4 oil changes. Thank you for the military discount too. They were quick and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Thank you for all your superb help!

Excellent service. I came in for an oil change and asked for an opinion on my tires. I appreciated their honest thoughts that I will need new tires soon, but not quite yet. I didn t feel pushed to buy things I don t need or like I was being taken advantage of because I don t know much about cars. This professionalism will bring me back here to buy tires and for future repairs. Thanks!

Rick-the manager was very kind, but William disregarded everything I said. I needed a battery, and I had a hard start. After an initial quote of$966.10, it went up to $1400. After removing a tire, tire protection, rotation, and alignment, the bill was $1076. Two hours later, after replacing the wrong tire, and saying I needed a new battery, William wanted to charge me another $603 to correct his mistakes. Rick gets One Star.

I am a very happy customer!!! Yes! When I heard the estimate for my car I immediately tried to find a cheaper price. However, no one could beat Grismer s price! After my service my car felt like a brand new vehicle! It drove better than when I brought it in! I greatly appreciate the staffs patience and kindness with me! ( I can be mean). Rich and Williams were true professionals and left me with a smile on my face! I will definitely be taking my car back there for all my tire needs! Thank you again!!!!

I received a number of services for not a lot of money!I had to take my 1999 BMW Z3 for an oil change and break check, but received a lot more in one of their packages. I wasn't sure they could work on such an old and out of production car.The place is well lit, clean and everyone helping me was friendly.

A coworker recommended Grismer to me when I got a flat tire. I was in a rush to get this fixed before Christmas weekend. Not only was Grismer able to assist me right away, but they made sure I was able to stay within budget, and every staff member was friendly and courteous. I m grateful and relieved to have my car fixed, and even more grateful to find Grismer to be a reliable and trustworthy place to go to for any of my future car maintenance needs . :) thank you!

I called in the morning and they were able to help me with what ended up being a leaking valve stem in only a couple of hours. Really accommodating which I appreciated. Everyone I talked to was super pleasant to deal with. Overall a great experience.

We are not from Columbus, so, when I needed someone to fix my son's car, I took a chance with Grismer on 4th Street. From the first phone call I had a feeling of confidence and trust. Drove over a pothole and a belt broke in one of my tires. I called Grismer s and they said I could come to their shop right then and that they d look at my tire. When I got there they took my car in immediately and put it on a lift.They looked at the tire as well as all of the other tires to make sure none of the other tires were damaged. Additionally they looked at the suspension to make sure that nothing else was damaged after driving over a pothole.They ordered me a new tire and it was installed the following day before 12 noon. A-1 service.

If you want to be lied to, come here. Went in for an oil change, the "best oil change" package came to $153 with $60 of oil additives I didn't need, far higher than what is advertised on their website. I was told I needed new breaks, new front tie rods, and an alignment for $1200. Two different salesmen repeatedly tried to strongarm me into buying tires and taking out a Grismer credit card. I declined all repairs and took it to a different, highly rated mechanic, who examined the car and said my car did not need ANY of the repairs Grismer tried to fast-talk me into. Never coming back.

I can't say enough. It was quick, easy and we'll priced. I was kept well informed about the time it would take and the repairs that where being done. I've had my truck back a couple days and it rides like brand new!

I had a great experience at Grismer's. I had two flat tires happen at the same time and just stopped there as it was close and they did a great job. Thank you for helping me out. My car is driving so much better w four new tires.

I went to Grismer Tire as a result of a flat tire. Grismer was able to successfully patch the tire. The service was quick and reasonably priced, and the people with whom I dealt seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Great experience with the staff here! They were really transparent about what I needed to get done, and gave clear pricing. Definitely would bring my car here again. Shout out to the guys at the front desk when I picked up, y all were awesome!

I live in Dayton and my son in Columbus he hit a pothole, blew out a tire and I told him to go to Grismer! I called the shop, spoke to William and was able to get the car towed and repaired immediately as weeks billed to my Grismer Account since my son didn t have the credit card.

I trust Grismer 100%. They do honest work and never charge more than necessary. You can trust them to do a good job at a fair price. William and Rick are very kind and helpful and I will continue to choose this location for years to come.

Took car in for oil change and a tire losing air. They told me TPMS was bad and quoted over $100 to replace. Took to another tire shop, who found a nail in the tire AND NO BAD TPMS, patched it for $30. 1st and last time going to Grismer.

Grismer on S 4th Street is my go to place .They do amazing work for tires or any car problems. Very knowledgeable and honest. I ve gone to Rick for years but everyone there is great and so pleasant.

My son got tires here. No real problem with the tires, but he got some free oil changes with the tires. After the first oil change, I decided to try to change the oil myself the second time due to some other issues with the car. The plug was in so tight that I rounded it off. I've done tons of oil changes and never encountered a plug in this tight. The filter was on really tight as well. But before I tried to take out the plug, I did get the filter off with quite a bit of work and put a new one on.A couple of weeks later, he took it back to Grismer, and it took them hours to get the plug out. They had to try all kinds of things and charged him $100 of labor, new plug, tax. I m guessing that because the filter was new, they believed that I was the one that put the plug in too tightly.Let's make this clear, they put the plug in far too tight after the first oil change.They can keep their $100. We will just never return.

They got me in with short notice. Got service in a timely manner and called when done so I was able to get in and out same day without missing work. Thanks Grismer!Grismer came through again for us. They were able to repair our rear brakes that had JUST gone out (as I was driving in for oil change) when we originally were scheduled for oil change. It was a hefty cost of our old truck but they were able to assist us as well with a Grismer acct to finance the costs. We live 65 miles away but willing to make the drive for Grismer to assist us.

I sampled a few auto shops around the area when moving to Columbus and was never comfortable with the service or communication.Since finding Grismer a few years ago, I'll never go anywhere else. Grismer is unlike any other auto shop - they are always very communicative about pricing (before doing the work), explain the work that is needed (and re-explain it, when I ask them to), and prompt with their labor. When I was in a less stable financial position, they always did what they could to work within my budget and still do great work. There is nothing sales-y about Grismer - they are never pitching to do extra, expensive work - just offering insights into what they recommend and why. They even talked to my dad on the phone this weekend for me when I was having trouble making a decision about work needing to be done, and acted like it was totally normal (Rick, you are in a class of your own). I recommend Grismer to anyone in the Cbus area!Special shoutout to Rick, Mitch, and William!

It took way too long to get an oil change here even when I had an appointment. Likewise, the customer service agent was trying to upsell me with a whole list of unnecessary repairs. I was going to purchase tires here but decided to go elsewhere. The employees don t seem to care, and the company doesn t seem honest. I ve talked to other people who had similar problems with Grismer. I won t be back.
