I had a nail in my tire. I stopped in to get one ordered. They called next day and offered an appt that afternoon or for Saturday. I went in Saturday and was checked in right away. The worked was completed in just over an hour. The service rep was prompt, friendly and very accommodating. Check out was easy! Great service over all.

We have been with the Kia family for over 4 years now and Great Lakes Kia on Morse road is always very helpful and you will find something perfect for you!!! Tom helped us and walked us thru the whole process and was so knowledgeable about other cars and he felt like he was a friend of ours! We ended up buying a car for our daughter and she was ecstatic!!! A great buy and a great moment for her too! I d definitely recommend Great Lakes Kia!!

My husband and I had a good experience buying a car from this dealership. We would recommend to anyone looking into buying a new or used car. Fern was our agent and she was great. She was patient and very kind. The manager, Bart(?), when speaking with us was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. We felt like he valued us as customers. The one thing I would say to the dealer is to make sure all team members are on the same page regarding offers. There were some details that were not 100% clear and were explained incorrectly to us and we didn't get full clarity on until we were finishing up with financing. But everything was clarified and worked out by the manager.

Today I was happily greeted by Jordan and the complete visit was great because of him. Jordan kept me updated on everything and what was needed for our Kia. Went for an oil change and recall. Unexpectedly will have to take back for the recall. Waiting room is nice with table and chairs, coffee and water. Wish there had been smaller vehicles in the showroom since looking for a vehicle for our daughter. Checkout person was very sweet. All together, good experience!

I had a scheduled appointment or an oil change at 10:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by Spencer who took good care of my wife and I. He was informative and personable. We had a good conversation about our dogs. The place was clean and organized. It was pretty busy so we did end up waiting an hour and a half for our oil change. However, their lounge area is large and comfortable with large TVs and complementary water, coffee, tea or espresso. I also appreciate that they run your car through the wash before they give it back to you. Overall, I had a great experience, and will be sure to return for all my oil changes and maintenance. Needed to have an oil change but was short on time. I was greeted immediately with a positive "can-do" attitude from the consultant. - Christian and he was able to get me in and out quickly. Super accommodating and pleasant to work with. Very much appreciated the high-level of customer service!

This is an outstanding dealership with an outstanding service department. Sam and Christian are superb service advisors who clearly care about their customers and their automobiles. Bart is an excellent general manager who has the right blend of leadership and interpersonal skills. He remembers me, always stops to talk, and makes it abundantly clear that he cares. This team is about much more than just business. They care about their customers.

This was the fastest service I have EVER received!!! Oil change, tire rotation and inspection MAYBE an hour if that! Taking my 3 children by myself was a breeze. Will definitely be returning.

Sam was very friendly and explained everything in detail.And the waiting area was also very nice. Repairs were made in less time than expected. The car wash was a great surprise also.

The customer service was amazing, as soon I entered someone was able to take time out greet me and ask if we needed refreshments.This was our first time buying a car at a dealership and we didn t have any recurrence with insurance. Lance has been amazing throughout the entire process of buying a car. He has been patient and taken the time out to explain everything to us. I would definitely recommended going to Great Lakes Kia and definitely ask for lance.

It started off a little bit rough as when we arrived for our scheduled appointment, the car was not there and had a dead battery. My son-in-law, Steve Rosta, spoke to Dylan to have everything ready.Bambi did a great job at picking up the pieces and we came back the next day for the car. Enjoying the car.

Very good reception, shuttle back home, good communication through the day. Gave my car a mini detailing--cleaned inside and washed/waxed the exterior. It's just like new! Charged a LOT for a new battery, but installed it so cheerfully I can't complain (much).

Jordan did exceptionally well at explaining the process behind all services I requested for my vehicle. He thoroughly broke down the prices on my invoice prior to beginning the work, and then communicated with me via texts/phone calls throughout the next 24 hours until I picked up my car. To follow, at pick up, I encountered 3 other Kia members (one got my car, another walked me to the checkout, and the other checked me out) who ensured various services on my vehicle were completed to my satisfaction. I was very impressed my experience especially prompt communication, professionalism, and overall exceptional service. This experience was much better than my previous ones.

My car was dead at work on Thursday night. Great Lakes Kia was closing shortly, so had it towed there Friday morning. They were super busy, and I didn't have an appt. They worked me into the schedule, and my new starter was installed 2 days early! Breeze from Kia, gave me a ride home Friday and picked me up Saturday morning to get my car! Sam, my Service Supervisor, was awesome throughout the entire process! Great Lakes Kia offers its customers the best customer experience ever!

The service people were excellent when I pulled up they were very attentive and quick to respond to anything I needed while I was there waiting. I was very happy to know that my first oil change was free since I bought the car there. Sam and Christian in Servicewas very easy to talk to in general. Christian was extremely helpful and when I had left my cell phone in the car he went and got it for me during my oil change. Sam checked me out at the end and was very personable, excellent staff working there.Service: Oil change

The staff is very pleasant. However I was disappointed that Kia s recall policy is to have you bring in your car twice: once to verify the need for the recall. Then, if yes, they order the parts and the car has to be brought in a second time for the actual work to be done.

My 1st visit since I bought my Kia was a very pleasant experience. The tech who took care of my husband and I was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We (my husband and I) asked for a refresher course on all the bells & whistles and he very willingly and politely answered all our questions. We felt respected and valued as a customer.

Took over a week and a half to get the timers problem done and another two days of the front break. What was wrong was that I couldn't get a clear prices on the pads and rotors and had to keep asking. The price changed too often and was too high at about $1000 when the prices, after challenging it a few times, finally came down to $495 plus tax. I should have been able to get the correct price from the beginning instead of facing changing prices over 5 times. This is not good business at all and makes me wonder about other fees.

Sam was awesome as my service rep! This was my first service call on my K5. The wait was much longer than expected. Appointment was at 3:30. Was there at 3:20. Got my car at 5:45. Sam apologized many times and explained length of service was do to short staffed.

I took my Sorento to GLK for its first 8,000 service. The service lead was very pleasant and got me checked in quickly. Service seemed fine. They did not reset my Oil Change Reminder had to do that myself once I got home.

I bought my Ridgeline at Great Lakes Honda so Great Lakes Kia does the service on it in the Columbus area. They do an outstanding job. Cleaning my mats as a value added service always makes my day.

Sam was great explaining what the issue could be ahead of time. Luckily it was a quick and inexpensive fix. I knew I wouldn t be able to get my car until the next day, so Sam arranged for a shuttle to pick me up.

The shop is very busy but well organized. You are checked in and out quickly and employees are all very friendly and professional. I always wait on my car and I get frequent updates. The waiting room is very spacious and clean, and so are the rest rooms. There is a TV, vending machines, free coffee and tea, any plenty of plugs for phones and computers. I never feel pressured to add on additional services. I also received coupons every month which I appreciate. I highly recommend Great Lakes Kia Service.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Once you get there, staff are very nice and accomodating. Car gets the proper maintenance. However, calls are not picked up and when I choose this place as the maintenance location from the app I get nothing so I cannot make a reservation through the app. I am also waiting on the call that the parts have arrived which they told me it would be a couple of days from earlier this week and it is end of the week with no calls or updates. If they could improve their communication that would make them a lot better place.
